Fixed a bug where Shadow Cleave (Demonic Rage) could not trigger the Pyroclasmic Rage buff giving 20% damage to next direct damage spell cast.

Chimera Shot and Chimera Shot - Serpent now deals 15% less damage versus players.
[Pending Restart] Burnout capstone now has a scaling of 3% SP and 1.95% AP.
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where the Mace Specialization talent had gotten the wrong values for armor pen and attack speed. It is now correctly back to 2% Armor Penetration and 3% Melee Attack Speed per rank.

Fixed an issue where the rare spawn capable of dropping Absolute Zero did not have a 100% chance to drop. This rare will always drop the enchant now. Doubled the chance for this enchant to drop from the non-rare mobs.

[Pending Restart] - While in PvP Combat, Ice Barrier is 30% less effective when used with Mana Shield active (and vice versa). Ice Barrier and Mana are two independently strong spells, but when used in tandem the strength of the spells is exponentially stronger. This nerf is meant to target absorption stackings and to not nerf the individual use case of the spells, allowing them to keep their niche.

[Pending Restart] Updated the tooltip of the In for the Kill Mystic Enchantment to clarify that it does not refresh the duration of Hell Scream, it does however increase its base duration.
[Grove Ranger] Fixed an issue where Blooming Shot had a very short cast time when it should have been instant. This fix is live now, however, the tooltip will not update until next launcher update.
