Fixed an issue where Anger Management increased the damage of Battle Charge.
World
[High-Risk] Increased the number of mining nodes that can be spawned at any given time and reduced the respawn time by 20%. This will increase the supply the Nether Metal and overall value of high-risk mining and account for High-Risk ground mount requirements.
Fixed an issue where High-Risk Meat and Leather was not dropping from Celestial Ridge unless the event was active.

[Exorcist's Slash] will now show up in the Warrior spell tab instead of Paladin as it is Heroic Strike transform.
General
Increased the amount of Rare-Gems provided in the Monthly Membership Benefits Quest by being exalted with Consortium.

[Pending Patch Update] Corrected an issue where Tank Dummies attacks and Fierce Blows would not be visible and not appear in combat loggs.
[Pending Restart] [Karazhan] [The Opera] The loot of the Operas boss encounters is now contained in chests that spawn upon defeated bosses deaths.
[Pending Restart] [Karazhan] The beast bosses inside the Karazhan basement, Hyakiss the Lurker, Shadikith the Glider and Rokad the Ravager now have individual loot-lockouts.
Mystic Enchants
[Battle Fervor] Crushing Impact will now also reduce the cooldown of Battle Charge when damaging players, previously only worked against creatures.
[Battle Fervor] Fixed an issue where Battle Charge and Charge did not share a cooldown as stated in the tooltip and could allow 3x charges in PvP.
[Elemental Assassin] Elemental Blades will now properly increase Stormstrike critical damage.
[Unrelenting Wrath] Fixed an issue where Unrelenting Wrath would be removed from action bars on relogs.
[Steward of Eternity] Fixed an issue where learned spells would be removed from bars when relogging.
Battle Charge now deals 60% less damage versus players.
Battle Charge from Battle Fervor now works versus players.
General
[Pending Restart] Added Dynamic Dummies to all major cities.
[Pending Restart] Added a new type of Training Dummy - Dynamic Dummies. These dummies are level 1 and do not scale with the active expansion, but rather with the level of the attacking player. When attacked by a player of any level, whether it's 60, 70, or 44, the dummies adjust their level and stats to match the attacking player. This feature allows leveling players to use these dummies just as endgame players can use the "Normal" dummies. Once the combat ends, these dummies reset back to level 1, ready for the next player to attack.
[Pending Restart] Healing Dummies (Wounded Dummies) will now cause a player healing them to enter combat. This change enables addons like Skada and Recount to track combat logs with default options. Healing dummies are now uninteractible by default. Player are able to activate and deactivate them by poking them (/poke).
[Pending Restart] Tank Dummies now cause players taking damage from them to generate rage. Tank dummies will now deal damage to players as any other creature, causing them to take damage as if they fell below certain health percentages for proc talents to trigger. They can also inflict damage as if they actually killed their target, displaying overkill effects and triggering on-death effects. Tank dummies are now correctly affected by attack-speed reducing effects, increasing time between attacks.
[Pending Restart] Replaced all Training Dummies in the game with new versions. All "Normal", Execute, Tank, and Healing Training Dummies now update their levels and stats (armor, hit requirement, attack power) to the currently active expansion.
Desolate wind Bolt damage increased by 5% in battleground combat.

[Pending Restart] Cloudburst Totem now has a 0.5 sec delay before you can use the release spell (to prevent accidental spam click activates).
Item Changes
[Pending Restart] - All Darkmoon Faire Cards in Outlands can now be obtained at the start of the expansion rather than the release of Magtheridon on Ascended difficulty.
[Area-52] - The above changes will come to Area-52 in a future patch, but giving ample notice for any adjustments needed to equipment sets if needed!
[Pending Restart] - [Thrall] - Darkmoon Card: Crusade will now stack up to 12 times on the attack power effect and 6 times on the spell power effect. This card provided immense amount of item power and was unrivaled by any other trinket available from the expansion. This adjustment will still allow the Darkmoon Card: Crusade to retain its legacy of being a one-of-a-kind trinket and immensely powerful, but also to reign in some of its newfound power with the Hybrid Rework/Overhaul.
Mystic Enchants
[Pending restart] The Into Darkness Epic enchant no longer works in the High-Risk Open World. This enchant was too good at ensuring safe escapes which counteracted the High-Risk element in an unhealthy way.
General
Reduced required amount of max level gatherers to 2
Renamed the Motherlode announcement and map location to "Herbalism Motherlode" and "Mining Motherlode".
You can now acquire additional ores, herbs, Tin Marks of War, and uncommon high-risk materials from each type of High-Risk Motherlode.

Reworked Profession Experience for crafts. You will now get experience for crafts in closer relation to your player level rather than just the level of the craft.
The pvp vendor now sells "Blood mark of war" for 20,000 honor points. This token is bind on pickup, and will grant the user 1000 marks of ascension.
Mystic orbs sold by the pvp vendor now cost 1000 honor points (down from 1600)
Savage blade (Deadly bite) damage reduced by 10% in pvp combat.

Bladestorm now hits with off-hand weapons baseline, meaning you no longer require the Flurry of Steel Mystic Enchant for this effect. (Flurry of Steel will be disabled pending restart.)

Dungeons & Raids
[Pending Restart] [The Battle for Mount Hyjal] [Items] Reworked the Fist Weapon Set of Fist and Claw of Molten Fury. Both weapons now have a weapon speed of 2.6, and the off-hand has had its minimum and maximum damage adjusted accordingly. Both weapons have had their agility converted into attack power and critical strike rating for the main-hand, and haste rating for the off-hand. The set effect's cooldown has been reduced to 30 seconds, down from 45 seconds. The proc now inflicts a small amount of base Fire damage + 20% of Weapon damage as Fire damage, and it now scales with attack power and spell power. Previously, it would inflict 10% of Weapon damage as Fire damage without additional scaling. The original version of this effect would inflict 100-125 Fire damage without additional scaling. The different versions of this weapons are now interchangeable, allowing you to wield for example a Normal version in the off-hand and a Heroic version in the main-hand to benefit from its effect.

[The Battle for Mount Hyjal] [Anetheron] Reduced the damage inflicted of Nightmare Amalgans by 50%, Reduced the base health of Nightmare Amalgans by 50%. Increased the effects of Fleshbound Nightmare to 400% up from 100% for its damage increase and 300% from its health increase.
[Pending Restart] [The Battle for Mount Hyjal] [Anetheron] Reduced the maximum damage a players left behind body can take from a single source of damage to 5% of its maximum health down from 25%.
[Pending Restart] [The Battle for Mount Hyjal] [General] Corrected the ring recovery system on Soridormi in front The Battle for Mount Hyjal. Player can now correctly recover rings fitting their questline and progress.
[Pending Restart] [Karazhan] [Prince Malchezaar] Added a new mechanic - Decapitate. Starting from Phase Three, Prince Malchezaar now attempts to decapitate his primary target, throwing Gorehowl after it and inflicting 300% Weapon damage after a 4-second cast time. Damage is reduced the further the target is away from Prince Malchezaar. Decapitate will occur 16 seconds into phase three and be cast every 30 seconds thereafter.
[Pending Restart] [Karazhan] [Prince Malchezaar] Improved Infernal's spawn, target area, and hellfire radius visuals to better match the affected areas.
[Pending Restart] [Karazhan] [Prince Malchezaar] Reworked Prince Malchezaar's Enfeeble mechanic. Enfeeble no longer reduces the target's health to 1 and prevents any healing. Enfeeble is now a curse and can be dispelled. Enfeeble reduces the target's movement speed and all stats by 75%. Removing Enfeeble by any means causes the target to suffer 90% of its current health in Shadow damage. The duration has been increased to 60 seconds, up from 10. Enfeeble once again is active on Normal difficulty.

[Pending Restart] [Karazhan] [Netherspite] Netherspite now uses a special set of Draconic Attacks instead of normal auto-attacks when attacking in melee. These attacks operate the same as normal auto-attacks and Fierce Blows but allow him to complete his attack animations instead of canceling them in between swings.
[Pending Restart] [Karazhan] [Shade of Aran] Medivh's Mana Wyrms can now be fully crowd-controlled.
Mystic Enchants
[Oracle of the Eclipse] [Pending Restart] - Blessing of the Moon stacks can now only be generated while in combat, meaning it can no longer be pre-stacked. Leaving combat will not remove any current stacks.
[Pending restart][Pure Shadow] Pure Shadow buff now lasts 18 seconds. Up from 15.
[Pending restart][Pure Shadow] Pure Shadow buff now reads: Critical strike chance with Shadow spells and damage of your Shadow Bolt increased by 1%. Stacks up to 10.
