[Pending Restart + Pending Patch] [Zul'Aman] [Zul'jin]: All other functionality of the Heart and Hakkar remains the same.
[Pending Restart + Pending Patch] [Zul'Aman] [Zul'jin]: Damage redirected to the Heart is no longer self-inflicted by Hakkar. Instead, the damage is now owned and applied by the attacker of the Heart, showing up in Combat Logs as "Pierce the Heart." This now applies threat from Hakkar to the attacker based on the damage dealt, following normal threat rules.
[Pending Restart + Pending Patch] [Zul'Aman] [Zul'jin]: With its new positioning, the Heart of Hakkar can now be targeted by all effects that directly target the ground or redirect their explicit target to the ground. The Heart of Hakkar no longer has an extra-large Combat Reach and Bounding Radius, allowing Hunter Shots to be fired from a reasonable distance.
