Balance UPDATES

Heroes! Prepare for a wave of balance updates coming to both Area 52 and Elune. This update brings a variety of adjustments across multiple classes and specializations, aimed at improving combat mechanics and overall performance. 

Changes will begin to roll out in the next 48-72 hours!

Here are the goals for this balance patch:

  • Introducing new ways to play and build your Hero on Both Realms through:
    • Ensuring that MORE specs can compete at all levels!
    • Performance Improvements for mutitudes of different Abilities, Talents and Mystic Enchantments.
    • Enhancing potential investment paths for Elune through new mechanics (like Evoker)
  • Increasing build paths and opportunities. Below are examples but are not limited to:
    • Evoker (Elune) 
      • Evoker struggles through the lense of Elune because of it not having enough meaningful investment. Introducing Sphere of Annihilation which scales with Fireball, Frostbolt and Arcane Missiles can tie them to the Evoker kit which in turn also boosts the entirity of the Evoker spell kit.
    • Kingsbane (Area-52)
      • Offers a unique playstyle and a new way of playing around Poison Based archetypes that previously did not exist.
    • Hammer of Wrath (Both Realms)
      • Hammer of Wrath had talent support and a strong base relative to its scaling, but its scaling fell short relative to other abilities. This scaling increase should allow for Hammer of Wrath to make its way back into the meta.
    • Ranged - (Hunter)
      • Hunters in General on Elune have fallen behind in performance and ALL ranged damage will see a damage increase.
  • Reworking Sniper Training and making Ranged Damage less reliant on the buff it provides.
    • You gain a stack of Sniper Training every 3 seconds.
    • If you move, you lose a stack of Sniper Training every 1 second.
    • 15 seconds of being stationary could remove all 5 of your stacks within 5 seconds of moving.
    • For anyone that has raided on Ascension, 5 seconds isn't a long time at all.
    • Stacks will no longer be removed upon moving, but its duration can not be refreshed unless you are standing still (which is unchanged to its blizzlike and classless version).
      • How sniper training used to work: Standing Still for 3 seconds grants you a stack of Sniper Training which increases your Shot Damage by 1%/2%/3%. This effect stacks up to 5 times and lasts for 15 seconds. Moving for 1 second removes 1 stack.
      • How sniper training works now: Standing Still for 3 seconds grants you a stack of Sniper Training which increases your Shot Damage by 1%/2%/3%. This effect stacks up to 4 times and lasts for 12 seconds. 
        • More adjustments to Hunter Shots and sniper training is below.
  • Tank Threat increases to help pace threat with other stances.
    • Mana-Forged Barrier, Defensive Stance and Bear Form all see a baseline threat increase.
    • Specific Abilities like Relentless Eviscerate, Revenge and Thunderclap (AND MORE) see additional threat increases.

  • Adjustments to outlier and overperforming archetypes, builds or enchantments
    • [Elune] - [Area-52] - Divinity - sees a slight adjustment bringing its passive damage reduction down to 1/2/3% from 2/4/6%.
    • [Area-52] - Edge of Fury adjustments reign in the power provided from just spamming Edge of Fury rather than utilizing the kit.
    • [Elune] - Titan's Fury now provides 20% damage, instead of 25% per stack.

Retribution

  • [Elune] - [Area-52] - Increased the base damage by 20% and scaling of Hammer of Wrath by 40%.
  • [Elune] - [Area-52] - Increased damage and scaling of Execution Sentence by 20%.
  • [Elune] - [Illuminated Judgement] - Consuming Infusion of Light with Judgement now increases your Holy damage done by 6% for 10 sec.
  • [Elune] - [Energized Judgement] - Damage increased to 75%. Up from 50%.
  • [Elune] - [Crusader’s Judgement] - No longer has a Spirit Allocation restriction.
  • [Elune] - [Empowered Light] - Now also triggers off Hammer of Wrath.
  • [Elune] - [Divine Blade Specialization] - Now also triggers off Hammer of Wrath.
  • [Elune] - [Cleanse in Flames] - now also affects Hammer of Wrath.
  • [Elune] - [Everlasting Fire] - can now be triggered by Hammer of Wrath.

Frost

  • [Elune] - [Area-52] - [Ice Barrage] - Base damage and scaling of Icicles increased by 15%.
  • [Elune] - [Frost Bomb] - [Frost Pulse] - Base damage and scaling of Frost Bomb and its Pulses increased by 15%.
  • [Elune] - [Frost Bomb] - The duration of Frost Bomb has been increased to 8 seconds, up from 6 seconds.

Evoker

  • [Elune] - [Evoker] - now has a new mechanic: Upon consuming both Arcane Evoked and Fire Evoked twice, you gain Sphere of Annihilation, making your next Frostbolt unleash a massive blast of pure energy. Sphere of Annihilation benefits from Arcane, Fire, and Frost modifiers, whichever is highest. Additionally scales with modifiers to Arcane Missiles, Fireball and Frostbolt combined
    • This encourages investment into all three spells and allows it to become even stronger for the Evoker.
  • [Elune] - [Evoker] - Now increases the damage of all mage spells by 3% and their critical strike chance by 3% per stack instead of just Fireball and Arcane Missiles.
  • [Elune] - [Spellstorm] - Fire Evoked and Arcane Evoked now increase the chance to trigger Brain Freeze and Missile Barrage by 70% respectively up from 60%.

Eviscerate

Improvements to Eviscerate to cement its place as the damaging rogue finishing move.

  • [Elune] - [Area-52] - [Eviscerate] - Increased the base damage and coefficient of Eviscerate by 25%.

Hunters

General buffs to Hunters across the board to promote the archetype in all forms of content!

  • [Elune] - All ranged damage now deals 20% more damage against monsters on Elune.
  • [Elune] - [Area-52] - Sniper Training no longer loses stacks while moving.
    • This moves back to its Blizzlike behavior of not losing stacks during moving.
    • Previously: if you stood still for 15 seconds, you would lose all 5 stacks in 5 seconds during movement.
  • [Elune] - [Area-52] - Sniper Training now stacks up to 4 times from 5.
  • [Elune] - [Area-52] - Sniper Training now lasts for 12 seconds from 15 seconds.
    • Previously: for every second moving, you would have to stand still for 3 seconds to gain back a stack.
    • Now, standing still for 3 seconds refreshes the duration of your stack amount.
  • [Elune] - [Widowmaker] - Now converts 15% of Agility to Armor Penetration up from 10%.
  • [Elune] - [Calibrate Aim] -  Now has a 6 seconds cooldown, from 15 seconds.
  • [Elune] - [Burst Shot] Now deals 50% ranged weapon base damage, from 35%.
  • [Elune] - [Target Spotted!] -  Now increases the damage the target takes from the casters Hunter Shot and Orbital Arrows by 10%.
  • [Elune] - [Engaging Shots] - Now reduces the cooldown of Disengage and Paratrooper by 3 seconds against monsters, from 1.5 seconds.
  • [Elune] - [Bone Arrow] - Increased the attack power and spell power coefficient of the direct damage of Bone Arrow by 33%.
  • [Elune] - [Bone Arrow] - Increased the Bone Arrow bleed duration from 15 seconds to 20 seconds.
  • [Elune] - [Arcane Shelling] - Now also increases the damage of Arcane Shot by 20%.
  • [Elune] - [Compound Shot] - Reduced the base cast time of Compound Shot from 2 seconds to 1.5 seconds.
  • [Elune] - [Automatic Firing] - Now lasts for 6 seconds, from 5 seconds.
  • [Area-52] - There was a buff deployed to Elune for Explosive Shot but made its way onto Area-52. Explosive Shot was buffed to increase the damage done to the main target by 225% from 150% on Elune.
  • While Explosive Shot was not underperforming on Area-52, we are not going to return it to its original value of 150%. However, will increase the damage of explosive shot by 187.5% on the main target instead of 225% which is the intended value for Elune.

Knight of the Eclipse

Updates coming to Knight of the Eclipse to make the build feel more regal, and of course knightly.

  • [Elune] - [Solar Knight] - Increases the damage of your next Wrath by 65% or your next Starsurge by 40%. Up from 50/25% respectively.
  • [Elune] - [Lunar Knight] - Increases the damage of your next Starfire by 65% or your next Starsurge by 40%. Up from 50/25% respectively.

Tank changes

  • [Area 52] - [Elune] - [Bear Form] - Increased the threat of Bear Form and Dire Bear form by 10%. 
  • [Area 52] - [Elune] - [Defensive Stance] - Increased the threat generated by Defensive stance by 10%.
  • [Area 52] - [Elune] - [Manaforged Barrier] - Increased the threat generated by Mana-Forged Barrier by 10%.
  • [Area 52] - [Elune] - [Berserk] - Ironfur will now have its rage cost reduced by 50% while Berserk is active. 
  • [Area 52] - [Elune] - [Divinity] - The damage reduction on Divinity has been reduced from 6% to 3%.
  • [Area 52] - [Elune] - [Improved Disciplines] - Improved Disciplines has gained a capstone bonus. Casting Shield Wall or Retaliation when you are below 50% health will cause them to only trigger half their cooldown.
  • [Area 52] - [Elune] - [Improved Revenge] - Improved Revenge has had its damage increase buffed from 10/20% to 15/30%.
  • [Area 52] - [Elune] - [Improved Revenge] - Improved Revenge now causes your Revenge to hit an additional 2/3 targets.
  • [Area 52] - [Elune] - [Retaliation] -  Retaliation now grants 25% chance to parry while active.
  • [Area 52] - [Elune] - [Retaliation] -  Retaliation now counterattacks any parried attacks.
  • [Area 52] - [Elune] - [Revenge] - The base threat of Revenge has been increased by 20%.
  • [Area 52] - [Elune] - [Thunder Clap] - Increased the base threat of Thunder Clap by approximately 15%.
  • [Area 52] - [Blademaster] - Devastate additional damage to nearby enemies has been increased from 50% to 70%.
  • [Area 52] - [Blademaster] - Triggering Blademaster with Divine Storm now only increases your Armor and Holy Spell Power to 100% of your Strength from 200%.
  • [Area 52] - [Bulwark] - Bulwark will now instantly deal damage upon being cast. 
  • [Area 52] - [Bulwark] - While Bulwark is equipped you generate 5 energy every time you block an attack. This effect can only occur once every second.
  • [Area 52] - [Carnage Incarnate] - Increased the damage dealt by Carnage Incarnate by 15%.
  • [Area 52] - [Carnage Incarnate] - Increased the damage reduction gained from Carnage Incarnate from 10% to 15%.
  • [Area 52] - [Carnage Incarnate] - Increased the threat of Carnage Incarnate’s damage by approximately 50%.
  • [Area 52] - [Plague Bearer] - Increased the weapon damage of Festering Strike from 70% to 90%.
  • [Area 52] - [Relentless] - Relentless Strikes no longer grant 100% increased armor from your shield, it now reduces all damage taken by 8%.
    • This armor increase slightly devalued other armor increases and provided approximately 4% physical damage reduction. So its been changed to reduce physical and magic damage taken and buffed to 8% total while simultaneously increasing the value that armor can provide
  • [Area 52] - [Relentless] - Increased the damage of Relentless Eviscerate from 70% to 80% of the original hit.
  • [Area 52] - [Relentless] - Increased the threat of Relentless Eviscerate by approximately 20%.
  • [Area 52] - [Relentless] - Increased the threat of Relentless Assault by approximately 50%.
  • [Area 52] - [Relentless] - Increased the damage of Relentless Assault by 50%.
  • [Area 52] - [Undaunted] - Undaunted will no longer reduce the maximum health increase of Last Stand while equipped.

Loa’s Assault

You like catching stuff so we’ll keep throwing buffs!

  • [Elune] - [Loa’s Assault] - Now deals 150% weapon damage on each attack. Up from 100%.
  • [Elune] - [Loa’s Assault] - Now trigger Piercing Shots (if known).
  • [Elune] - [Loa’s Assault] - Catching Shard of Gonk increases the damage of your next Glaive Toss by 20%, stacking 5 times.

Shadow Dots

Talents like Fingers of Death were difficult to incorporate into builds, so a few talents are being opened up for shadow based archetypes.

  • [Elune] - [Fingers of Death] - Shadow Lance now generates Soul Fragments.
  • [Elune] - [Mind Tendrils] - Mind Blast! Now has up to 2 charges and resets the cooldown of Mind Blast.
  • [Elune] - [Touch of Death] - Now triggers two separate buffs, one increases the damage of your Vampiric Touch by 100% per stack, and the other increases the damage of your Devouring Plague by 60% per stack.
  • [Elune] - [Touch of Death] - Buffs can now stack up to 6 times, casting the empowered spells will consume up to 2 of the charges to grant the benefit. This enables a proactive playstyle where you can store your procs for important moments.
    • AND UNLOAD REALLY BIG DAM
    • (that’s a lot of damage)
  • [Elune] - [Necromancer’s touch] - now has a .85 sec internal cooldown (Down from 1 sec) and can now trigger from your pet’s auto attacks.
  • [Elune] - [Harvest Essence] - Can now also trigger from Mind Blast and Chaos Bolt.
  • [Area-52] - [Fingers of Death] - Dark Winter now stacks up to 5 stacks. Up from 4. 
  • [Area-52] - [Fingers of Death] - Increased base damage and scaling of Shadow Lance by 20%. 
  • [Area-52] - [Darkmaster] - Increased duration of Ruptured Soul to 35 sec. Up from 30.

Destruction

  • [Elune] - [Area-52] - Fire and Brimstone Capstone now increases the damage of your Soulfire by 8% per stack. Down from 10%.
    • [Elune] - [Area-52] - Increased base damage and scaling of Soul Fire 20%.
    • [Elune] - [Area-52] - Increased base damage and scaling of Mayhem by 20%.
    • This results in a buff for all uses of Soul Fire.
  • [Elune] - [Splintered Chaos] - Frozen Embers now stacks to 7. Down from 10.
  • [Elune] - [Shadow Infusion] - Has been changed to correctly affect all shadow effects. As a result, now a target debuff that increases Shadow damage taken from the caster by 20%. Lasts 3 seconds.

Blood and Guts

  • [Elune] - [Blood and Guts] - Increased damage and scaling of Executing Disembowel by 25%.
  • [Elune] - [Blood and Guts] - Fixed a bug where Executing Disembowel would trigger twice.

Toxic Strikes

  • [Elune] - [Toxic Strikes] - Envenom now deals 8% more damage per stack. Down from 10%

Spiteful Strikes

  • [Elune] - [Spiteful Strike] - Now deals 8% more weapon damage per additional 10 rage consumed. Up from 3%.
  • [Elune] - [Edge of Fury] - Fixed a bug where Edge of Fury would not always increase the damage of Killing Spree.
  • [Elune] - [Edge of Fury] - Edge of Fury now increases the damage of Killing Spree by 25% per stack from 15%.
  • [Elune] - [Blind Revenge] - Fixed an issue where Blind Revenge was not appropriately scaling with its attack power and spell power coefficient
    • This is approximately doubling how much it scaled with AP & SP from combo points.

Illuminating Light

  • [Elune] - [Illuminating Light] - Smite and Holy Fire now decrease the cooldown of Divine Illumination by 8 seconds. Up from 6 seconds.

Crush

  • [Elune] - [Prepared to Crush!] - Crush now deals 510% weapon damage up from 390% if you are not under the effects of Titan’s Grip.
    • Damage remains unchanged for Titan’s Grip.

Spider Bite

  • [Elune] - [Spider Bite] - Deathbringer and Unbounded Deathbringer now get 60% damage increase. Down from 100%.

Titan’s Fury

  • [Elune] - [Titan’s Fury] - Now increases your physical damage by 20% if Titan’s Grip is active. Down from 25%.

Elemental

  • [Elune] - [Area-52] - Lava Burst now converts critical chance exceeding 100% into a bonus to damage.
    • Example: 150% critical strike chance makes Lava Burst deal 50% additional damage.
  • [Elune] - Avatar of Fire was renamed to Totemic Avatar and now reduces the cooldown of your Fire / Water / Air Elemental totems.
  • [Elune] - Water and Air Elemental Totems now have the same health as Fire Elemental Totems.
  • [Elune] - [Elemental Equilibrium] - Now increases your Fire, Frost, and Nature damage by 7%. Down from 10%
  • [Elune] - [Elemental Equilibrium] - now lasts 14 sec. Up from 10.
  • [Elune] - [Tether Power] - Elemental Air now increases the damage of your next Elemental Blast by 20%. Changed from 30% against monsters and 15% against players.

Balance Druid

  • [Elune] - [Waning Moon] - Now has a 1 second internal cooldown.
  • [Elune] - [Critical Cycles] - Now increases your Insect Swarm damage by 60%. Up from 50%.
  • [Elune] - [Area-52] - Fixed a bug where Arcane Blast players debuff increased damage of active Moonfire. 
    • This was on top of the benefit that moonfire would get from consuming Arcane Blast effect

Battle Fervor

  • [Area 52] - [Battle Fervor] While the Battle Fervor RE is equipped Anger Mangement’s capstone bonus is reduced by 15%.

[Area-52] - New Legendary Mystic Enchant: Apostle of Eredath

[Area-52] - Consumed by Fire

[Area-52] - New Legendary Mystic Enchant: Flashpoint Operative

[Area-52] - New Epic Mystic Enchant: Pack Leader

[Area-52] - New Epic Mystic Enchant: Frosty Frost Frostbolt

[Area-52] - New Epic Mystic Enchant: Kingsbane

[Area-52] - Epic Mystic Enchant Rework

Mixed element stacking Enchantments like Kindle for the Fire, Leftovers, and Big Brain Big Muscles, and so one have been reworked to support both spell schools equally in order to enhance cross-element play in builds.

With this change it did reduce the total number of possibilities available. The most common enchantment between the old possible combinations has been kept in your collection. 

[Elune] - Do the Stance Dance has been renamed to Stance Enhancement.

 Based on more feedback here is some insight to the rationale behind this change:

Bloodrage extension will receive a slight modification and be changed to "Entering" a warrior stance. Removing the hidden knowledge behind the talent and making it more clear. 


It will passively increase the effects of the stances instead of requiring you to macro it into all abilities. Our previous fix required you to have two stances.

Stance Enhancement

Increases the Armor Penetration granted from Battle Stance by 10%.
Increases the Critical Strike Chance of Berserker Stance by 3%.
Increases the Damage reduction of Defensive Stance by 5%.

Entering a Warrior Stance will extend the duration of Bloodrage by 6 seconds. This effect can only occur once every 6 seconds.

Weapon PRocs

  • There is an issue with The Night Blade and other weapons where you can stack two DIFFERENT versions of the weapon to get the benefits. While this is not intended. It will NOT be pushed with this patch.
    • This creates an unfun meta where you are chasing both the Mythic / Ascended or the Mythic 39/40 version of a weapon and because their effects stack it makes them much stronger than intended.
  • This will be fixed for all realms and weapons in a future patch and will NOT be pushed with this patch. This changelog just provides Ample warning to prepare for the future change.

Pet Damage

  • There has been bugs found with pet damage scaling from caster modifiers that do not state anything about general/pet damage increases. 
  • We are looking into fixing this bug with pet damage scaling from things that they are not meant to scale from.

[Area-52] - [Arcane Thunderseer]

  • [Area-52] - [Arcane Thunderseer] - Arcane Thunder now increases the damage of Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning by 5% per stack.
  • [Area-52] - [Arcane Thunderseer] - Arcane Overload now triggers a wave of Spellstorm Missiles of to 5 nearby enemies whenever you deal damage with Arcane Missiles but reduces their damage by 75%. This gives the build a powerful ability to cleave its enemies by momentarily sacrificing some of its single-target potential.

[Area-52] - [Assuaging Shadows]

  • [Area-52] - [Assuaging Shadows] - Shadow’s Embrace now lasts for 20 seconds, from 15 seconds.
  • [Area-52] - [Assuaging Shadows] - Shadow’s Embrace now also makes your Rogue and Feral finishing moves deal additional Shadow damage and lower the active cooldown of Shadow Dance by 2 seconds.

[Area-52] - [Calibrate Aim]

  • [Area-52] - [Calibrate Aim] - The armor penetration granted by Calibrate Aim has been lowered from 10% to 5%.
  • [Area-52] - [Calibrate Aim] - Now has a 6-second cooldown, from 15 seconds.

[Area-52] - [Cryotherapist]

  • [Area-52] - [Cryotherapist] - Fixed a bug where Icy Spirit healing could also trigger Repentant Reconciliation causing each Icy Penance bolt to trigger Repentant Reconciliation 5 times instead of once per bolt.
  • [Area-52] - [Cryotherapist] - Icy Spirit heal has been buffed by 20%.
  • [Area-52] - [Cryotherapist] - Cryotherapist now heals up to 5 nearby allies for 3% of the damage dealt over 2 seconds up from 2%.

[Area-52] - [Defias Gunslinger]

  • [Area-52] - [Defias Gunslinger] - Fixed some tooltip issues with Defias Gunslinger
  • [Area-52] - [Defias Gunslinger] - Gunslingers Strike now increases the damage dealt by both Raptor Strike and Mongoose bite by 35% up from 30%.

[Area-52] - [Edge of Fury]

  • [Area-52] - [Edge of Fury] - Spiteful Strike now has a 10-second cooldown, casting Blind Revenge resets the cooldown of Spiteful Strike.
  • [Area-52] - [Edge of Fury] - Reduced the damage of Spiteful Strike by 20%.
  • [Area-52] - [Edge of Fury] - Reduced the damage of Blind Revenge by 8%.
  • [Area-52] - [Edge of Fury] - Now increases the damage of your next Killing Spree by 12% from 15%.
  • [Area 52] - [Elune] - [Improved Revenge] Improved Revenge has had its damage increase buffed from 10/20% to 15/30%.
  • [Area 52] - [Elune] - [Improved Revenge] Improved Revenge now causes your Revenge to hit an additional 2/3 targets

[Area-52] - [Elemental Assassin]

  • [Area-52] - [Midnight Flames] - Fixed a bug where Midnight Flames did not increase the damage of Conflagrate by as much as was described.
  • [Area-52] - [Midnight Flames] - Midnight Flames will now increase the damage of your Immolate and Shadowflame by 15%. 
  • [Area-52] - [Midnight Flames] - Destructive Synergy now has 2 charges and lasts for 12 seconds.
  • [Area-52] - [Midnight Flames] - Shadow Kindling is now a buff on the player instead of a debuff on targets.
  • [Area-52] - [Midnight Flames] - Shadow Kindling now increases the critical strike chance by 2% from 1%, and now also affects Pyroblast.

  • [Area-52] - [Oracle of the Eclipse] - Gaining Solar or Lunar Eclipse will now also grant you Lights Grace or Tidal Waves if you know the final ranks of these talents respectively.
  • [Area-52] - [Oracle of the Eclipse] - You now learn Oracle’s Blessing when this Mystic Enchantment is used instead of Oracle of the Eclipse. 
    • This means you now cast the heal directly instead of resetting the cooldown of Holy Shock and Riptide and empowering them afterward. The cooldown of Holy Shock and Riptide is still reset when used this way.
  • [Area-52] - [Oracle of the Eclipse] - Oracles Blessing is now a smart heal and will prioritize targeting injured allies within its radius.
  • [Area-52] - [Oracle of the Eclipse] - Oracles Blessing has been buffed and had its radius increased from 8 yards to 15 yards.

[Area-52] - [Paratrooper]

  • [Area-52] - [Paratrooper] - Target Spotted now increases the damage taken from your Hunter Shots by 15%.
  • [Area-52] - [Paratrooper] - Orbital Arrows now deal 60% weapon damage from 85%.
  • [Area-52] - [Paratrooper] - Fixed a bug where Orbital Arrows could trigger more often than intended.

  • [Area-52] - [Seed of Life] - Bloom has been reworked. It now heals a nearby ally affected by your Seed of Life and begins to spread through all allies affected by your Seed of Life, granting you Blooming Life. The duration of Blooming Life is increased the more stacks of Seed of Life are consumed by this effect.
  • [Area-52] - [Seed of Life] - Bloom has had its coefficient and base heal amount increased substantially. It now scales from 20% of your Healing Power and 9% of your Attack Power. from 3.8% Healing Power and 0.7% Attack Power respectively.
  • [Area-52] - [Seed of Life] - Bloom can now critically heal.
  • [Area-52] - [Seed of Life] - Bloom now has a 20 second cooldown.
  • [Area-52] - [Seed of Life] - Blooming Life enables your Rejuvenation and Regrowth effects to periodically critically heal.

[Area-52] - Smaller Rebalancing Tweaks and QoL

  • [Area-52] - [Arcane Arrows] - Fixed a bug causing Explosive Shot and Focused Burst to be able to trigger Arcane Arrows multiple times per cast.
  • [Area-52] - [Arcane Gunslinger] - Arcane Shelling now also increases the damage of Arcane Shot by 20/40/60%.
  • [Area-52] - [Blood for the Blood God] Increased the damage for Bleeds, Eviscerate, and Dispatch from Bathe in Blood to 6%, from 5%.
  • [Area-52] - [Burning Darkness] - Pyroclasm now increases the damage done by your Unstable Affliction and Shadow Bolt by 25%

  • [Area-52] - [Dark Surgeon] - now causes the triggered Lesser Circle of Healing to heal for an additional 50% of the amount healed over 3 seconds.
  • [Area-52] - [Deadly Bite] - Deadly Bite now increases the damage dealt by Raptor Strike, Savage Blade, and Glaive Toss by 17% per stack.
  • [Area-52] - [Dragon Warrior] Increased the damage gained on Dragon Fury from 45% per stack to 50%.
  • [Area-52] - [Elemental Destruction] - Elemental Immolate now lasts 2 more seconds 
    • Note: this does not give it another tick and so does not increase your Conflagrate damage, this serves as a quality of life improvement for situations where other mechanics would prevent you from using Conflagrate and thus risking this debuff running out.
  • [Area-52] - [Elemental Equilibrium] - Now has 16 sec internal cooldown. Down from 20 sec.
  • [Area-52] - [Festering Wounds] - Critting with Mutilate now grants 8 energy, from 5. And another 16, from 10 over the next 3 seconds.
  • [Area-52] - [Frost Bomb] - Reduced the base damage and scaling of Frost Bomb to its primary target by 15%.
  • [Area-52] - [Grove Ranger] - Blooming Shot Heal, now scales from 15% of your ranged attack power and 7.5% of your bonus healing, up from 10% of your ranged attack power and 0% of your bonus healing.
  • [Area-52] - [Harbinger of Pestilence] - Reduced damage of harbinger bile to 60% per stack. Down from 70% per stack.
  • [Area-52] - [Heavyweight] Crush now deals 210% weapon damage, from 200%.
  • [Area-52] - [Heavyweight] Now grants 3% Physical damage per stack, from 2%.
  • [Area-52] - [Holy Spirit] - now also reduces the cooldown of Penance when Flash Heal effectively heals an ally, in addition to its previous effects.
  • [Area-52] - [New Moon] - Waning Moon now also affects Starfire.
  • [Area-52] - [Pyroshot] No longer has charges, it will affect all Aimed Shots while active.
