Fixed the Proc Effect for Celestial Focus and Spiritual Focus (Pending Restart)

[Naxxramas]: Gluth will now spawn 2 zombies and 4 zombies down from 3 and 6 on the respective 10 and 25 man difficulty.

[Naxxramas]: Thaddius' Polarities will now have a 60 second duration to circumvent an exploit. Polarity Shift behavior is unchanged.

[Naxxramas]: Thaddius will no longer target nor damage players in spirit of redemption.

[Seasonal] Fixed a bug where Holy Radiance wouldn't work as intended with Greater Heal.

Combat: Glancing Blows should now deal the correct damage versus training dummies.

Arena: Dampening will now affect percentage health based healing.

Focused Fire now properly increases your ranged damage by 1%/2% while having a pet.

Decimation: Fixed an issue where this wouldn't proc from killing blows.

Hack and Slash: You can no longer proc it on yourself.

Bestial Wrath: Aura will no longer be saved if you unsummon your pet.

Cold Blood: If consumed by mutilate it will now cause both weapons to critical strike.

On next melee swing abilities will no longer cancel autoattacks when having not enough rage to cast them.

Killing Spree should no longer fail to deal damage.

Arena: Fixed an exploit allowing people to exit the gates before the arena has started.

Karma: You will no longer lose reputation with the Law while participating in an Invasion.

Ruleset: Not changing ruleset will no longer cause the cooldown being applied.

Wargame: You can no longer challenge players that are already in a battleground queue.

Survivalist: The visual buff indicating survivalist player should no longer be removed by changing ruleset.

Fixed an issue where Wind Shear incorrectly didn't share a cooldown with other interrupts. (Will be active after restart.)

Fixed a bug where High Warlord's Tome of Mending and High Warlord's Tome of Destruction didn't have PvP power. (Change active on next server restart).

[Naxxramas]: Increased the cast time of the Holy and Shadow bolts by 0.5 seconds casted by the Four Horseman to pair in tandem with the interrupt rework.

[Naxxramas]: Increased the cast time of the Shadow bolts by 0.5 seconds casted by Gothik the Harvester to pair in tandem with the interrupt rework.

[Naxxramas]: Increased the cast time of the Shadow bolts by 0.5 seconds casted by the Crypt Guards to pair in tandem with the interrupt rework.

[AQ40]: Increased the cast time of the Eye Beam by 0.5 seconds casted by the Giant Eye Tentacle on C'Thun to pair in tandem with the interrupt rework.

Fixed an issue where Water Shield would overwrite Tidal Waves cast speed reduction even without Stormcaller set bonus.

Allow Zul'Gurub tier set pieces to be vendored.

Stormcaller's set bonus for Water Shield is temporarily disabled.

Seed of Decay (tier 3 Druid set bonus) now deals 80% reduced damage to players.
