In the deepest caverns of Blackrock Mountain, the Dark Iron Dwarves toil relentlessly, slaving away at the whim of an ancient, terrifying master. Once, long ago, their sorcerer-king Thaurissan sought to summon a being capable of crushing all who opposed him. He and his allies worked to call forth a monster deep within the Core.
They succeeded.
The Firelord, Ragnaros, now sleeps below the mountain, gathering strength. It is your task, Heroes, to destroy him. Enter the Core, slay the Firelord and his allies, and right the foolishness of a king who called on more than he could control.
The Molten Core will release next Friday, March 2nd, at 4:00pm Universal Coordinated Time (UCT).
