Character Advancement will now remember which class & spec tab you were on between logins
Talent Abilities, such as Mortal Strike, now appear on the left side Spells section of the Summary tab, rather than the Talents side.
The Character Advancement Summary tab is now available in freepick and other game modes.

[Elune and A52] Bosses now take 5% more damage from Melee and Ranged attacks.
[Elune and A52] Swashbuckling now automatically receives 48 additional PvE Power to make up for their missing Off-hand.
[Elune] Buffed Gunslinger’s Strike, increasing Raptor Strike damage by 30% per stack from 25%.
[Elune] Fixed an issue where Elemental Rends would not scale from your Bathe in Blood stacks.
[Elune] Buffed Ol’ Bloodsurge. Surge of Blood now increases Hunter or Warrior ability damage by 15% up from 10%.
[Elune] Buffed Exploit Weakness to increase the damage of your next Mongoose Bite or Counterattack by 15% up from 10%.
[Elune] Buffed Swashbuckling Duelist, increasing the damage of Pirate’s Flurry to 200% from 160%
[Elune] Buffed Hydra’s Fang by fixing a bug that prevented it from properly level scaling. This will result in a 30% increase to scaling.
[Elune] Buffed Sinister Eclipse, increasing the proc chance to 100% from 50%.
[Elune] Buffed Corrupted Bear Form, reduced the physical damage reduction to 20% down from 30%.
[Elune] Buffed Raging Blow, reducing its damage penalty from Titan’s Grip to 15% from 20%.
[Elune] Buffed Pistol Shot, increasing weapon damage by 150% up from 140%.
[Elune] Buffed Heavy Arms, increasing the damage of Slam by 110% up from 100%.
[Elune] Buffed Titanic Mutilate, increasing weapon damage to 115% up from 110%.
[Elune] Buffed Whirlwind, increasing weapon damage to 125% from 120%.
[Elune] Buffed Javelin. It is now usable with any two handed weapon and its initial hit now also deals 250% of your main hand weapon damage.
[Elune] Buffed Raging Lunge single target damage, now deals 300% weapon damage to your primary target and 200% to AOE targets, increased from 230%.
[Elune] Buffed Lightning Blade, increased damage scaling to 300%, up from 200%.
[Elune] Buffed Chain Lightning, increasing its base damage by 5%.
[Elune] Cloudburst’s damage increase is now half as effective for Astral Storm and Lightning Cloud. The damage increase of Thunderstorm and Controlled Storm remains unchanged.
[Elune] Buffed Lightning Bolt, increasing its base damage by 5%.
[Elune] Buffed Booming Thunder, now increases the damage of your Earthshock by 18% per stack. Up from 15%.
[Elune] Buffed Elemental Destruction, now also increases the damage of your Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning by 2% per stack.
[Elune] Buffed Druidic Overload, now also increases the damage of your Lightning Bolt and Chain lightning by 10%.
[Elune] Corrupted Maelstrom Weapon now increases the damage of your Chaos Bolt, Chaos Burn, Chaos Meteor by 40% and your Pure Chaos Bolt by 35%. Reduced from 50%.
[Elune] Astral Storm Co-Efficient is now 1.25 from 1.4. (This had the highest spellpower co-efficient in game) This is followed by buffs to the rest of this build’s kit.
[Elune and A52] Buffed Curse of Agony by fixing a Bug where applying Curse of Agony on a target would remove internal damage ramp up from other player's Curse of Agony.
[Elune and A52] Buffed Curse of Agony by fixing a Bug where Endless Agony and Endless Agonizer's duration increase would decrease the damage of your current Curse of Agony.
[Elune] Fixed a Bug where Improved Curse of Agony talent, Amplify Curse talent, Improved Curse of Agony Mystic Enchant, Contagion Mystic Enchant would be twice as effective for Curse of Agony.
[Elune] Master of Shadows now increases your shadow damage by 25%. Down from 30%.
[Elune] Buffed Master of Shadows duration to 12 seconds. Up from 10.
[Elune] Buffed Electrocute from Hydromancer. It now deals Froststorm damage.
[Elune] Buffed Starsurge and Starsurge modified spells have had their cooldowns reduced by 2 seconds.
[Elune] Buffed Electrocute, increasing base damage and scaling by 10%.
[Elune] Sunburst base damage reduced by 25%, the scaling remains unchanged. This is meant to bring the performance of Sunburst closer to the original Starsurge and accounting for its ability to AoE 5 targets. After this change, it will still deal 36% more single target damage than regular Starsurge.
[Elune] Astral Fusion now increases the damage of your next Starsurge by 40% per stack. Half as effective for Sunburst.
[Elune] Buffed Evoker. It now increases the damage and critical strike chance of Fireball and Arcane Missiles by 3%. Up from 2%.
[Elune] Buffed Water Bolt, increasing its scaling by 10% This matches the scaling of Frostbolt.
[Elune] Buffed Glacial Spike, increasing its base damage and scaling by 20%.
[Elune] Buffed Frost Bomb. Doubled its base damage and its pulses.
[Elune] [Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Elemental Rends were not scaling with weapon damage. They now scale from your weapon damage.
[Elune] [Pending Restart] Added a PvP mod Feral Quake, it now deals 45% less damage in PvP.
[Elune] [Pending Restart] Fixed a bug where the damage per level of Feral Quake started scaling sooner than intended. This will reduce its damage at lvl 10 by 50%, slowly getting into original numbers as you level up.
[Elune] [Pending Restart] Fixed a bug where Fiery Charge, Arcane Charge, Frosty Charge, Fel Charge and Shadow Charge would trigger additional procs. These would remove Tools of War & Martial Crescendo stacks even though it wasn't intended.
[Elune] [Pending Restart] Fixed a bug where Feral Quake would trigger additional procs.
[Elune][Pending Restart] Clarified tooltip on Elune's Fury to correctly state that the increase of targets hit affects specifically the damage over time effect.
Leveling Case of Fortune are now awarded from quests and while leveling instead of Case of Fortune. These grant a scroll only for your current spec.
Scrolls of Fortune are now stored in the character advancement tab. You can right click Scrolls of Fortune in your inventory to send them to character advancement. Selecting the Spec tab will display all scrolls acquired for all specs.
Case of Fortune is now stackable.
Cases of Fortune now have a chance to grant a Scroll of Fortune for ALL specs, both specs you have unlocked and those you haven't.

Tome of Specialization: 8 has been renamed to Master's Tome of Specialization. Using this tome will unlock your next unknown Specialzation between 8 to 20. You can consume multiple tomes to progressively unlock more specializations.

Living Lightning has had its base mana reduced by approximately 7% to match the base mana cost of Chain Heal.
Charged Tides now grant its buff on cast instead of on hit and will now grant the buff when Lightning Rod is triggered. This allows your next heal to properly benefit from this talent when used with Lightning Rod, whereas before the buff would be granted on hit and consumed by your in progress heal, resulting in no benefit.
Fixed a bug where Lightning Rod could proc from some procced spells and proc multiple times per cast under some situations.
Lightning Rod talent has been buffed. No longer causes Living Lightning to strike your Lightning Rod twice. Now dealing critical healing or critical damage with Living Lightning grants you charges of Living Lightning Rod, increasing the damage of your next Lightning Bolt or Lightning Rod by 100%. Stores up to 5 charges. You can gain multiple charges from one cast.
Fixed a bug where Infused Energy could occur from some spells it empowered, despite the tooltip explicitly stating otherwise.
Vampire Lord has been buffed overall and is no longer dependent on Vampric Bond. Power has been moved from Vampiric Bond into the base healing of Vampire Lord, quadrupling healing in Spirit, increasing the base healing from 5% direct/2% periodic to 10% direct/4% periodic in Spirit and Vampiric bond is 25% from 125%, resulting in an overall 11% buff to Vampire Lord healing in Spirit and adds significant power baseline while also buffing these talents when used together.
Fixed a bug with Spirit Frost where the Icy Spirit heal lost its target cap. It now correctly heals the 5 party or raid members with the lowest health.
Cryotherapist has been buffed overall and is no longer dependent on Lesser Frozen Light. Power has been moved from Lesser Frozen Light into the base healing of Cryotherapist, increasing the base healing to 5% from 3% and lesser Frozen Light to 50% from 100%, resulting in an overall 25% buff to Cryotherapist healing, adding significant power baseline while also buffing these talents when used together.

[Pending Restart] [All Realms] Uncommon, Rare and Epic BLIZZLIKE profession recipes now share a loot slot for all Vanilla and TBC dungeon and raid creatures that are able to drop recipes. You will now see Uncommon recipes less often and Epic recipes on a higher frequency. The overall drop rate for recipes stays the same.
[Pending Restart] [All Realms] Increased the chance for dungeon and raid creatures to drop High Risk enchanting recipes to 1% up from 0.5%. Rare and Epic High Risk enchanting recipes now share a loot slot.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] Corrected multiple issues where certain trash creatures would run to each others aid even when they were multiple hundred yards away from each other. Note that this does not apply to Dragonmaw Drakecaller in the courtyard before supremus as they intentionally allert distant allied troops with their abilities.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] Corrected multiple issues where certain trash creatures that definitly should not be able to defied the laws of gravity and could fly through the air.
[The Black Temple] [The Shade of Akama] The Shade of Akama drops a new token item, The Ashtongue Jewel, this Token drops on Heroic and higher difficulties and is handled like a Tier Token. It can be used to Upgrade Ashtongue Reputation Tokens to the jewels represented difficulty at Okuno, the Quartermaster of the Ashtongue Deathsworn inside the Black Temple.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] Corrected multiple issues where some heroic difficulty creatures would have different models then on normal difficulty.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] Corrected multiple issues where creatures would wiggle around in almost cartoonish fashion if rapidly hit by critical strikes. This is mostly notable for larger creatures that have a longer life time. BT creatures will no longer play reactive animations to every critical strike, parry and dodge.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] Corrected multiple issues where trash creatures and boss-summons had unintended health and damage values, Not corresponding to the creatures level.

Lunar Festival quests that grant Coins of Ancestry will now be reset everytime the Lunar Festival starts each year.
Fixed an issue where the Healing Reduction debuff from earth and moon was causing the increased magic damage taken to stack with other modifiers like curse of the elements.

Updated the extended tooltip of Slice and Ice to explicitly state that the procced Ice Lance cannot proc other procs. No mechanics were changed, this is just adding clarity to how they currently work.
