[Grove Ranger] Increased the base healing of Blooming Shot at all ranks.
[Grove Ranger] (PENDING RESTART) These changes are aimed at improving the overall flow of gameplay and rotation by significantly lowering the necessity to swap away from your DPS target and micro manage Medicinal Sting. This also allows you to cast Wild Growth without switching from your DPS target and ensure you heal the allies that need it most, while Blooming Shot will empower Medicinal Sting on your allies who are actually being affected by it.
[Grove Ranger] Reduced the base points of Medicinal Sting heal from 90 to 67 at max level. This is made up in Grove Medicine, ultimately resulting in an increase from 90 base points to 134 when both heals are accounted for.
[Grove Ranger] Blooming Shot Healing now scales from Ranged Attack Power.
[Grove Ranger] Grove Ranger's Agility passive now grants you 20% of your Agility as Healing Power.
[Grove Ranger] Grove Medicine, the new Heal over time granted from Medicinal Sting, scales from Ranged Attack Power.
[Grove Ranger] Medicinal Sting Healing now scales from Ranged Attack Power.
[Grove Ranger] The Grove Ranger buff has been improved. It now causes your next Wild Growth to heal 1 additional target and increases the radius around your target it heals by 5 yards per stack, up to 3 stacks. It still reduces your Healing Touch and Regrowth to be instant cast. This will significantly reduce the necessity to swap off of your dps target.
[Grove Ranger] Previously Grove Blessing was granted when healing with Wild Growth. This just didn't make sense, as you would often heal non-melee allies, and then grant them a buff to a melee oriented heal. Now, Blooming Shot will grant healed targets Grove Blessing, as those are the targets most likely to benefit from the buff.
[Grove Ranger] When Medicinal Sting heals an ally, it will apply a secondary Heal of Time effect called [Grove Medicine] on healed targets for 6 seconds. This should be a significant improvement in dungeons where your Medicinal Sting healing output dies as quickly as your party kills targets. Now, even if targets die quickly, you will continue healing your allies for 6 seconds.
[Vampire Lord] Vampire Lord heals will now be raid wide and heal up to 10 members of your raid. This change should give Vampire Lords a stronger role in raid compositions. We will monitor this change closely and adjust the targets healed as needed.
Fixed a Templar of Flame bug that allowed Fiery Fervor to proc from triggered Fire spells.
[Predator's Wrath] These changes aim to open up more dynamic build paths. The previous highest parsing builds unintuively spammed Rake due to lower energy requirements. This should give Predator's Wrath a small buff in DPS while creating more engaging rotations and build options.

Fixed an issue where Titanic Power from Fury of the Titans would increase the damage of Heroic Strike. This issue was also made worse by Heroic Strike not consuming the buff.

[Pending Patch Update] - Corrected the tooltip of Darkmaster. It no longer requires or takes damage from the pet whenever it deals damage. (Since raids and dungeons can have some punishing mechanics to pets it created quite unfriendly and unintuitive behavior from fight to fight).
Increased the base damage and scaling of Stormbringer (against monsters) from the Stormbringer Legendary Enchantment by 30%.
Increased the base damage and scaling of Fel Meteor (against monsters) from the Felborne Legendary Enchantment by 30%. Additionally, the Fel Meteor lasts for 10 seconds up from 8 seconds.
Increased the base damage and scaling of Orbital Strike (against monsters) from the Fel Strike Legendary Enchantment by 30%.
Increased the chance to proc of Crazy Cultist to 20% (from 15%).

Razor Claws now increases all physical damage dealt by 1% per stack, down from 2% per stack. The recent buffs of reintroducing bloodthirst damage and additional rake and rip damage had excelled in improving its power; this change should slightly reign the power granted from this enchant.
Frost Lich Legendary Enchantment now has a 6 second internal cooldown, down from 8 seconds and the proc chance has been increased to 40% from 33%.
Righteous Zealot Legendary Enchantment now has a 4 second internal cooldown, down from 6 seconds and the proc chance has been increased to 40% from 33%.
Deathbringer Legendary Enchantment now has a 4 second internal cooldown, down from 6 seconds and the proc chance has been increased to 40% from 33%.
Arcane Thunder Seer now reduces the damage of affected Arcane Missiles by 5% per stack from 10% per stack (resulting in an overall 20% increase).
