Fixed an issue where abilities such as Ferocious Bite, Mangle, Ice Lance, Crusader Strike, Divine Storm, Penance, Mutilate, Stormstrike, Lava Lash, Feral Charge, Tranquilizing Shot, Lacerate, Incinerate and Devastate still maintained the original level requirement.

Many options have been added to the interface to customize draft reveals and confirmations. Interface > Draft Options.
Draft Card Swaps now give you 3 cards to learn AND 3 cards to unlearn and will roll instead of the hand of fate when used. This will roll 3 abilities of the same quality and allow you to unlearn up to 3 abilities of the same quality .
[Witch Hunter] Increased the range of Witchblaster to 35yd to match the range of Witchblast Musket
