[Sun Cleric] Valkyrie’s Watch DR reduced from 65% to 30%
[Sun Cleric] Sunwalking no longer increases movement speed and instead makes you immune to movement slowing effects for the duration. It also no longer has proc damage and instead increases your damage dealt by 2% per swing, up to 10 stacks.
[Sun Cleric] Fanaticism reworked to now increase the damage of Justice by 20%

[Bloodmage] Eternal’s spec passive no longer has an internal cooldown, meaning you will apply Eternal Thirst to each target struck by Claw Sweep, instead of only the first.
[Barbarian] Thane’s Guard now provides its movement speed increase to your Honored Ancestor as well so it doesn’t fall behind.
[General] Scaling Auras for DPS specs moved from level 60 to 40.
[General] Flat armor reduction debuffs are now grouped under effect called Puncture.
