Ascension Changelog

Capstone: The final rank of Unrelenting Storm empowers your Chain Lightning while Unrelenting Storm is fully stacked. Chain Lightnings cast under this effect will unleash the storm, dealing 20% increased damage and causing the target to take 13% increased spell damage for 12 seconds. This does not stack with similar effects.

Capstone: The final rank of Sinister calling now makes your Hemorrhage apply an extra combo point when cast on a target that is bleeding.

Capstone: The final rank of Malice makes you gain 4 energy when your Garrote or Rupture deal damage.

Capstone: The final rank of Improved Poisons now increases your chance to hit with poisons by 10%.

Capstone: The final rank of Remorseless Attacks refreshes your Slice and Dice duration to its 5 combo point maximum when you kill an enemy that yields experience or honor.

Capstone: The final rank of Empowered Touch now makes your Healing Touch casts reduce the cooldown of your Natural Alacrity by 3 seconds.

Capstone: The final rank of Emberstorm now makes Searing Pain casts reduce the cooldown of Chaos Bolt by 3 seconds.

Capstone: The final rank of Improved Sprint makes activating Sprint remove all movement impairing effects and grant immunity to all movement impairing effects for 2 seconds.

Empowered Stormstrike's Shock attack power scaling has been increased by to 1.25%, from 4%. Its spell power scaling has been reduced from 5% to 4%.

Update borrowed time tooltip to say it gives haste and is consumed by next cast with a cast time.

Empowered Imp now has a 33/66/100% chance to proc, from 100/100/100%.

Empowered Imp now increases the critical strike chance of your next Destruction Warlock spell by 100%, from 50%.

The first rank of Improved Sprint no longer has a chance to grant immunity nor to remove movement impairing effects.

Weapon Mastery now properly procs off all melee attacks, not only auto-attacks.

឵The damage of Bloodthirst is increased by 10% per Rend, Garrote or Rupture that you have applied on the target.

Reduced the proc rate of Furious Attacks by 20%.

Steady Shot now deals 110% weapon damage.

Shield Mastery now grants 5/10% increased block value, from 10/20%.

Ghostly Strike now increases chance to Parry if a Two-Handed weapon is equipped, else it increases chance to Dodge. Setup no longer converts this Dodge into Parry.

Darkness now also increases the damage of Mind Blast by 10% while active.

Sanctity of Battle no longer increases critical strike chance.

When Shattering Throw does not remove an immunity, it instead applies 5 stacks of Sunder Armor reduces its cooldown by 30 seconds.

Eclipse has a 100% chance to proc from Wrath hits, from 60%.

Tidal Focus now reduces the mana cost of Shaman healing spells by 3/6/9/12/15%, from 2/4/6/8/10%.

The base damage and scaling of Mind Flay has been increased by 5%.

The base damage and scaling of Drain Life has been increased by 5%.

The spell haste granted by Borrowed Time has been reduced to 4/8/12/16/20%, from 5/10/15/20/25%. The tooltip has also been updated to indicate that this effect is not consumed by instant cast spells.

The duration of the Serrated Blades proc effect has been increased to 12 seconds, from 8.

Honor Among Thieves now has a 3 second internal cooldown, up from 2. It no longer procs of auto-attacks.

The mana regeneration effect of Holy Concentration no longer only procs off critical heals, and the duration increase of Renew is now also triggered by Circle of Healing.

The attack power scaling of Bloodthirst has been increased to 45%, from 43%.

Benediction (Retribution talent) now restores 4/8/12/16/20% of your base mana when you kill a target that gives experience or honor. This effect cannot occur more than once every 10 seconds.

Items with Spell Hit Rating or Spell Crit Rating have now had their stats changed to Hit Rating and Crit Rating respectively.

Lieutenant Commander's Glaive (Blue quality PvP Polearm) now has Agility rather than Strength.

New Legendary RE - Paratrooper: Your Disengage now launches you higher into the air and activates a Combat Parachute until you land. While airborne, the high vantage point increases the critical strike chance of your Hunter shots by 25%. When the parachute is detached you gain 80% ranged attack speed for 4 seconds.

New Legendary RE - Eternal Water: Your Summon Water Elemental now lasts indefinitely, but your Water Elemental can no longer cast Freeze.

Quick Death now grants 4% haste per stack, from 5. It now lasts for 15 seconds, from 12.

Holy Radiance has been reworked. It now makes your Greater Heal also heal all friendly targets affected by your Renew for 15% of the amount.

Crackling Thunder has had its Attack Power scaling reduced to 5% per tick, from 7%.

Unending Fury now also increases the damage of Whirlwind.

Divine Providence now also increases the healing of Greater Heal.

Demonic Synergy now increases your pets critical strike chance by 40/50%, from 50/100%.

Renewed Energy should now restore 20% of base mana as intended.

Alembic has been reworked to grant 20% base mana, from 260 mana. It now has a 5% chance to proc, from 2%, and a 10 second internal cooldown.

Divine Intervention is now usable in Low Risk and Disabled in High-Risk.

Fixed a bug where Deep Freeze didn't do damage to stun immune monsters.

[Fel-Touched]: IMPORTANT - Feltouched characters can no longer enter goblin cities.

Added Counting Cards quest to Burth

Reduced cost of Dealers Draft Deck to 10kg.

[Seasonal]: Fel-Touched are no longer able to spend their Marks of Ascension on Counting Cards.

Fixed an error with the Resolute Ironman Achievment on the Legacy Realms.

Fixed an issue with the Bloody trinkets that come from Blackwing Lair. They will now have the correct stats and updated spells. (Pending Server Restart)

[Naxxramas]: Fixed the error of Kel'Thuzad's loot table only dropping 1 piece of gear.

Keeping Evil at Bay: Alcaz Island requirements reduced to 12 from 20.

Corrected an issue where 1v1 arena MMR was not set to 1500. All players below 1500 MMR have been set to 1500 MMR. (Pending next restart)

[Laughing Skull]: Fixed the error of Vendors displaying no items in certain areas.

[Un'Goro]: Custom cooking recipes will now drop from the mobs in ungoro.

Fixed an issue where one of the Faith (T3) set bonuses wouldn't show up properly in the combat log.

[QoL]: Baron Revilgaz will now let you turn in your UBRS World Buffs.

[Callboard]: Applied a fixed set of conditions for weekly quests to appear on Seasonal.

Pets: Damage done by pets in battlegrounds will now be added to the player damage score.

Heart of the Pheonix: No longer usable while your Pet is alive. Now teleports your pet to your location after resurrection.

[Legacy]: Surprise Attacks now increases damage of certain Rogue abilities by 10%, up from 5%

[Legacy]: Two-Handed Weapon Mastery now increases damage by 10%, up from 5%

[Blackwing Lair]: Corrected an issue where Chromaggus' 25 man HP was increased twice with the recent buffs to BWL. His HP has been corrected to be 13% lower.

[Molten Core]: Reduced the health of all bosses inside of Molten core by 10%.

[Zul'Gurub]: Gurubashi Headhunters' Whirling Trip spell will no longer cause a knockdown. Instead this ability has been replaced with a Mortal Strike attack that deals 185% weapon damage.

[Blackwing Lair]: Vaelastrasz the Corrupted - Burning Adrenaline has been reworked in such a way that it will no longer crash the server. The aura will now give you a 50% cast time reduction and tick away 3% heath per second that the buff is active. The damage once the aura expires is unchanged, said damage will also still remain an AoE attack. (New patch required for tooltip)

Fel Touched: Mails that contain items such as Hand of Fate will now be deleted on reset.

Fel Touched: Main bank items will no longer be wiped.

Fel Touched: Fel-Infused Treasure will no longer fail to reward items.

Fel Touched: Disband Group when activating this game mode.

Inner Fire will no longer consumes stacks from non-damaging spells.

[Naxxramas]: Reduced HP of Kel'Thuzad Soul Weaver Banshee by 30%

[Naxxramas]: Reduced damage of Kel'Thuzad Soldier of the Frozen Waste Dark Blast(1003119) by 50% back down to previous levels.

The Rare PvP Weapons will now have the correct stats on Legacy Realms.
