Sanctity of Battle no longer increases the amount of ticks of your Consecration, but instead makes your next Holy Fire deal 20% less damage but be a guaranteed critical strike.

The Balance Druid talent Vengeance now applies to all Balance spells.

Froststorm Breath from tamed Chimera pet now slows enemies by 40%, from 50%.

Increased the damage percentage of Mangle for ranks 3, 4 and 5 to match previous ranks.

Fixed an issue where Focused Burst would agro mobs at the start of cast instead of when the attacks hit the target.

Improved Hamstring now increases the damage of your Hamstring ability by 5/10/15%. The root effect has been moved to a Capstone.

Fixed an issue where having Arcane Concentration and Brain Freeze buff active at the same time caused Fireball to consume both but still cost mana. As a result, only one of these buffs can be active at any given time.
