[Pending Restart] - Runes of Ascension are now rewarded from open world quests with objectives from level 10 and above zones. The amount of Runes of Ascensdion rewarded are determined by 2 different things: 1. The Level of the Zone. 2. The Difficulty of the Quest (Elite and Harder Quests reward more). Quests now reward between 30 to 500 Runes of Ascension.

Item Changes
[Pending Restart + Clear Cache] All currently available Stones of Retreat had their descriptions updated to reflect their use correcly. You are now able to add opposite faction stones to your Vanity Collection, Faction restriction for using the spell still apply same as before. Also now you can add stones to your Vanity collection that would otherwise require different Expansion to be available, example now you can add TBC stone for future use to your collection while Vanilla is current expansion. And lastly "Sanctum of the Stars" (The Scryers) and "Altar of Sha'tar" (The Aldor) now indicate and are useable if you are not Hostile to said faction (Guards attack = not have good time).
