[Pending Restart] - Ratchet is now again a scaled to level 1~20 starter zone with quests, item rewards and mobs scaled appropriately. Players can now again use the travel permit or venture manually into Ratchet to start their leveling process since level 1 with a group composed from either faction!
Draconic Knowledge & Power of the Elements are now available on Area-52!
[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where some spells (like thunder clap, whirlwind, etc) would have their damage split amongst all targets hit
[Pending Restart] - [Original 9 Classes] - Fixed an issue where some spells were incorrectly scaling from spell damage or attack power. (Not blizzlike scaling). Examples here are: Shattering Throw scaling from Spell Power, Shadowflame Scaling from Attack Power, Lightning Shield scaling from AP.
[Pending Restart] - Homogenized PvP Power and Resillience between the Prestigious and Soulbound gear. This experimental change of boosting the resillience and PvP Power had created asymmetries in power between releases making it worth to wear only prestigious gear, ignoring new releases.
[Pending Restart] - [Original 9 Classes] - Fixed an issue where Sweeping Strikes was not chaining from any attack except Auto Attacks.
[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Fixed the tooltip of Atonement to indicate it is not subject to healing % increases and heals for 15% of the damage dealt.

[Pending Restart] [Original 9 Classes] - Fixed an issue where the Hasty Black Arrow Mystic Enchantment was not affecting the Black Arrow spell.
[Mana Fiend] Clarified the wording on the tooltip of Mana Fiend to state how much mana is returned upon leaving Delirium.
[Whispers of the Old Gods] Removed the sound effect that occurs when spawning a Tentacle of the Old God. This should help alleviate the sound clutter that occurs when users of this Mystic Enchantment are doing their normal rotations.
[Elemental Weapons] Clarified the tooltip description to specify an increase in Healing Power or Spell damage based on your weapon enhancement.
[Area-52] - Non Healer Legendary REs are now updated to Area-52! This should mean no more behavioral/tootltip differences in how they function!

[Pending Restart] - If you had progressed higher than the keystone gear cap, then after this update goes live, you will be considered to be at the current keystone cap in relation to the Mythic Coin bonus rewards.
[Pending Restart] - Examples of how the change above works: "3 chesting" a mythic level 10 when the keystone holder has never completed this key level before rewards you with an additional 450 coins and "3 chesting" a mythic 40 when the keystone holder has never completed this key level before rewards you with an additional 900 coins
[Pending Restart] - In addition to the 100 Bonus Mythic Coins rewarded for advancing past the Keystone to the highest mythic level the keyholder has done, you will now receive an additional 5 * Mythic Level of coins (Both coin values are multiplied by the number of chests you time, so if you get a "3 chest", you get 300 bonus coins and 15 * Mythic Level if its the highest keystone level the key holder has done before).
[Pending Restart] - Mythic+ Loot caches category selection has been reworked and more congruent with the stat types that the items fit into. This means for items like Cannonball Runner, Mindtap Talisman, Mark of the Dragon Lord, etc. You no longer have to guess which stat type to pick from. Moving forward, it is planned to update the database with the items you can get from the Mythic+ Caches.
[Pending Restart] - Recycling Mythic+ items now grant one additional coin based on the Mythic Level of the item recycled. Mythic level 5 grants 30 coins per recycle, Mythic level 10 grants 35 coins per recycle, Mythic level 20 grants 45 coins per recycle, etc.

Pending restart, reducd the amount of leveling Legion and Scourge invasions and greatly improved the chance for there to be one end game invasion for each at any given point.

[Pending Restart] [Steel Wind} Winds of Steel now increases the damage of your next Steel Wind by 12% against monsters while Titan's Grip is learnt, and 15% when Titan's Grip is not learnt.

[Pending restart][Area 52]Improved Water Shield now has a slightly lower proc chance on critical heals but can also proc off non-critical heals, evening out its power and making it less dependant on stacking high crit. The new tooltip reads as follows: Your Nature critical heals have a 10/20/30% and normal heals a 5/10/15% chance to restore mana as if you consumed a Water Shield Orb. This chance is doubled with Healing Wave.
[Pending restart][Area 52]Divine Intellect now increases your healing power by 3/6/9% of your Intellect instead of increasing your total Intellect.
[Pending restart][Area 52]The Wrath of Cenarius capstone effect now also increases the duration of your active Nature’s Grace by 1 second.
[Pending restart][Area 52]Nature’s Majesty now gives 3% critical chance per point, up from 2%.
[Pending restart][Area 52]Lunar Guidance now increases your overall spell critical strike chance by 1/2/3% instead of only giving critical chance to Starfire and Starsurge.

[Pending Restart] - [Original 9 Classes] - Druids can now wear Bloodfang, Shamans now have access to Netherwind, Paladins now have access to the Ten Storms (restoration set).
[Pending Restart] - [Original 9 Classes] - Not every specialization for the original 9 classes has a specific tier set just yet. The Long term solution is to make individual tier sets for these sets and specializations missing them but out of scope for the league. It is known that the bonuses do not make the most sense for the specialization and this will be our concession for the league.
