[Barbarian] Reckful now causes Smash to have a chance to not incur a cooldown. (Weapon damage proc was weighing on hit weapons too much and created potential for more RNG burst than wanted alongside the other changes alongside having to have a forced ICD)
[Barbarian] Bloodthirsty Savage now causes activation of Onslaught to make your next Disembowel to apply to additional targets.
[Barbarian] Overkill now scales with modifiers to Decapitate.
[Barbarian] Spiked Weapons now also proc from Decapitate.
[Barbarian] Fixed an issue where bleed from Brutal Swing would again be reduced by armor ( as a % damage value dependant on Brutal Swing damage, this was already mitigated once on the source damage)
[Barbarian] Horde Breaker now also causes Crushing Slam to apply Wounded.
[Barbarian] Storm of Steel cooldown reduced by 10 sec.
[Barbarian] Whirling Assault and Mounting Fury swapped.

[Pending Restart] [Elune] [Area-52] [Lay on Hands] - Fixed an issue where Lay on Hands cooldown did not reset on Last Checkpoint respawn.
[Area-52] [Serpent Form] - Venomous Fury now deals 20% reduced damage in 2v2 arenas, it now matches its 1v1's PvP mod.
[Area-52] [Hellfire Pursuit] - Fixed a bug where the Hellfire Pursuit PvP mod was not applying correctly. It now correctly deals 40% reduced damage in PvP combat, down from 10%.
[Area-52] Fixed a bug where the Deep Wounds PvP mod was not applying correctly. It now deals 28% reduced damage in PvP combat.
