[Pending restart] Improved Charge has been reworked. It no longer reduces the cooldown of charge but instead increases the duration of your Charge root by 0.33/0.66/1 seconds.
[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where Mana-forged Barrier didn't grant interrupt immunity correctly.
Taking damage from tank dummies can no longer cause you to Stagger (as this damage would previously kill you)
[Mal'Ganis][New Level 20 Arcane Mage Talent] Power Surge - While casting a damaging spell, melee attacks against you have a chance to cause a Power Surge of the school you are casting. The Surge deals damage shared between all nearby enemies and also restores 3/6/9% of your missing mana. Can only occur once per second.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Mana-Forged Barrier - Envelops you in a Mana-fueled Barrier, protecting you from damage at the expense of mana. Depending on your mana percentage, the Barrier will absorb from 90% to 40% of the damage you take, draining 1 mana per point absorbed. The Barrier also protects you against most effects that would interrupt your ongoing spell cast (does not work against players). Also increases the threat generated by Magic damage significantly but reduces your damage and healing done by 50%.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Invocation - Channeling this spell empowers your Mana-forged Barrier, removing its mana cost and making it absorb damage as if you were at full mana. While channeling you will periodically discharge projectiles of raw mana, dealing high-threat Magic damage to nearby enemies. Lasts 3 seconds.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Alter Time - Alter the fabric of time, causing the caster to return to their current location, their health and mana, when cast a second time, or after $d. Any self-applied, magic dispellable effects are also returned to their previous state. Effect negated if the caster dies within the $d before the effect occurs or moves too far away.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Redirect - Transfers any existing combo points to the current enemy target. Requires active combo points.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Avatar - Transform into an unstoppable colossus for 10 seconds, causing you to deal 10% increased Physical damage and take 10% less damage. While in this state your movement speed can not be reduced below nor be increased above normal running speed. You are also immune to immobilizing effects.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Capacitor Totem - Summons an Air totem with 5 health within 20 yards that gathers electrical energy from the surrounding air and then explodes after 1 sec to deal Nature damage and stun all enemies within 8 yards for 4 sec. This ability is usable while shapeshifted.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Dispatch - Finishing move that causes damage per combo point. If used on a target below 35% health, your next Eviscerate, Envenom or Rupture deals 20% increased damage.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Skull Banner - Throw down a war banner at your feet that increases the melee and ranged critical strike chance of party or raid members within 40 yards of the banner by 20%. Lasts 10 seconds. Allies receiving this effect will become Fatigued and unable to benefit from Skull Banner for 180 seconds. You can Intervene to your war banner.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Earthquake - You cause the earth at the target location to tremble and break, dealing Nature damage every 1 sec to enemies and reducing their movement speed by 20% in an 8 yard radius. Lasts 8 seconds. Enemies taking damage from it are affected with Trembling and on 3 stacks they get stunned for 3 seconds. This can only occur every 10 sec from any Earthquake effect.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Solar Beam - You summon a beam of solar light, silencing all enemies under the beam while it is active. Solar Beam lasts for 6 sec.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Blood Horror - While channeling, encases yourself in a barrier of blood. Any time an enemy within 8 yards deals non-periodic damage to you, you drain their health and cause them to run in horror for 3 seconds.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Colossus Smash - Smashes a target for 130% weapon damage which ignores armor and then weakens their defenses, allowing your attacks to bypass 30% of their armor for 6 seconds.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Leap of Faith - Pulls the spirit of a party or raid member, instantly moving them directly in front of you. The same target can only be affected by this once every 30 seconds.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Demonic Leap - Leap into the air upon demonic wings, moving a short distance. If you reactivate it within 1 sec you will leap again.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Stampeding Roar - You roar, increasing the movement speed of all party or raid members within 10 yards by 60% for 6 seconds. Does not break prowling.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Smoke Bomb - Creates a cloud of thick smoke in an 8 yard radius around you for 5 sec. Enemies are unable to target into or out of the smoke cloud. You take 40% less damage for 5 seconds after using Smoke Bomb.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Combat Readiness - Enter a state of heightened defensive awareness. Each time you're hit by a melee or ranged attack you reduce your overall damage taken by 5%, for 10 seconds, stacking 5 times. Lasts 20 seconds or until not attacked for 10 seconds.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Windwalk Totem - Summons an Air Totem with 5 health at the feet of the caster for 6 sec, granting party members within 10 yards Windwalk. Their movement speed can not go below 100% speed while affected.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Void Shift - You and the currently targeted party or raid member swap health percentages. Increases the lower health percentage of the two to 25% if below that amount.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Mass Entanglement - Roots the target and all enemies within 8 yards in place for 30 sec (6 sec versus players). Damage may interrupt the effect.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Unending Resolve - You harden your skin, reducing all damage taken by 30% and preventing you from being silenced, or your spells from being interrupted for 8 seconds.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Blinding Light - Emits dazzling light in all directions, blinding enemies within 10 yards, causing them to wander disoriented for 6 sec.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Ursol's Vortex - Conjures a vortex of wind for 8 sec around yourself, reducing the movement speed of all enemies within 8 yards by 30%. When an enemy leaves the vortex, winds will pull that enemy back to its center. Enemies can only get pulled from any vortex once every 10 seconds.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Bind Elemental - Binds the target hostile elemental for up to 50 sec. The bound unit is unable to move, attack or cast spells. Any damage caused will release the target. Only one target can be bound at a time.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Heroic Leap - Leap through the air toward a target location, slamming down with destructive force to deal Physical damage to all enemies within 8 yards. While in the air you are immune to crowd control effects.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Frenzy Shot - Fires a shot, dealing 100% weapon damage. This sends your pet into a frenzy, causing its auto attacks to strike up to 5 nearby enemies for 8 seconds.
The capstone of Lightning Mastery has been moved to Lightning Overload.
Filthy Tricks is now a 3 point talent, changed from 5, and now reduces the cooldown of Shadowstep by 4/7/10 sec, changed from 3/6/9/12/15. It also now increases the movement speed bonus of Shadowstep by 7/14/20%, changed from 5/10/15/20/25.
Using Shadowstep out of combat now grants the ability a 5 second cooldown reduction, changed from 10.
Shadowstep now has a 25 second cooldown, changed from 35.
Improved Intercept now reduces the cooldown of Intercept by 4/7/10 seconds, changed from 5/10/15.
Intercept now has a 30 second cooldown, changed from 40, and no longer has a rage cost.
Feral Charge (cat) now has a 15 second cooldown, changed from 25.
Feral Charge (bear) now has a 15 second cooldown, changed from 20.
Improved Charge now reduces the cooldown of Charge by 4/7/10 seconds, changed from 4/8/12.
Seal Fate now increases damage done by Dispatch by 4/7/10% in addition to its previous effects.
Dirty Deeds now reduces the energy cost of dispatch by 10/20 energy, in addition to its previous effects.
Convection now also reduces the mana cost of Earthquake by 3/6/9/12/15% in addition to its previous effects.
Concussion now also increases the damage of Earthquake by 2/4/6/8/10% in addition to its previous effects.
Wrecking Crew's triggered effect now also increases the damage done by Heroic Leap and Colosuss Smash in addition to its previous effect.
Nemesis now also reduces the cooldown of Demonic Leap by 5/10/15 seconds in addition to its previous effects.
Veiled Shadows now also reduces the cooldown of Void Shift by 20/40/60 sec and Fade by 2/4/6 sec.
Improved Windfury Totem talent has been renamed to Improved Wind Totems, it now reduces the cooldown of Windwalk Totem and Capacitor Totem by 5/10 seconds in addition to its previous effects.
Two-Handed Weapon Mastery now also increases the duration of Colossus Smash by 1/2 sec in addition to its previous effects.

[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where Blademaster sometimes would proc off every parry instead of being limited to every third parry.
[Mal'Ganis][New Legendary Enchant] Hydromancer - Transforms Frostbolt into Water Bolt which deals Frost damage and scales with Frostbolt modifiers. Casting Water Bolt applies Conductor, reducing the cast time of Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning by 33% and increases their chance to trigger Lightning Overload by 25%, stacking to 3. Water Bolt applies Doused to the target. Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning will Electrocute doused targets, dealing bonus damage and incapacitating for 2 sec. The same enemy can only be incapacitated every 20 sec. You also learn Water Nova which deals Frost damage, applies Doused and grants 2 stacks of Conductor. Electrocuting an enemy in a Water Nova electrifies it, causing it to deal Nature damage over time.
[Mal'Ganis][New Rare Enchant] Divine Fury - Increases the critical strike chance of Holy Fire by 1%. In addition, you deal 2% increased direct magic damage against targets afflicted by your Holy Fire.
[Mal'Ganis][New Epic Enchant] Mind over Matter - Increases your Defense Rating by 100% of your Intellect. Prevents you from dodging, parrying or blocking.
[Mal'Ganis][New Epic Enchant] Echoing Power - Increases the threat of your Shaman Shock spells by 30%. In addition, the Booming Echoes capstone effect now also grants an additional effect depending on the Shock used: Earth Shock: Reduces the damage you take from Physical attacks by 4%. Frost Shock: Increases your threat generated by 6%. Flame Shock: Deals Fire damage to attackers when struck in melee.
[Mal'Ganis][New Legendary Enchant] Templar of Flame - Transforms your Seal of Righteousness into Seal of Fervor, dealing Fire damage to your target. Unleashing this Seal's energy will deal Fire damage over 3 seconds. If cast on an enemy afflicted by your Flamestrike, this damage will spread to all enemies within 8 yards affected by any Flamestrike. While Seal of Fervor is active your Holy and Fire damage spells and abilities have a chance to reduce your damage taken by 6% for 10 seconds and your Judgements will trigger the Firestarter Capstone effect (if known).
[Mal'Ganis][New Epic Enchant] Staggering Shout - If you know Piercing Howl, you also learn Staggering Shout. Staggering Shout causes all enemies within 10 yards that are snared to become rooted for 3 sec. Damage caused may interrupt the effect.
Added Taunting, Hasty, Concentrated, Accurate and Focused Uncommon Enchants for Shield of Righteousness.
Reduced the base damage and scaling of Harbinger's Bile from Harbinger of Plague by 50%, but increased the number of targets it hits from 5 up to 10. In addition, fixed an issue where the Harbinger's Bile proc from Harbinger of Plague could trigger other effects.
Fan of Knives now deals 60% weapon damage, changed from 70, and 90% dagger damage, changed from 105.
Into Darkness has been slightly reworked: while it still requires Vanish in order to be learned, it no longer benefits from talents or effects affecting Vanish, such as Preparation.
The Lightning Overload mystic enchant now increases the chance to trigger your Lightning Overload by 3%, changed from 4%. This chance is now tripled for critical strikes.
The Thirst Quencher Rare Enchant now increases the damage of your Bloodthirst to targets afflicted by your Rake by 5%, down from 7%.
Aggravated Burns is now a rare Mystic Enchant, changed from Epic, and now increases the damage of your Incinerate against targets affected by your Flamestrike by 8%, changed from 10.
