[Cultist] Yawning Decay now gives the Darkwither refresh proc from Withering Touch
[Stormbringer] Stormfury no longer hits enemies who are not in combat.

[Tinker] Firepot Drone no longer has a cooldown and you can hold 3 charges of the buff that allows its use in combat
[Tinker] Blast Mines health has been reduced dramatically and when the mine is destroyed it will now automatically trigger its explosion
[Tinker] Firepot Drone no longer deals periodic area damage and instead slows enemies movement speed in the radius
[Tinker] Boom Hour now also affects Firepot Drone
[Tinker] Hyperblast Barrage now also works with Firepot Drone critical strikes
