Tainted Wound from Tainted Swipe now deals 20% reduced damage versus players, changed from 10%.
Blood Venom now deals 40% reduced damage versus players, changed from 30%.
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where the Hydromancer Water Nova dealt damage twice.
Champion of Justice has been tweaked. The Serving Justice buff now also stacks up from Holy Shock, and now lasts for 20 seconds (from 15). The Adorned and Champion of Justice heals can no longer trigger multiple times from the same GCD. The heal from Adorned can now crit and has increased scaling. A new effect has also been added: healing an Adorned target with Holy Shock will consume Adorn to heal up to five nearby low-health allies. With these changes, Champion of Justice should be more well-rounded, being less of an outlier at 25-player raid healing but significantly more versatile and more capable at keeping their groups alive.
Fixed the tooltip of Pious Strikes to clarify it only happens once. In addition, fixed the issue where it could trigger multiple times when triggered by Avenger's Shield.
Fixed an issue where Holy Nova (Holy Retribution) when procced from Pious Strikes was able to trigger effects.
Crimson Champion now also requires Defensive Stance or Righteous Fury, just like Holy Shield.
Unbounded Drain Mana and Unbounded Drain Soul now have a max target cap of 5.
Unbounded Drain Life Legendary Mystic Enchantment will now correctly behave and show as epic in the Mystic Enchantment collection.
Unbounded Mind Flay is now an Epic Mystic Enchants, down from Legendary, but it now has a max target cap of 5.
Ice Prism Shatter, the proc from using Holy spells on targets affected by Ice Prism from Snowblind now hits up to 5 targets within 8 yards.
Fixed an issue where Ice Prism did no damage at level 20.
Fixed an issue where Prayer of Preservation only applied Preservation to 2 targets instead of 5 targets.
Unbounded Drain Life now heals for 75% of the damage dealt, changed from 100%.

Added rough arrows and light shot to vendors in Deathknell.
Corrected an issue where creatures of the Paladin Class Type with level 66 had much more health then intended.
Added addition level appropriate green loot to level scaled starting 1-20 zones. Only the first 2 zones for each race are scaled.
[Alar] [Area 52] Fixed an issue in Level scaled dungeons where Healers were doing way more threat than intended.

[Pending Restart] Flash of Adrenaline now resets the cooldown of Sprint when Adrenaline Rush expires, instead of when it's used. (In the new rarity system and together with the new Charge recast mechanic, this RE was a bit too powerful with multiple slow clears and strong chase potential.)
[Pending Restart] Guerilla Trapper's Barbed Snare Trap's stun effect is now on the controlled stun diminishing return category (as most other stuns), changed from being on the random stun diminishing return category.
[Evoker] Evoker has been reworked: Casting Arcane Missiles while Missile Barrage is active increases the chance to proc your next Brain Freeze by 60%. Casting Fireball while Brain Freeze is active increases the chance to proc your next Missile Barrage by 60%. Consuming these effects grant you a stack of Evoker which decreases the cast time of Frostbolt by 3% and causes Frostbolt casts to increase the damage of your Fireball and Arcane Missiles by 3% and the critical strike chance by 3%. Both effects stack up to 5 times and last for 10 seconds.
Fixed an issue where Beast and Blade was not applying its PvP modifiers correctly.

[Pending restart] Fixed another 22 NPC spells to no longer silence/interrupt players through Mana-Forged Barrier or other effects that give immunity to interrupt/silence effects.
Improved Mystic Enchanting UI to more clearly delineate what each currency and UI element does.
Attacking opposite faction guards while in PVE mode will now properly flag you for PVP.
Fixed some issues where Temporal Contracts would give you an error on use.

[Dark Surgeon] Your damaging rogue finishers have a 20% chance per combo point to grant you Trauma Care, reducing the mana cost of Greater Heal and Flash by 15%. Greater Heal consumes all stacks to reduce the cast time by 33% and deal 15% increased Healing. Stacks up to 3.
[Dark Surgeon] Increased the range of Lesser Circle of Healing to 30 yards, increased from 15 yards.
[Dark Surgeon] Reduced the mana cost of Dark Transfusion by 50%.
[Dark Surgeon] Increased the scaling of Dark Transfusion’s damage, but reduced the healing to account for it always benefitting from Hippocratic Oath.
[Dark Surgeon] Hippocratic Oath is now a permanent buff, increasing your healing power by 20% of your attack power, but reducing healing received by 30%.
[Tree of Wrath] Living Lightning cooldown reduction can now trigger for each target critically healed by Chain Heal or Living Lightning. Previously it could only trigger once per cast.

[League High Risk] Increased the drop rate of Homicite from High-Risk mining nodes by 50%.
[League High Risk] Increased the drop rate of Sanguine Root, Thorn and Lotus from High-Risk herbs by 50% to account for the faster pace of League release and need for consumables.
[League High Risk] These adjustments to drop rates in Darkwhisper Gorge are designed to promote it as the end-game High-Risk 1v1 area, ensuring Outlaw players do not lose effective farming power by opting out of For the Horde/Alliance loot bonuses and you have the maximum number of possible targets to engage in PvP.
[League High Risk] These adjustments to drop rates in Tainted Scar are designed to promote Group PvP in Tainted Scar by encouraging players to group safely with other members of their faction to encourage fights between Alliance, Horde and Outlaw groups.

[League High Risk] Battle Scarred Leather Straps, Homicite Buckle, Profane Thread and Sanguine Lacquer now require 1 Generic and 1 Specific material to craft, from 10 and 5. This will make Sanguine Gear more reasonable to craft with the pace of League's release schedule. (Restarts restart and spell patch for ingredient costs to update)
[League High Risk] Materials used to craft Sanguine gear will no longer be listed as quest items. Clear your cache and they will become tradable again.
