Fixed a bug where the Ruin Capstone did not quadruple the damage bonus of Shadowflame school spells. Fel Cleave and Fel Blade will now benefit from the Ruin Capstone.
[Burning Inner Fire] now increases the healing of Cuaterizing Fire. (Pending Restart)

Fixed an issue where Piercing Thorns mystic enchant would not increase the damage of spells that use Entangling Roots modifiers and deal direct damage, like Nightmare Roots.

Fixed a bug where Unholy Light would not heal your Beacon of Light target.
[Elune][Flames of the Apostate] Circle of Fire will now properly radiate from all targets healed, not just the first target.
The rare mystic enchant Master of Elements will now properly increase the mana gained from the Master of Elements talent (pending restart)

[Pending Launcher Update] Added 'High Precision NamePlates' option in Esc -> Interface -> NamePlates. This option disables an optimization only Ascension NamePlates and ElvUI currently take advantage of. Enabling this option will remove the 'laggy' feeling of NamePlates, but may significantly reduce your framerate in many scenarios.
[Pending Launcher Update] Added the option to color default Raid Frames based on Primary Stat. This only applies to the hero class, this option has no effect on CoA.
