Darkmoon: You are now able to receive a new Draft Mode Deck (for level 1 drafting) from the General Goods vendors in starting areas.
Seasonal: You can no longer send mail via the starting zone mail boxes to prevent spam. You can still receive mail from these mailboxes.
Poison Skill card is currently disabled while we address some bugs. It will not roll.
General
Darkmoon: Lootboxes from Daily Quests, Scourge Invasions and the Blood Bowl now have a chance to drop Zul'Gurub gear!
Lootboxes from Daily Quests, Scourge Invasions and the Blood Bowl should now give level 60 dungeon gear again.

Temporarily disabled the usage of Sentry Totem.
General
Legacy: Twisted Faith now only grants spell damage from Spirit instead of spell power. Its proc gives 1/2/3% base mana down from 2/4/6%. (This change has already been active for a while).
Flagglemurk the Cruel (rare mob) now has a rare loot drop table as intended.
Mailboxes in starting areas can now only be used to receive mail.
.character activate command now allows you to activate up to 10 characters (client limit).
Fixed an exploit allowing to create multiple characters with the same name.
Talents & Abilities
You are able to swap stances and keep the Tactical Mastery bonuses once entering defensive stance without relogging. (Change active on next server restart)
Tactical Mastery should no longer constantly re-apply the stamina bonus. Your HP will now be able to go to 100% when you have tactical mastery learned. (Change active on next server restart)
Fixed a bug where using Feint would make you lose your current combo points. (Change active on next server restart).
Disabled the use of old Dampen Magic ranks. (It only has one rank now).
System Changes
Gurubash Blood Bowl: Updated event announcements. Added a visual effect while you are on a killing streak.
Mystic Enchants
Darkmoon: Fixed a bug where Divine Purpose would increase damage by 75% and healing by 50%. It now increases damage by 50% and healing by 75% as intended.
General
Noth: Plagued Guardian health reduced by another 20%.
Noth: Plagued Champion health reduced by another 20%.
Noth: Plagued Warrior health increased by 50%. Is now immune to all Crowd Control but slows.
Noth: Plagued Champion health reduced by 10%.
Noth: Plagued Guardian health reduced by 10%.

Cure Disease will no longer make you temporarily immune to disease. (Change active on next server restart).
Cure Poison will no longer make you temporarily immune to poisons. (Change active on next server restart).

Naxxramas Plague Wing bosses are now available.
Updated Naxxramas Plague Wing trash mobs to better reflect the intended difficulty of the wing.
Updated loot tables for the final bosses of each wing in Naxxramas to drop 2 set piece tokens on 10man, up from 1.

Seasonal: 10 New Hand Fate Quests have been added to the quest chain.

Spellstones and Firestones no longer get removed when changing weapons.
Fixed a bug where you would get attacked by guards when using the "Resurrect at nearest Town" option
Fixed a bug where you could unlearn Tame Beast and the your pet would still appear at the next login.
System Changes
Crows Cache: Improve Crows Cache event messages. The looter will now be announced to the world.

Increased the damage of Seed of Decay from the Druid T3 2 set bonus. (Effective next restart)
The Shaman dungeon sets, The Elements and The Five Thunders, Furious Storm proc effect is now also triggered by healing spells.
Dungeons & Raids
Fixed unintended behavior for razorgore after casting a spell which caused him to enter the follow state.
General
Darkmoon: Blazing Speed should now be working as intended.
Darkmoon: Eviscerate now deals 10% less damage in PvP.
Scourge Invasion loot boxes from high level invasions will now give a guaranteed dungeon item drop.
Fixed a bug where you would be assigned to the wrong phase when entering a major city.
Fixed a bug where attacking evading creatures would result in a infinite melee attacking state.
Fixed a bug where character faction / race transfer would learn TBC flight paths.
Laughing Skull: Fixed orb shard events not spawning, they should now function.
World
Mage Stormwind Portal should now work correctly again.
System Changes
Karma: You will no longer lose reputation when fighting neutral NPCs.
Checkpoint System: Initial checkpoint will now be inside the raid instead of outside the instance portal.
Item Changes
Scroll of Experience can no longer be used while having a pending Ability Draft.
Quests
Legacy: The Fate of Ramaladni and The Only Song I Know... quests are now available, provided a character has completed Echoes of War. Additionally, the latter quest mentioned above has been made repeatable. (Active on server restart)
General
Fixed the visual bug where Divine Shield would remove the Ironman aura. (Change active on next server restart).
Invisibility Potion will now break when interacting with battleground objectives. E.G. capping and carrying flags.
Fixed a bug where Defensive Stance wasn't reducing healing by 10%. (Change active on next server restart).
Ironmen with Criminal Intent active should no longer be able to attack others in Honorable Combat.
Seasonal: Temporarily disabled Hand of Fate quests while we resolve some issues with Hand of Fate
Talents & Abilities
Twin Disciplines should once again add the proper scaling to Power Word: Shield.
Iron Will should once again be working on Darkmoon.
Tactical Mastery should once again update properly when swapping stance and weapons.
Aspect of the Beast will not longer remain on tamed pets after dismissing and resummoning them if it is no longer your active Aspect.
Illumination mana refund will no longer be reduced by effects which reduce the mana cost of spells, like Divine Illumination.
Item Changes
Swift Spectral Tiger no longer grants 100% bonus movespeed with Apprentice Riding.
Dungeons & Raids
You should no longer be able to use the checkpoint system to resurrect during a raid encounter.
Mystic Enchants
Twin Disciplines should once again add the proper scaling to Power Word: Shield.
Frenzyheart Fury now grants 1 crit rating at level 20 and below, and grants an additional 1 crit rating every 2 levels after that, up to 21 crit rating. From 21 flat crit rating.
Fixed a rare crash which could occur when using Assuaging Shadows.
General
Laughing Skull: Naxxramas set piece tokens are no longer soulbound. (Change active on next server restart).

Treasure Hunter auras will now persist through death. (effective after next restart)
Fixed a bug where blinking could cause dead pets to revive under some circumstances
Fixed a bug where blinking would deflag you from PvP within capital cities.

Darkmoon: Fixed an issue where some Zul'Gurub gear had a reputation requirement which was not intended.
System Changes
Karma: Implemented zone and world wide announcements for different Karma related action in the open world.
Ironman: Leaderboard will now display the correct URL to the website where the Leaderboard is located.

Portals in Naxxramas should now work for the entire raid. (Requires a restart)
General
Darkmoon: Fixed a bug where base health at level 60 was 500 too high. (Change active on next server restart).
Seasonal: Counting Cards quest for sealed packs now rewards 5 Sealed cards, up from 3.
Shadowsong has been updated to the latest branches in preparation for mass transfer to legacy.

Talents & Abilities
Fixed a bug where Pure of Heart wouldn't reduce the duration of Fear effects. (Change active on next server restart).
Legacy: Corrected the amount of spell damage Flametongue Weapon gives to the old amount.
Increased the base damage of Serpent Sting rank rank 1 to 3 by around 20%, rank 4-6 by around 15% and rank 7 by around 10%. (Change active on next server restart).
Mystic Enchants
Fixed a bug with Unyielding Faith where it gave 3% disorient duration reduction instead of the intended 5%.
General
Seasonal: Added 9 Additional Hand of Fate: Shuffle the Deck quests. These are a quest chain, all new characters can do them all.
Talents & Abilities
Fleet Footed and Relentless Strikes will now trigger properly from Meditate and Recuperate. (Change active on next server restart).
Dungeons & Raids
Naxxramas: Faerlina's Poison Volley will now properly generate poison pools (careful, they're dangerous.)
General
Darkmoon: Added a mailbox to all starting areas.
Talents & Abilities
Penance will no longer trigger a cooldown if it was out of range to actually cast the version the target selected. (damage or heal)

Slime water will no longer kill vanity pets (like books of ascension)

Seasonal: Temporarily Disabling Hand of Fate to address a bug.
Seasonal: Fixed an issue where some quests were not rewarding 10 Marks of Ascension
The Conflicted debuff (that you get from changing your risk) now lasts 10 minutes and will continue to tick down while you're offline. (Change active on next server restart).
System Changes
Ironman: Implement Bloodiest Ironman Announcement. Starting from 29. July 19:30 ST. It will now announce the leading Ironman with the most kills done in World.
Ironman: Low-Risk Ironman can no longer be attacked by other players.
Ironman: High-Risk Ironmen are now always forced to Single Target PvP combat even if they somehow might lose their single target pvp aura.
Ironman: Survivalist can now use all Book of Ascension.
Ironman: Ironmen will no longer die when falling through the world. They will get teleported to the closest graveyard.
Dungeons & Raids
Globs of Viscidus are no longer susceptible to Disorient effects. (Active on server restart)
