[League 2] [Onyxia] [Items] Pending Restart: The Dragon Killer item dropped by Onyxian Lair Guards during the Onyxia encounter will be of uncommon (Green) quality. This will allow the item to show in the group loot window if Need before Greed, Group Loot or Master Looter with minimum quality requirement rare (blue) is selected as loot system. The item can still be looted by anyone if Free For All is selected. Requires Cashe clear.

Timewalking: Blackwing Lair will now award 75 Mystic Runes and 25 Mystic Orbs.

Pending Restart the Heroic version of Onyxia's head will trigger the Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer.

With the Release of Onyxia, Ragnaros will now drop an extra item on HC 10.

[League 2] [Onyxia] [Items] Repost: The Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer buff triggered from turning in Onyxia's Head now increases attack power by 80, spell power by 40 and critical strike rating by 42. Previously would grant 140 melee attack power and 140 critical strike rating.

Beastmaster Whistles for exotic pets now require the Beast Mastery talent to be used.

Your first random LFG Heroic dungeon completion of the day will reward you with 250 Marks of Ascension. All completions after that will reward you with 150 Marks of Ascension.

[League 2] [Onyxia] [Onyxia] Onyxian Lair Guards spawned during phase 2 now have a Ignite Weapon ability. Ignite weapon causes additional Fire damage to the target and reduces its fire resistance. This effect stacks.

[League 2] [Onyxia] [Onyxia] Onyxia will now summon a total of 20 Whelps (10 per side) per wave on all difficulties.

[League 2] [Onyxia] [Onyxia] A raid warning is now displayed for all player whenever Onyxia takes a Deep Breath.

[League 2] [Onyxia] [Onyxia] Onyxia now takes 10 seconds up from 8 to finish her Deep Breath ability.

[League 2] [Onyxia] [Onyxia] A visual indicator has been added when Onyxia selects a target for her Fireball that makes it easier for the target to react.

[League 2] [Onyxia] [Onyxia] Dragon Killer dropped from Onyxian Lair Guards is a short duration usable item that can be picked up by a player and used on Onyxia. Dragon Killer will deal a serious wound to Onyxia, causing her to bleed for 5% of her maximum health over 10 seconds.

[League 2] [Onyxia] [Onyxia] Onyxian Lair Guards spawned during the second phase can now be looted for a short period of time and will drop a Dragon Killer.

[League 2] [Onyxia] [Onyxia] Onyxia will now end her air phase at 35% health down from 45%.

[League 2] [Onyxia] [Onyxia] Onyxia will now start her air phase at 85% health up from 65%.

[League 2] [Onyxia] [Onyxia] Onyxia has been reworked.

[League 2] [Onyxia] [General] Corrected an issue where creatures inside Onyxias Lair had level 80 values for fire and shadow resistance.

[League 2] [Onyxia] [General] Onyxias Lair now has a checkpoint.

Fixed an issue where tooltip values from PvP (0.15%) and PvE (0.1%) were flipped in client.

Fixed an issue where Blessed Resilience sometimes wouldn't proc as intended.

Reworked Mana Leech: Your Mana Burn destroys 30% more mana but deals 30% less damage and the mana cost is increased by 30%. (It can now be exchanged to another enchant on an altar for free.)

Fixed a bug where "Accurate" Mystic Enchants would actually reduce the chance to hit.

Mana Shield spell power scaling is now reduced from 0.55 to 0.4. [Pending restart]

Fixed an issue where some PvP off-pieces were missing armor and stats and their Bloodforged variant had incorrect stats, resilience and PvP power. [Pending restart]

Shimmering Slicer transmog will now properly side sheath.

ALL items that drop specifically from world bosses are now Bind on Equip.

Changed Battlegear of Wrath t2 tank set 3 & 5 set bonus. The Set Bonuses will be visible in a later patch but they are as follows: 3 set - Increases the melee attack power reduction of your Demoralizing Shout by 20%. 5 set - Reduces the cooldown of Shield Slam, Shield Wall and Shield Block by 5%.

Implemented Fury of Wrath t2 Strength DPS Set. The Set Bonuses will be visible in a later patch but they are as follows: 3 set - Increases the attack power granted by Battle Shout by 30. 5 set - 20% chance after using an offensive ability requiring rage that your next offensive ability requires to cost 5 less rage. 8 set - Increases your Haste Rating by 10% of your Strength.

[TBC] Raid Lockouts will now be 3 days until the next reset because of the recent update that pushed lockout times 4 days. After these 3 days it will be back to normal.

[TBC] Crow's Cache will now drop 5-6 items from t4 instead of 3 items from magtheridon's lair.

Flametongue Attack now deals 20% reduced damage against players, from 15%.

Frost Shock now deals 35% reduced damage against players, from 30%.

Earth Shock now deals 30% reduced damage against players, from 25%.

Sinister Strike (Double Down) now deals 20% reduced damage against players, from 10%.

Single Minded Fury off-hand attacks now deal 10% reduced damage against players.

Fixed a problem with Golden Skill Card application on Wildhammer

Made some changes to Guldan system to speed up login times.

The Smoldering Ember Wyrm mount has its drop rate increased to 100%. Active after server restart.

The Smoldering Ember Wyrm mount will no longer drop from Nightbane and will now drop from Prince Malchezaar in Karazhan on Heroic Difficulty instead. Active after server restart.

reduced the rate of which hakkari coins and bijous drop by 66% but they now drop 3 coins. Overall, the amount of coins netted should be the same, but feel way less spammy.
