Character Transfers are Live!
Characters on Sargeras can now Transfer to Andorhal or Laughing Skull!
The time is now, Heroes!
Character transfers are open, and character creation on Sargeras has been closed. The time has come for the heroes of Sargeras to choose their new home. Will you continue your high-risk battles, stepping into the open world of Laughing Skull? Or will you move to the calmer waters of Andorhal to pursue new heights of power? Both options are open, Sargerians: it is only left to you to choose.
In order to transfer your character, log in to the Ascension website and click on the Shop. Under the Sargeras tabs, in Character Advancement, you will find an item that will whisk you away to your new realm. It has no cost, and you may transfer any number of characters; but choose wisely. Once you make the choice, there is no turning back.
Even if you’re not a hero of Sargeras, this update affects you, too! With the new single-character transfer system, characters across all realms will soon be able to copy their character to Daggerspine at any time. This means that, when we open Daggerspine for testing, your current hero will be copied over and ready to test! Daggerspine still won’t be open 24/7, but we are considering keeping it open more often after these transfers are done. More testing for you!
Do note that transfers to Daggerspine are NOT working yet. Don’t try and move your character over or you will lose your character to the PTR. We’ll let you know when it’s safe to copy over.
We’re going to say that one more time, just for good measure:
HEY! DON’T TRANSFER TO THe PTR yet or you’ll LOSE your character! But transfering from Sargeras to Andorhal or Laughing Skull is A-OK!
So enjoy moving to your new realm, heroes of Sargeras! And to everyone else, we'll let you know when it's alright to copy characters to the PTR. Until then, enjoy the new friends coming to your realm!
