[High-Risk] The increased drop chances are designed to help balance the Risk Vs Reward for PvE farmers and further increase HR activity. This will make HR farming more lucrative for farmers and promote more Horde vs Alliance vs Outlaw PvP action.
[High-Risk] The overall increase in Sanguine Herbs and Homicite should ensure Beast Nest Bait and Hidden Cache Keys can be more reasonably crafted and the obtained rewards reflect the crafting cost and risk of carrying the Keys and Baits.
[High-Risk] The overall increased drop chances for materials used to craft consumables (even without For the Horde/Alliance active) will ensure those items are more obtainable and HR Farming is more lucrative. This should also result in more HR Daily Crafting Quest completion.
