[Web] We have included an unpacked variant of the launcher for users who encounter problems with the installer. Please note that this alternative version does not include features such as automatic updates and the installation of missing Visual C++ Redistributable packages. The primary goal of providing this unpacked version is to help users quickly get the launcher up and running if they face difficulties with the standard installer.

This change is meant to allow player to turn their damage dealt into effectively gathering Soul Fragments on Mythic and Ascended difficulty in smaller raid sizes. The second target on ward will die on the previous schedule. Meaning on a 10 player raid the second target dies after 2 minutes on 25 player it would be 48 seconds.
