[Pending Launcher Update] Added 'High Precision NamePlates' option in Esc -> Interface -> NamePlates. This option disables an optimization only Ascension NamePlates and ElvUI currently take advantage of. Enabling this option will remove the 'laggy' feeling of NamePlates, but may significantly reduce your framerate in many scenarios.
[Pending Launcher Update] Added the option to color default Raid Frames based on Primary Stat. This only applies to the hero class, this option has no effect on CoA.
[Pending Launcher Update] Added the option to color Ascension NamePlates based on Primary Stat. This only applies to the hero class, this option has no effect on CoA.
[Pending Launcher Update] Restructured Ascension NamePlate customization. You can now configure most settings based on if the unit is friendly or an enemy. This will reset your settings, but should be the one and only time this is necessary.
Fixed an issue where pieces of the Earthshatter set were placed in wrong categories and listed with wrong prices within the tier 3 vendor.

[Elune][Executing Disembowel] Fixed a bug where the damage would not trigger when Execute killed an enemy affected by disembowel. The damage should now always trigger. (Pending Restart)

[Manastorm] [Pending Restart] The radius of Justicar Keltraesa's Desecration has been reduced to better match its visual.
[Manastorm] [Pending Restart] The effect of High Chief Winterfall's Winterfall Firewater buff has been reduced in the Manastorm. The open world version of this creature is unchanged.

[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where many of the Hunting (Insert Zone) Rares was not giving achievement completion.
[Pending Restart] - Removed the requirement of Last Man Standing from The Arena Master achievement because of how this achievement functions and requires a group where as 3v3 is only Solo Queue on Ascension.

[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where Molten Fury was not benefitting Elemental Blast.
[Elune] Spirit Frost now reduces the cast time of Prayer of Preservation by 15% per stack, its previous cast time reductions remain unaffected. (This was changed due to a bug where if you had more than 1 stack of Spirit Frost active and attempted to cast Prayer of Preservation the spell would go on cooldown but not actually heal at all.)
[Elune] [Pending Restart] Renewing Lights tooltip has been fixed to correctly state that it only grants stacks when renew heal a friendly target.
Talents & Abilities
[Pending Restart] [Elune] Fixed a bug where Preservation consumption had a lower ICD than intended. It now has a 1 second ICD increased from 500ms.

Rebalanced Bloodmage Thalnos Flamespite to do less on the initial unavoidable hit and more on the avoidable periodic portion.
Ossirian in the Manastorm now has a reward multiplier of 500% up from 300%.
Arcanist Doan's Arcanist Explosion now has a 2 second cast time up for 1.5 seconds and is interruptible. But it really hurts.
Viscous Fallout Radiation Cloud now ticks every 3 seconds up from 1 second. This will give proper time to avoid it, but if you don't it will smack.
Reduced Chaotic link stacks on Odo the watcher.
Removed Hakkari Soulflayer from Manastorm Randomization pool.
Reduced rate of the second active affix on creatures. It still was getting to crazy at higher levels. (This was done 2 or 3 days ago missed changelog while focusing on lag)
Fixed an issue where Lady Anacondra was knocking you down. She was not meant to knock you down.
Reduced Chaotic link stacks on Commander Springfield.
Fixed an issue in Manastorm where Special Creatures like Nyx and Mechatron were not dropping loot.
Reduced Herod's Chaotic link in Manastorm from 6 to 5.
Fixed an issue where Anubisaths were in the randomization pool in Manastorm. They are too big!
Fixed an issue where Clepto the Cardnappers cards were not lootable.
Added a weight increase per level to Clepto the Cardnapper and Greedy Goblin so they show up more at higher levels.
[Area-52][Knight of the eclipse] Knightfall PvP Mod has been removed (previously 0.55)
[Area-52][Knight of the eclipse] Eclipse strike damage increased by 25% in PvP Combat.

[Elune] Fixed a bug where Localized Storm was scaling far higher from spell damage than intended. It now has a coefficient of 16% spell damage and 10.4% attack power. (This is similar to other similar effects such as Fire Storm and Hail Storm.)

Dungeons & Raids
[Manastorm] Baron Geddon now casts Infernal Blast instead of Armageddon in manastorm. This spell allows counter play and overcoming the fight for builds that cannot beat the DPS race the original mechanic presented.
