Prestigious PvP Weapons and Off-Pieces are now released. These upgraded weapons and Off-Pieces have boosted stats and resillience. Off-Pieces have boosted PvP Power. These items will require an arena rating, arena points and the NON PRESTIGIOUS VARIANT. The reason that the NON PRESTIGIOUS VARIANT is included is because when the upgraded arena gear was introduced, it was hard to choose between whether you should hold your arena points or if you should get the upgrade now. This naturally came with a reduction of the original planned costs of the Arena Points for the Prestigious Gear.
Fixed an issue where Knifestorm channel would be cancelled when a target within the area of effect would die.

[Pending Restart] - Arena Points from losses have been drastically increased: 1v1 losses now provide 30 Arena points. 2v2 losses now provide 45 Arena Points. 3v3 losses now provide 60 Arena Points.
[Pending Restart] - Arena Points from wins have been drastically increased: 1v1 wins now provides 50 Arena Points. 2v2 wins now provides 75 Arena Points. 3v3 wins now provide 100 Arena Points.
Removed Arena rating requirements from Non-pristine Arena gear. This change will be accompanied with introducing pristine gear in the coming days for all major pvp sets. The intention of this change is to allow people to get better gear initially to facilitate fairer fights while still having some meaningful gear to obtain.
You can no longer need on Mystic Scrolls and Worldforged Scrolls you already know or own while queueing for LFG.
Added a PvE Power requirement to queueing for specific Mythic dungeons.
Improved the error message when trying to apply Mystic Scrolls and Worldforged Scrolls to equipment that cannot have the given enchantment applied to them.

You can now learn talents while in combat if you are in a dungeon.
Your Aura of Experience will now be given a 5 minute duration once you hit level 60, allowing your party members to catch up with you.
Whenever you cannot queue for LFG because a party member needs to allocate a primary stat, it will now also alert your party member.

[Pending Restart] - For 2 seconds after gaining corpse runner, you are invulnerable to effects and will drop all threat. This will prevent behavior like fears, dots casted on you in the same game-tick that you release back to the start of the dungeon to cause you to lose the corpse runner buff or worse, run out of the instance due to being feared. The threat drop serves a purpose of keeping you out of combat for a brief moment if you have DoT effects up on current mobs and will more than likely stop mobs from chasing you back to the beginning of the instance after a wipe.

[Requires Restart] Vanity items will now actually calculate a Deposit cost when posting auctions. Deposit cost is usually calculated by Vendor sell price, for vanity items since they have no sell price this made them have low deposit cost which made them very suspectible to overt flipping. Deposit cost for vanity items will be calculated like this: 3% Listing Price at 12 hours, 6% Listing Price at 24 hours, 12% Listing Price at 48 hours up to a max of 30 gold.
