Clarified the tooltip on Skillcards to show that you can use them below level 10 only.
You can now use skillcards from level 1 to 9. This means if you accidentally hit level 2, you can still use your skillcards.
You can now purchase the 2k arena rated mounts on Area-52 & Al'ar.
Fierce Blow will now inherit creatures melee school mask. For example the Fierce Blow of Hydross the Unstable will now hit you with nature damage.
Fixed a bug where pets sometimes would not attack after being feared.

The Strength of Arms talent now only grants one stack at a time. Using Slam or Overpower with Single-Minded Fury no longer gives two stacks instantly.
Effects that add combo points such as Seal Fate, Honor Among Thieves (Capstone) or Ruthlessness will now work as intended when they proc from a combo point spender (e.g. Eviscerate)
Killing a unit with Victory Rush will now proc Victory Rush again.

Extension regarding Fierce Blow changes: Creatures that have a magic damage school instead of physical damage on their auto attacks have a much lower base damage then the classic physical damaging creature to account the damage reduction from armor being missing. However this creatures also use Fierce Blow. Since the base damage of this creatures is reduced, their Fierce Blows dealt much less damage then the once from physical damaging creatures as their Fierce Blows are still getting reduced by armor and reduced this creatures overall damage rather then keeping it constant. With recent changes to Fierce Blow inheriting the creatures spell school, the damage will now be equal to this creatures auto attacks. This insures that Fierce Blow still serves its purpose of supressing high avoidance stacking builds and allowing a creature to not have all of its damage be nullified by extreme parry and dodge values for creatures that use a different spell school as physical.
[Ascension Creature Abilities] Corrected an issue where Corpse Explosion would share damage between pets and totems. Damage is now only shared between player.
[Scholomance][Jandice Barov] Corrected an issue where Arcane Explosion would not be room wide on Mythic Difficulty.

Removed level restriction from Random Enchantments. Before that change applying an enchantment to an item would result into not giving the desired effect when the item required level was 20 levels below the players level.
Fixed a bug where Frugal Disposition used to take the full overheal amount instead of half, as tooltip says.

Keep an eye on the changelog for more changes, especially considering items that are underused from the mythic+ lootbox.
Cloak of the Cosmos can now be found in the Mythic+ lootbox.
You can now find Hand of Justice in the Agility / Strength option of the Mythic+ lootbox.
You can now find Briarwood Reed in the Intellect / Spirit option of the Mythic+ lootbox.
Heart of the Scale can no longer be found in exclusively the "Misc" option of the Mythic+ lootbox. It can now appear in the tank selection ass well.
Removed items from the Misc, Agility, and Strength option in the mythic+ lootbox that are now available (and now exclusively) through the TANK item section. You should see drastically less tank items in the strength & agility categories of the mythic+ loot box option.
Reduced spawn time of Stegodons in Ungoro crater by 25%.

Added Tank Option to Mythic Caching for Mythic+
Hand of Fate prices have been reduced. Your first Hand of Fate quest now costs 250 down from 500 Marks of Ascension. The scaling cost for Hand of Fates has been drastically reduced. Hand of Fate cost now goes up by 25 Marks of Ascension per quest, down from 50 Marks of Ascension per quest. This means the maximum cost for the Hand of Fates (2000 Marks of Ascension) is now met at your 70th quest while previously this maximum cost was obtained once reaching your 35th Hand of Fate quest.

Fixed an issue where the T.N.T talent would reduce the cooldown of Silencing Shot.
