Magistrate Barthilas in Stratholme Service Entrance "Crowd Pummel" ability can no longer interrupt you when using Mana-Forged Barrier.

Baroness in Stratholme can no longer shriek and silence you when using Mana-Forged Barrier.

Gargoyles and Banshee's Silencing shriek can no longer silence you when using Mana-Forged Barrier.

[Cauterizing Flames] An error caused the previous fix applied to Cauterizing Flames to be reverted. Cauterizing Flames will no longer be castable while moving as intended.

[Pending Restart] Blazing Barrier's triggered Blast Wave no longer knocks back. Its slow duration now lasts for 3 sec, changed from 2. (It was giving too much power for an RE, especially vs melee, in the new rarity system.)

[Pending Restart] Lightning Discharge stun now lasts for 1.5 sec, changed from 2. The effect now has a 20 second cooldown.

[League 3] Players will now obtain crafting recipes for Sanguine gear and components in Prestige boxes for the upcoming release of Molten Core. Sanguine Gear is an upgraded version of Bloodforged with increased PvP Power and Resilience. Additional sources of these recipes will unlock with MC release.

Counterspell from Scholomance can no longer interrupt you under the effect of Mana-Forged barrier.

Shriek from Scholomance can no longer silence you under the effect of Mana-Forged barrier.

Last bosses of all Vanilla raids now give 5 Raider's Comms up from 2.

Fixed an issue where Burnout had an incorrect ICD on the AoE damage explosion.

[White Walker] These changes are designed to address an outlier build scenario and reward the more dynamic and diverse rotation options this Mystic Enchant offers, allowing you to continue to deal competitive aoe and single target dps (while using more than 1 button).

[White Walker] Increased the Spell Power scaling of Sinister Strike and Eviscerate while Slice and Dice is active.

[White Walker] Fixed an issue where Slice and Ice no longer applied Spellpower Scaling to Sinister Strike and Eviscerate.

[White Walker] Winds of Winter now has a short cooldown. This change will prevent an outlier method of playing this build that was overperforming in both Single Target and AOE fights.

[Tree of Wrath] Living Lightning will no longer share a Cooldown with Chain Heal (patch pending)

[Tree of Wrath] Corrected a tooltip error where the Tree of Wrath Shapeshift stated Living Lightning transformed from Chain Lightning. It transforms from Chain Heal.

[Spell Shredder] Increased the duration of Elemental Shredder buffs from 24 to 27 seconds. This should help maintain your ramp up and stacks on mechanic heavy encounters.

Colossus Smash now works with Heavyweight.

Reduced gold cost to apply mystic enchants in absence of orbs from 15 gold per orb to 10 gold.

Made Mystic Enchanting Altars bigger so they are easier to click on in populated zones.

Personal Loot now explains it can contain Marks, Orbs, and Raiders Commendations **OR** Personal Loot.

Mystic Scrolls now describe how to use them in the tooltip.

[Mal'ganis] Prestige now awards 5 Mystic Extracts, 150 Mystic Runes, 50 Mystic Orbs, 2500 Marks of Ascension, and second to highest tier PvE gear with a primary stat selection. 1 of the New Legendary Mystic Enchants.

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue with the capstone of Improved Feral Spirit.

[Tamed Undead & Demons] Banshee Curse now is a damage overtime effect, ramping up over 18 seconds similar to Curse of Agony, compared to reducing the chance to hit as this effect did not apply in PvE and was volatile in PvP.

[Pending restart] Corrupted Paw now deals 30% less damage versus players, changed from 20%.

[Pending restart] While Corrupted Bear is active you now deal 25% less damage with Shadow Bolt versus players, changed from 15%.

Single-Minded Fury now reduces the damage you do with Mortal Strike, Overpower and Slam by 10%.

Reduced the base damage and scaling of Heart of the Crusader Capstone by 10%.

Reduced the critical strike rating gained from Improved Spirit Tap to 7/15%, down from 10/20%.

Increased the base damage and scaling of Hurricane by 5%.

Cauterizing Fire now heals for 40% less while you're in an arena or battleground, changed from 20%. (Temporary nerf until design tweaks are coming.)

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Freezing Strikes always gave one stack of Fingers of Frost, even when dual-wielding. It will now correctly grant two stacks if both attacks hit.

[Pending Restart] Fixed the issue where Prayer of Preservation did not grant the Preservation buff at all.

Mystic Enchants like Icy Conjuror, where dealing non-periodic Arcane spells and abilities increase your Frost damage done by 2% per stack now applies on cast, instead of on hit, meaning they are not reliant on travel time of your spells.

Increased the scaling of the triggered damage from Predator's Wrath. This damage is now also considered melee instead of spell, meaning that it uses melee crit chance and crits for 200% damage.

Reduced the base damage and scaling of Wrath of the Plague by 30%.

Reduced the base damage and scaling of Insect Swarm (Plague) by 25%.

Prophet of Wrath now also increases the damage of your Holy and Arcane spell criticals by 25% while affected by Divine Illumination.

[Elemental Destruction] Fixed an issue where scaling from Elemental Immolation was being multiplied.

[Elemental Destruction] Elemental Destruction now increases Elemental Immolation by 10%, from 20%.

[Underused Enchantment Buff] Predator's Wrath now increases the Attack Power scaling of wrath by 12% from 10%.

[Underused Enchantment Buff] Battlemage now has a 40% chance to proc from 30%.

[Underused Enchantment Buff] Increased the base damage and scaling of Spell Slinger by 6% and lowered the ICD by 2 seconds for an 8 second ICD.

[Underused Enchantment Buff] Shadow Strikes now increases Physical and Shadow Damage from just Physical Damage.

[Underused Enchantment Buff] The Damage from Masters of Shadows can now proc from Shadow Bolt if it is consumed via the Nightfall effect.

[Knight of the Eclipse] Fixed an issue where the PvP modifier on instant cast Wrath was being applied twice.

[Lucifur] Corrected to tooltip on Charred Bite to indicate it deals Fire damage, not Physical damage.

[Pending Restart] Seed of Corruption's level 60 rank had incorrect values and scaling for a level 60 spell and has been reduced by 20%. This will allow the spell to compete with strong AOE spells while not being an outlier in AOE fights.

[Pending Restart] Firestarter now increases Flamestrike damage by 20% versus players, changed from 30%.

[Requires Launcher Update] Colossus Smash now has an impact sound.

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where triggering Earth and Moon could trigger certain finisher talents.

[Pending Restart] Stagger from Tactical Mastery now only staggers 50% as much damage when getting damaged by a player.

Mind Control is temporarily disabled in BGs to prevent and unintended interaction.

Fixed a few select items that did not get hit by stat buffs in the most recent and changelog and additionally corrected the stat values for the new item level paradigm in mythic/heroic dungeons in vanilla.

[Area 52][Pending Restart] Shield of the Wayward Footman now also has 21 Strength on its Normal and Bloodforged version, 21 Blockrating on its Mythic version to even the stat count between the different versions.

[Cauterizing Flames] Reduced the damage and tick rate of Cauterizing Fire damage over time to account for increased duration.

[Knight of the Eclipse][New Mechanic] Added "Eclipse Strike has a 50% chance to trigger your next available Eclipse Cycle." after reviewing feedback. This should smooth out the rotation, especially in dungeons and fights with target swapping. Note that you will need to trigger Eclipse at least once for it to trigger your "next" available.
