Whirlwind now deals 20% reduced damage against players, from 25%.

Rend now deals 10% reduced damage against players, from 5%.

Fire Nova now deals 15% reduced damage against players, from 10%.

Fire Blast now deals 20% reduced damage against players, from 15%.

Living Bomb explosion now deals 25% reduced damage against players, from 20%.

Fixed an issue where Holy Specialization (Priest talent) didn't properly increase the critical strike damage bonus of all Paladin spells.

Increased the delay of the self damage from Shadow Word: Death.

Curse of the Elements now lasts for 20 seconds (from 30) when used against players.

Unrelenting Assault now reduces magical damage and healing done by 15/30%, down from 20/40%.

Fixed an issue where Frost Oil and Shadow Oil could trigger procs. Instead, their damage has been increased, and the slow from Frost Oil has been increased from 40% to 50%.

Changed the tooltip of Elemental Devastation to clarify that it only triggers from offensive spell criticals.

Fade now no longer triggers the global cooldown.

Reduced the cooldown of Exorcism to 10 seconds, down from 15 seconds.

Increased the spell power scaling of the direct damage of Holy Fire to 37.4%, up from 34.4%. The periodic damage still has a spell power scaling of 2.2% per tick.

Fixed an issue where Permafrost would not affect Frost Shock.

Fixed an issue where Command, the Orc racial passive, would not increase the damage of all types of pets.
