Medivh’s first week is at an end! Ascension’s first League is charging fast towards the release of the Burning Crusade. Hundreds of fixes, updates, changes, and tweaks have hit the live realms, and the Classless System is improving faster than ever before. There’s no time to slow down--and there’s no breaks on this train anyway: the weekend is here, and with it new content, new gear, and new chances to forge your classless Hero:
7/24 - PvP Progression 2
Upgrade your gear and lay waste to your enemies with upgraded PvP gear. With PvP Progression 2, the next rank of both Honor Gear and Arena Gear will be available from vendors. With the new gear, you’ll be able to soar to new heights in the Arena, Battlegrounds, and even the Open World. Stock up on PvP power, Heroes--it’ll serve you well.
7/24 to 7/26 - Double DP Weekend!
Want your Hero to look as powerful as they feel? Need a mount or cosmetic set to complete your class fantasy? Now’s the time to snag it: double DP is in effect all weekend! Grab yourself a new look and charge onto the battlefield.
7/25 - Molten Core
The Firelord beckons--Ragnaros is unleashed! Delve into the magma-filled caverns of Blackrock Mountain as you conquer the core for gear and glory! Whether you’re Flex or Heroic Raiding, you’ll need everything you’ve got to bring down the mountain!
Oh, and Heroes--don’t equip PvP power in Dungeons. You’re losing, like, 50% of your DPS…
7/26 - Azuregos
Gather your allies and charge out into the world: Azuregos strides the hills of Azshara! This powerful dragon will test the strongest of groups, and reward epic items to Heroes who can take him down. Of course, you may have to deal with more than just the Blue Dragon: enemies, and even other groups, will be looking to take you out.
Get ready for an amazing weekend, Heroes! Whether you’re diving into Raids, destroying Battlegrounds or Arenas, or stalking the wilds of High Risk, your Heroes are about to experience a massive power boost. Stay on your toes, keep adventuring, and we’ll see you on the battlefield!
