[Pending restart] Improved the accuracy of the formula for arena rating changes for unevenly matched games (with rating differences of 100-300). That inaccuracy disadvantaged the lower-rated player/team, causing them to lose more rating than they should if they lost the match, or gain less rating than they should if they won it. This updates makes rating changes more fair in uneven matchups.
Improved 3v3 Solo Queue matchmaking to create teams with more diverse ratings. This fixes an issue where players tended to be grouped with other players of equal skill and then matched against teams that were dramatically lower or higher rated.

Outside of small numerical tweaks, these are the final changes that will go out before Hyjal Ascended release. No further mechanical reworks will hit live realms before, this is to allow raiders to fully plan out their strategies.
Reduced Spell Power scaling of Immolation Aura by 50%. This spell was incorrectly setup and its scaling was double of what was intended. Added Attack Power scaling to Immolation Aura. It previously had none.
Increased base damage and scaling of damaging Judgements by 25%.
Judgements of the Pure now increase the damage of your Judgements by 8/16/25%.
Fanaticism Capstone Bonus now also reduces the cooldown of your Execution Sentence by 10 seconds when Judging the Sentenced target.
Increased base damage and scaling of Execution Sentence by 20%.
Art of War and Sanctity of Battle now also increase the damage of your Execution Sentence.
Crusader Strike is now on a charge system. 3 charges, 4 seconds recovery time.
Fixed a bug where Seal of Righteousness was scaling for x3 more with Spell Power than intended. The following changes aim to buff active aspects of builds impacted by this change.

[Spot Weakness] Spot Weakness has swapped to a PPM system from a base proc chance. This should result in more reliable procs from this Mystic Enchant.
[Festering Wound] Mutilate criticals no longer restore energy.
[Midnight Flames] Shadow Kindling now also increases the damage done to creatures by your Fire Blast by 5% per stack.
[Midnight Flames] Midnight Flames debuff is now generated on spell cast, not spell hit. Helping the flow of the spec.
[Demonic Rage] Fixed an issue where some spells benefited from Pyroclasmic Rage more than intended.
[Sanctity of Battle] Sanctity of Battle Rare Mystic Enchant now also increases the damage of your Execution Sentence.
[Shadow Visions] Shadow Visions now also increases the base duration of Devouring Plague by 6 seconds.
[Shadow Visions] Shadow Visions now also empowers your Mind Blast to deal 100% increased damage (25% against players).
[Shadow Visions] Psychic Surge now empowers your Mind Sear in addition to Mind Flay to deal 1% damage per stack. (No longer limited to damage against monsters)
[Shadow Visions] Psychic Surge no longer grants a critical strike chance to Mind Flay. Psychic Surge now has 25 Charges. Down from 50. The damage increase is now also effective against players.
[Shadow Visions] Engulfing Shadows now also increases the damage the target takes from Vampiric Touch by 30%.
[Master of Shadows] Dark Intent, the shadow damage proc, now correctly behaves as a spell and will benefit from spell crit damage scaling talents like Shadow Power / Ruin etc.
[Master of Shadows] Reverted the change where Dark Intent, the shadow damage proc, triggered by non-critical would roll a separate chance to critically hit. Now: If the triggering ability does not crit, neither will the proc. This change aims to slow down the early scaling of the build while acknowledging its damage potential in execute phase.

[Requires Launcher Update] Added checking for if a spell is Helpful or Harmful when using Mouseover Casting (Esc > Interface > Mouseover Casting). This should fix the issue where casting a damaging spell at your target would fail if your cursor was hovering a friendly target.
[Primalist] Fists of Power renamed Hand of Ragnaros and now only works with Fist of Ragnaros, instead of all Fist spells
