[Pending Restart] [Sunwell Plateau] [Kil'jaeden] Increased the damage of World Breaker first instance to 200% weapon damage up from 100%. World Breakers second instance now draws its cone shape along the ground as the first instance does.

[Pending Restart] [Sunwell Plateau] [Kil'jaeden] Legion Lightning now increases in damage by a percentage value scaling with the number of player inside the raid, dealing more damage per jump as lower the total amount of player is. Previously each jump would double in damage. Legion lightning no longer chains to pets. Previously Legion Lightning would chain to and from pets without damaging them but eventually using them as gap closer to other player targets.

Soul Bolt from Gothik the Harvester now deals 25% less damage but casts it 25% faster.

[Area 52] Explosive Shot now deals 25% reduced damage in PvP combat.

[Sunwell Plateau] [M'uru and Kil'jaeden] Reduced the radius of Void Cutter's and Annihilate's damage by 1 yard to account for players own hitbox radius.

[Pending Restart][Elune] Fixed a Bug where gaining certain buffs (like Elemental Shredder (Frost) would grant stack of Rising Chaos.

[Pending Restart] [Sunwell Plateau] [General] Increased the drop rate of Sunwell specific recipes by 100%.

[Pending Restart] [Sunwell Plateau] [Brutallus] Reduced the total damage inflicted by Meteor Slash by 50%. This will allow soaking 3 slashes with a group of 4 player before a 4th slash becomes lethal. Meteor Slash will now reroll its individual damage, after damage has been split, before applying it, making the damage inflicted less static.

[Area 52] Crows Cache will now always drop at least 4 bloodforged and heroic bloodforged items of the latest raid tier.

[Pending Restart] [Sunwell Plateau] [Kil'jaeden] The Power of the Blue Dragon Flight now transforms the player using a dragon orb into the dragon itself rather then summoning a dragon to control. The dragons spells no longer have a mana cost and the transformation now lasts for 1 minute. The dragon is now considered a player target, however Kil'jaeden selects the dragon at a low priority when selecting targets. Kil'jaeden will still send his extra boss frames when a dragon orb is used, displaying the transformed players frame.

[Pending restart & cache clear] Updated the socket bonus of the Sin'dorei Pendant of Conquest to grant +3 critical strike rating instead of +2 spell power, since the item itself does not have spell power.

[Pending restart & cache clear] Fixed an issue where some mythic versions of the Band of Many Prisms had the wrong armor values. The M10 version had 16 armor too much and M39 had about 150 less than M38 and M40.

[AddOns: Details] Fixed an issue where school specific absorbs were not being tracked as healing. As an example, Savage Defense only absorbs Physical Damage and was not being tracked. This may cause some inaccuracies in absorb healing which will be improved with a later update.

[AddOns: Details] Fixed an issue causing segments to be spammed when a group member is in combat but your character is not. It should now properly treat group members in combat the same as if you were in combat.

[Pending Restart] [Sunwell Plateau] [Kalecgos] Corrected an issue where player pets would not be correctly phased between realms, allowing Kalecgos to attack them if he had no valid target on his platform, eventually causing him to "sink" into the ground.

[Pending Restart] - Fireball and Pyroblast spells (including spells that benefit from those modifiers) can now critically heal or critically damage on their periodic effects.

[Pending Restart] [Serpentshrine Cavern] [Lady Vashj] Corrected an issue where Lady Vashj would not execute targets hit by Crackle on Heroic and higher difficulties.

Stat Comparison on level scaled items now compares the stats of the scaled item rather than the stats of the unscaled item.

Fixed a bug where the damage of critical strikes in PvP combat wasn't reduced by 25%.

[Pending restart & cache clear] Updated the stats on 7 of the reworked tbc dungeon items that had a strange scaling which caused high m+ versions of those items to have extreme amounts of Stamina and Intellect. These stats have been adjusted to be more in-line with other items while still retaining their uniqueness. They lost some Intellect and Stamina, gained some SP and a few of them gained a gem slot. The affected items are: Collar of Command, Omor's Unyielding Will, Mana-Sphere Shoulderguards, Belt of Depravity, Bands of Negation, Energis Handwraps and Arcane Netherband.

[Pending Restart] [Elune] [Area 52] The Orbs of Power inside of the Temple of Kotmogu battleground has had its healing reduction increased from 5% per stack to 7% reduced healing per stack (70% reduced healing taken at max stacks).

[Elune] - The damage triggered by Explosive Charge no longer triggers other procs.

[Area-52] [Elune] [Absolute Zero] - Fixed a bug causing the damage over time effect from Absolute Zero to trigger procs that otherwise only trigger from direct damage or casts.

[Pending Restart] [Area 52] Fixed an issue where you weren't taught Crusader's Promise when the Champion of Justice mystic enchant was equipped.
