Stat Priority:
Spell Power > Int > Spirit, early you can take Spirit over Int if you want. Haste is nice to have too
AOE Rotation:
Living Bomb 2 targets minimum > Dragon's Breath when available > Flame Strike instant cast > Rain of Fire (or Hellfire whichever does more damage)
Single-target rotation:
Living Bomb > Fire Blast > Fire Ball > Pyroblast when you get Hot Streak proc
Enchants are optional and are recommendations, you can roll whatever Enchants buff up Living Bomb, Flame Strike, and Fireball or Pyroblast.
