Tomes e.g. (Tome of Lockpicking) that come from vendors Millhouse Manastorm and Harrison Jones didn't have any bindings on them, they were meant to be Bind on Pickup same as other items on the respective vendors. This fix is no live yet, but will be coming in the future, so you can still sell the extra ones you might have acquired in the meantime.

Now it results in a 3 x 3 x 8 = 72% damage increase, although the damage has been decreased the compromise of a faster stack up to result in a less punishing playstyle overall will be a net buff.
