Fixed an issue that made it possible for Fel-Touched to obtain TBC green quality equipment. Those items have been removed.

Quests
[Call to Arms]: Fixed an issue where the Call to Arms daily was not completable. All quests that were not able to be completed were erased from the quest log.
[A True Artisan]: Thorium Greatsword no longer is in the criteria for the "Thorium Arsenal" Quest.
General
Fixed a some of the last crashes we have been seeing.
Felforged characters will now receive Scrolls of Fortune and Hands of Fate every playthrough on the same character. They will still be wiped on death.

[Legacy]: The updated transmog sets will now be stored in your collection - if you are missing these items message a senior GM on discord and open an ingame ticket.

[The Ace of Talents]: Reduced the cost of marks required for the Ace of Talents by 50%.
[Daily Quests]: Fixed an issue where the Call to Arms quests were able to be auto completed.
[Daily Quests]: Mourning Wood (Low and High Risk) Have had their required count of kills reduced by 25%.
System Changes
[Call to Arms]: The battleground daily quest will always be the current Call to Arms. Example: If Warsong is Call to Arms, Arathi Basin will not be the battleground daily. The battleground Daily will be Warsong for the duration of the CTA.
[Call to Arms]: The Call to Arms event has been pushed back to now start at 03:00 server time (SEASONAL). The duration of the event remains unchanged, this means the event will now also end 3 hours later as well.

Fixed a bug where Master Sergeant's Insignia was giving extra resilience. (Active on next server restart).

Seduction PvP duration reduced to 8 seconds, down from 10 seconds (this change will be active on the next server restart).
Shattered Barrier now roots players for 6 seconds, down from 8 seconds.
Frost Trap, once triggered, now lasts for 20 seconds, down from 30 seconds and slows players by 40%, down from 50%.
Wrath base damage and scaling increased by 5%.
Item Changes
The spell damage and healing penalty of Shields is now 8%, down from 10%.
