Talenty a kouzla
Instead of reducing the cooldown of Kick, Improved Kick now gives Kick a 50/100% chance to prevent the target from fleeing and limiting their movement speed for 3 seconds. (Same effect as Judgement of Justice)
[Pending Restart] Silencing Shot now interrupts spell casting for 4 sec. On a successful interrupt it also silences the target for 2 sec.
Improved Kick is now a 2 point talent, changed from 3.
Kick now has a 12 second cooldown, changed from 18..
Kick no longer costs energy.
Instead of reducing the cooldown of Pummel, Brutal Pummel now gives Pummel a 50/100% chance to apply two stacks of Sunder Armor to the target.
Brutal Pummel is now a 2 point talent, changed from 3.
Pummel now has a 12 second cooldown (down from 18).
Pummel no longer costs rage.
[Pending Restart] Hand of Salvation now lasts for 3 sec, changed from 4.5. It now ticks 2 times, instead of 3.
Absolution capstone - Dispel Magic can now be used on enemies to dispel 1 beneficial effect.
Incanter’s Absorption has been reworked: Dealing damage with non-instant Arcane spells have a chance to grant you a shield absorbing a small amount of damage. In addition, the cooldown of Spellsteal is reduced by 1/2/3s. Capstone bonus: Spellsteal steals an extra spell from the target.
The improved Purge talent has been removed.
Purge now has a 20 yard range. It now has 3 charges with a 12 sec recharge timer.
The Endurance talent now also makes Evasion reduce Magic damage taken by 10/20%.
Evasion change to 2 gems
Blessed Hands no longer increases the duration of Hand of Protection. Instead it makes Hand of Protection reduce Magic damage taken by 30%.
Hand of Protection also clears Stun effects when used.
Cloak of Shadows now also removes all Bleed effects when used and grants immunity to Snare and Root effects.
Cloak of Shadows now has a 2 minute cooldown, down from 3 minutes.
Combat Readiness now also triggers against spells. It now provides 3% damage reduction per stack in PvP (still 5% against monsters).
The Disarm duration reduction effect on Improved Counterattack has been moved to Survivalist, making it more accessible to more builds.
Weapon Mastery now grants 2% critical strike chance per stack, changed from 1.
Grip of Horror now increases the disarm duration of Psychic Horror by 0.66/1.33/2 sec, changed from 1/2/3.
Dismantle now lasts for 6 seconds, down from 7.
Disarm now lasts for 6 seconds, down from 7.
Improved Disarm: Change to the target taking +10% damage from you while disarmed. [This also fixes an issue with PvE]
New Moon ERE now has an additional effect: Dealing periodic damage with Moonfire reduces the cast time of your next Arcane Blast by 5%, stacking up to 5 times.
Temporal Shift now has a cast time of 2 seconds, down from 2.2.
Missile Barrage now also has a 8/16/20% chance to trigger from Slow.
Unfurling Time Epic Mystic Enchant now has an additional effect: Casting Slow on a target within 15 yards of you that is already afflicted by Slow roots them for 2 seconds.
New Capstone: Netherwind Presence - Casting Slow while Netherwind Presence is fully stacked increases your movement speed by 30% for 3 seconds.
Netherwind Presence procs on spell cast instead of hit.
Shadow Strikes no longer trigger from on-hit effects such as Heroic Strike or Cleave. This makes it in-line with other proc effects, which as a general rule do not trigger from spells/abilities that do not have a global cooldown.
Angelic Feather now costs 10% of base mana, down from 16%. It now grants 50% increased movement speed up from 40%.
Thunderstorm now deals 10% more damage.
Hydromancer Electrocute now has a 30 second internal cooldown, up from 20.
Lightning Overload now stuns for 2.5 seconds, up from 2.
Lightning Discharge now stuns for 2.5 seconds, up from 1.5.
Unrelenting Storm now also stacks up from Elemental Blast and Lava Burst.
Amplify Curse now has a new Capstone effect: If any of your Curses are dispelled, your next Curse of Agony will deal bonus Shadow damage to the target after 3 seconds.
Mongoose Bite and Counterattack now require weapons, meaning they can no longer be used while disarmed.
The Capstone effect of Amplify Curse allowing you to have multiple Curses active at the same time is now baseline.
Staggering Shout now has a 20 sec cooldown, changed from 25

[Pending Restart] Added a small ICD to charge so you don't immediately use both charges of charge at the same time. This should make it feel like it did before it was changed recently.

[Repentant Reconciliation] The buff that triggers the heal is no longer consumed after casting penance. The duration has been reduced to 8 seconds from 12 seconds. Improved the tooltip to add clarity and reduce text. (Pending Restart and Patch)
Ward of Light will now properly reset the cooldown on Divine Storm (requires restart)
Updated the tooltip of Compound Power to reflect that Arcane Shot and Steady Shot now always grant 2 combo points instead of requiring a critical strike.

Cataclysm is an AoE spell that deals large fire damage to up to 6 nearby enemy targets within 8 yard range and applies a fire damage over time debuff to targets effected. Casting this grants you 15% increased fire damage. Only useable in Cat Form. +
[Lucifur] [New] - [Devil's Ignition] - Your Incinerate is transformed in to Devil's Ingition, dealing fire damage and additional damage if the target is effected by Charred Bite instead of Immolate. Critically Striking with Mangle, Claw or Shred has a chance to grant you Devil's Ember allowing you to cast Devil's Ignition. Only usable in Cat Form.
[Lucifur] [New] - [Number of the Beast] - Critically Striking with any abiliy has a 66% chance to grant you Number of the Beast, stacking 6 times. Upon reaching 6 stacks you can manually cast Cataclysm consuming all stacks and granting an additional 7 seconds of Devil's Claw.
[Lucifur] - Charred Bite now increases the damage dealt by Searing Pain and Devil's Ignition by 10% per stack.
[Lucifur] - The Devil's Claw generator for Lucifur has changed from Scorch to Searing Pain, and all related buffs and effects have been changed to affect Searing Pain instead.
[Lucifur] - Searing Pain has reduced threat generation whilst you have Lucifur equipped.
[Eldritch Knight] - While Eldritch Weapon is active you generate 20% more threat overall. Eldritch Explosion now generates 30% more threat, 50% with the Eldritch Weapon buff.
[One with the Light] One with the Light now causes Holy Specialization to grant 10% cast time reduction for your Holy Fire, instead of granting % damage to Smite and Holy Fire.
[Curse of Arugal] - Void Eruption can now be used while shapeshifted into a Worgen.
[One with the Light] One with the Light has been changed slightly. It can now only trigger one instance of two stacks of Holy Specialization. (Before it was possible to trigger ten stacks instantaneously from a single Divine Storm, this caused major performance issues.)
