[Elune] The Spellpower and attack power scaling of the direct and damage-over-time portion of Chaos Burn has been increased by 15%.
[Elune] Fixed a bug causing the damage over time from Chaos Burn to benefit from the damage increase of Corrupted Maelstrom Weapon despite the tooltip stating that it only affects direct damage.

[Pending Restart] [Elune] Fixed a bug where Burning Inner Fire would generate stack of Righteous Radiance whenever Inner Fire charge would be consumed. This would also work with triggered damage. Since this mechanic was well liked, it is now properly established and described on Righteous Radiance: Two stacks of Righteous Radiance are awarded if you are benefiting from Burning Inner.

[Elune] The heart heal that drops on creature death in manastorm has had it's coefficient scaling increased by 350%.
[Elune] Lord Vyletongue stun effect has been reworked, you will now be able to get out the effect with Millhouse's Magical Escape. Also, the stun effect will adopt normal DR benefits.
