[Pending Restart] -- Creature RPG Overhaul -- Creatures now utilize their active racials in combat with a chance to trigger. Humans may use Every Man for Himself when crowd controlled. Dwarves may cast Stoneform in combat. Gnomes may use Escape Artist when rooted or slowed. Draenei may cast Gift of the Naaru during longer fights. Orcs may use Blood Fury on engage. Tauren may cast War Stomp during combat. Trolls may use Berserking. Undead may use Will of the Forsaken when feared. Blood Elves may use Arcane Torrent during combat. These chances are very small to happen overall and are one way of making azeroth's creatures more dangerous inline with the RPG Overhaul.

Blood Elves have small but bonus resistance to all spell schools.

[Pending Restart] - The Starter Zone Mount Trainers have been moved outside of the starter zones. They are still available in their normal locations in addition to being available at the flight path taking you from the starter zone to the next zone (goldshire, brill, etc). The reason for this change is that with the adjusted experience rates, most don't actually have the level required level to train riding by the time they leave the starter zones and if you are high enough level it is a signal for you to leave the starter zone and go to the next zone.

Reduced spawn time of Minor Manifestation of Fire for dwarf shaman quest Call of Fire to 30 seconds.
Reduced spawn time of many low level Blizzard quest mobs to 60 seconds. This addresses Agal and other named Blizzard mobs who weren't affected by other dynamic spawning.
Mobs summoned by quest items such as Ghostly Goblin and Historian Chansy now despawn after a period of time.
Increased the spawn locations of Grimtotem Hector and Grimtotem Skirmishers.
Fixed a bug where Frax Bucketdrop, the flight master at Thondoril River, was not properly removed.
Fixed a bug where the Ironforge Airfield had additional NPC that were meant to be deleted and conflicted with the quest flow and story.
Call to Skirmish quests can now only be completed once per day per quest.
Fixed a bug where suicide such as drowning gave credit for Call to Skirmish quests.
Fixed a bug where some creatures in the world could drop items from a rare elite.

Fixed a bug where Attuned Wand dealt too much damage, and was not magical damage.

Fixed a bug where an Undead Hunter on the quest "Taming the Beast" could use a Greater Duskbat to deal extraordinary amounts of damage, some other creatures with this issue have also been fixed.
Bloodtail Nests are now subject to dynamic respawns.

During the quest Anatomy of the Afterlife, controlling the abomination now prevents you from gaining experience.
Spider Tank Parts are no longer named "Relic of the Past", they are too recent for that.
Fixed a bug where Emergency Rations were not consumed on use.
Improved the respawn time of the Minor Manifestation of Fire in the Dwarf Shaman quest Call of Fire.
