[Pending Restart] - If you had progressed higher than the keystone gear cap, then after this update goes live, you will be considered to be at the current keystone cap in relation to the Mythic Coin bonus rewards.
[Pending Restart] - Examples of how the change above works: "3 chesting" a mythic level 10 when the keystone holder has never completed this key level before rewards you with an additional 450 coins and "3 chesting" a mythic 40 when the keystone holder has never completed this key level before rewards you with an additional 900 coins
[Pending Restart] - In addition to the 100 Bonus Mythic Coins rewarded for advancing past the Keystone to the highest mythic level the keyholder has done, you will now receive an additional 5 * Mythic Level of coins (Both coin values are multiplied by the number of chests you time, so if you get a "3 chest", you get 300 bonus coins and 15 * Mythic Level if its the highest keystone level the key holder has done before).
[Pending Restart] - Mythic+ Loot caches category selection has been reworked and more congruent with the stat types that the items fit into. This means for items like Cannonball Runner, Mindtap Talisman, Mark of the Dragon Lord, etc. You no longer have to guess which stat type to pick from. Moving forward, it is planned to update the database with the items you can get from the Mythic+ Caches.
[Pending Restart] - Recycling Mythic+ items now grant one additional coin based on the Mythic Level of the item recycled. Mythic level 5 grants 30 coins per recycle, Mythic level 10 grants 35 coins per recycle, Mythic level 20 grants 45 coins per recycle, etc.

The new tooltip reads as follows: Your Nature critical heals have a 10/20/30% and normal heals a 5/10/15% chance to restore mana as if you consumed a Water Shield Orb. This chance is doubled with Healing Wave.
[Pending restart][Area 52]Divine Intellect now increases your healing power by 3/6/9% of your Intellect instead of increasing your total Intellect.

[Pending Restart] - [Original 9 Classes] - Glyph of Arcane Barrage has a slight rework in attempt to improve the viability of Arcane Barrage against monsters, it now reads: When used against monsters, Arcane Barrage no longer has a reduced chance to trigger Missile Barrage and has 5% increased chance to critically strike per stack of Arcane Blast.
[Pending Restart] - [Original 9 Classes] - Glyph of Arcane Missiles (similarly to Glyph of Lightning Bolt) now also increases the critical strike damage of Arcane Barrage.
[Pending Restart] - [Original 9 Classes] - Rogue Classes now deal 20% less damage with Ambush when Rush of Blood is equipped. (This specialization has been overperforming recently and will receive a substantial buff from the fixes above).
[Pending Restart] - [Everyone] - Fixed an issue where some spells that dealt AoE damage could sometimes split the damage between all targets hit when it was not meant to.
[Pending Restart] - [Original 9 Classes] - Fixed an issue where spells that had AP & RAP coefficients were not being applied to their damage. This list includes but is (VERY MUCH) not limited to: Judgement of Righteousness, Faerie Fire, All Rogue Poisons, Explosive Shot, Explosive Trap, Garrote, Rupture, Rip, Rake, Ferocious Bite, etc.

Controlled Blast now reduces Blast Wave cooldown by 10, changed from 15.

Spirit Dash Mystic Enchant now grants 60% speed, changed from 55%, and lasts for 2 seconds, changed from 3. (This Mystic Enchant will be removed in the future as the same effect now exists in a talent.)
The damage from Burning Rush no longer breaks crowd control effects.
Improved Ghost Wolf is now a 3 point talent, changed from a 2 point talent. It now reads: Increases movement speed in Ghost Wolf by 4/7/10%, and reduces damage in Ghost Wolf by 4/7/10%%. Capstone Bonus: With the final rank of this talent, using Ghost Wolf removes all movement impairing effects and increases your speed by 60% for 2 seconds. This can only occur once every 20 seconds.
[Archimonde] Burning Rush now costs 1 legendary gem, changed from 2. Now costs 2 AE, changed from 3.
[Archimonde] Improved Sprint has been changed and now reads. Increases your Sprint duration by 0.5/1/1.5 sec. Capstone Bonus: Activating Sprint reduces the duration of root effects by 50% and your movement speed can't be lowered below 100% of normal movement speed while Sprint is active.
[Archimonde] Sprint now lasts for 6 sec, changed from 9 sec. It now has a 1 min cooldown, changed from 3. Now costs 1 legendary gem, changed from 2. Now costs 2 AE, changed from 3.
[Archimonde] Fleet Footed no longer increases the duration of Sprint.

Instead, Nefarious Intent will now refresh Veil of Shadows on the affected player every second, reapplying Veil of Shadows with a healing absorb value equal to the base value of Nefarious Intent's spell difficulty and the remaining healing absorption of the previous Veil of Shadows. Previously, each second would add a stack of Veil of Shadows, causing the absorption to be calculated based on the base value of Veil of Shadows multiplied by the current stack amount. For example, an old Veil of Shadows with 5 stacks would absorb 650 healing, regardless of how much healing had already been absorbed on lower stack charges. Under the new system, a fresh Veil of Shadows that lasts for 5 seconds will absorb 130 healing for every second it is applied to its target, minus any healing that has been prevented during that time. This means that over the course of 5 seconds, a Veil of Shadows will absorb a total of 650 healing, assuming no healing has been prevented. If, for example, 500 healing has already been prevented during that time, the healing absorption value on the next refresh would be the old value (650) minus the already prevented healing (500), plus an additional second of Nefarious Intent's duration (130), resulting in a remaining healing absorption of 280 on the 6th second refresh. Nefarious Intent is still removed if Veil of Shadows is removed by any means, whether it's dispelled, the target gains immunity, dies, or the healing absorption is fully replenished. The base healing absorption of Veil of Shadows has been increased by 200% for each second of its duration on Heroic, Mythic, and Ascended difficulty.

[Pending restart][Battlemage] Fixed an issue where Battlemage could trigger from auto-attack replacing abilities such as Heroic Strike and Cleave. Not it correctly requires a global cooldown ability.
[Circle of Life] Clarified the tooltip on Circle of Life to correctly show that Renewed Life does not require Renew to be learned in order for it to trigger. (This heal does not scale from Renew modifiers and only takes increased healing from your generic Holy % modifiers and Spellpower.)

[Archimonde] [Demonic Pact] Fixed an issue where Greater Demonic Pact would stack with Reborn warlocks Demonic Pact effect. Now only the highest effect will remain between the two.
[Archimonde] [Original 9 classes] Fixed an issue where the Warrior talent Deep Wounds incorrectly scaled off attack power.
Corrected a tooltip of Chimera Shot to state that it: Instantly deals 90% of the damage done by your Serpent Sting. This was always the case, the tooltip just did not match the behavior.

[Archimonde] [Razorfen Downs] Thunder Clap - Dev note: The thunderclap in this instance is different than other instances. Previously this was bugged and was slowing much more than intended, additionally it was a magic effect that clogged up your debuff pull where there are other more important magic effects that you may want to dispel. Changes were made to remove this effect from the pool of effects you can dispel, and the slowing amount of the thunderclap was greatly reduced. going from 80% movespeed reduction to 20% movespeed reduction.

[Pending restart][Ice Barrage] Brain Freeze via Frostflame shock interaction now increases the damage of your Icicles by 30%. It previously increased the damage of your Frost Bolt and Ice Lance by 9%.
