[Mythic+ Itemization] Corrected the stats of the Ironweave Set and made it available from the Mythic+ Lootbox in the Tank Section.

[Pending Restart] Dark Pact now costs 1 Rare Essence, changed from 2.

[Pending Restart] Mana Tide Totem now has a 2 min cooldown, changed from 3.

[Pending Restart][Wind Rager] Fixed an issue where creatures could only take damage from one Rampant Tornado from one Wind Rager at a time.

[Malganis] - Overhauled the "Spoils of War" and "Extraordinary Spoils of War" items from the Callboard into the new and improved "Callboard Cache". Loot quality, selection and quantity is increased and certified to help you catch up to the pack.

[Area 52] Disabled Vanilla High-Risk Item Enchants on Area 52 as a temporary measure.

Corrected a handful of Mystic Enchantments that would say "Error, Contact a Developer" giving you an unknown enchant at an altar.

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where you could still gain rage from using certain melee abilities.

Fixed an issue with Manaforged Barrier in the lowlevels that would cause you to constantly miss because you were actually hitting 0. lol

Fixed some issues in mobs stats per levels 1-15 that caused them to be stronger than intended.

Added additional Training Dummies to Undercity, Orgrimmar, and Ironforge

Reworked many of the Path to Ascension tutorials to integrate the Offer Quest system. This will offer quests on your right bar that will be tied to tutorials, rather than having tons of tutorial popups occurring all the time.

[Malganis] - All callboard quests now reward** 50% **more Mystic Orbs.

[Malganis] - Prestigious cache now rewards 8 Mystic Extracts up from 5.

[Malganis] - Improved the loot selections in choosing stat allocations when opening the Prestigious Cache. In addition to rewarding a global tier token, it should also reward gear more suited to the stat allocation you choose.

[Malganis] - Prestigious cache now has items up to the current tier flex and is guaranteed to contain a global raid token.

[Malganis] - Prestiging now gives you 100 orbs up from 50.

The functionality of the Volatile Mystic Enchanting Altar rewarded to you at 60 has been changed. This item now has 3 charges instead of a 6 hour duration, which allows you to experiment further with Mystic Enchanting.

Fixed an exploit with Eviscerates SP scaling when under the effects of slice and ice from the white walker LRE. Eviscerates damage will be less influenced by SP when used at less than 5 combo and damage will be unchanged for those who used it at 5 combo points.

[Pending Restart] Blood Venom no longer works while in Cat or Bear Form. (Attempting to balance this RE around being usable normal and feral forms, with the intended synergies will result in neither being competitive, and this change will allow us to focus our efforts on the gameplay it is intended to enable.)

Fixed an issue where a few Mystic Enchants were missing attributes in a way that could cause unintended behavior in-game. This resulted in a bug where Relentless could be exploited to be way more powerful than intended.

Fixed various issues with rage generation on Malganis and Area 52.

Corrected PvE power on some items having incorrect PvE power in Mythic+ such as Gordok Nose Ring having 12 PvE power when its supposed to have 24.

Tainted Wound from Tainted Swipe now deals 35% reduced damage versus players, changed from 20%.

Cauterizing Fire now also heals for significantly less in the open world as it already did in arenas and battlegrounds (this is a temporary fix until it gets design tweaks).

Blazing Speed now lasts for 6 sec, changed from 8.

Flames of the Apostate from Cauterizing Flames now deals 30% less damage versus players.

Relentless Eviscerate now deals 20% less damage versus players.

Holy Nova (Dark Transfusion) now deals 20% less damage versus players.

[Hoplite] Fixed an issue where Shield Strike incorrectly displayed having a cooldown. (Patch Pending)

[Hoplite] Fixed an issue where Thrust was not gaining increased scaling from attack power.

Frozen Chaos now adds significantly less damage to Chaos Bolt against players. Its effect in PvE is unchanged.

[Area 52] [Mythic+ Preparation] Reduced the Minimum Damage of all Mythic Daggers with a attack speed of 1.8 and that do not hold Spell power as a stat by 16 and increased the Maximum Damage of this weapons by 16. Effected items are the Mythic versions of the Wastewalker Shiv, The Stalkers Fangs, Terror Flame Dagger, Whispering Blade of Slaying, Hungering Spineripper, Vileblade of the Betrayer, Ceds Carver, The Night Blade. The weapon dps remains unchanged at 90.0.

Forbidden Technique Shadow Dagger (from the Shadow Clone) now deals 40% reduced damage versus players, changed from 30%.

[Pending Restart] Blazing Barrier now absorbs for 20% less.

[Dark Surgeon] Fixed an issue where Slice and Dice was incorrectly proccing Trauma Care.

Fixed an issue where Lightning Mastery Mystic Enchantment could proc higher ranked chain lightnings. They will correctly "overload" the correct spell.

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where the Hydromancer Water Nova dealt damage twice.

Champion of Justice has been tweaked. The Serving Justice buff now also stacks up from Holy Shock, and now lasts for 20 seconds (from 15). The Adorned and Champion of Justice heals can no longer trigger multiple times from the same GCD. The heal from Adorned can now crit and has increased scaling. A new effect has also been added: healing an Adorned target with Holy Shock will consume Adorn to heal up to five nearby low-health allies. With these changes, Champion of Justice should be more well-rounded, being less of an outlier at 25-player raid healing but significantly more versatile and more capable at keeping their groups alive.

Fixed the tooltip of Pious Strikes to clarify it only happens once. In addition, fixed the issue where it could trigger multiple times when triggered by Avenger's Shield.

Fixed an issue where Holy Nova (Holy Retribution) when procced from Pious Strikes was able to trigger effects.

Crimson Champion now also requires Defensive Stance or Righteous Fury, just like Holy Shield.
