[Thrall] - Horizontal Tier Token Vendor is now available for Tier 1! In the coming days, we plan to launch more tiers available. This vendor allows you to purchase tier tokens for items that you've already acquired. Example: If I purchase an Arcanist Helm (heroic) I can now buy Heroic Tier Tokens for the Helm Slot in that tier. This allows those who are playing multiple specializations, adapting builds for upcoming changes or just want to try out something new is no longer limited by their tier choice. The current price is 100g per tier and a 50% increase in cost per difficulty. This means that Tier 1 Token (Normal) costs 100g. Tier 2 Token (Normal) costs 200g. Tier 1 Token (Mythic) costs 200g. Tier 2 Token (Mythic) costs 400g. You can access this vendor via the "Tier X" option where you exchange your tier tokens. (In this case, Major Mattingly and Overlord Run'thak) in Booty Bay, Orgrimmar or Stormwind.

[Pending Restart] [Blackwing Lair] [Chromaggus] [Bugfix] - Corrected an issue where player under the effect of multiple Blessings would reach 5 or more stacks of Unstable Mutation for a split moment if the dispelling spell would remove multiple Afflictions protected by the selected Blessings at once, forcing the player into a Chromatic Mutation without actually acquiring 5 different Afflictions.

[Pending Restart] Flame born stacks from the Burning Darkness Mystic Enchantment now no longer increase the damage dealt by Conflagrate. This is a temporary change whilst we prepare Double Dip fixes for abilities like Conflagrate and Chimera Shot. We will re-evaluate after launching those changes.

[Pending Restart] Sweeping Swings Mystic Enchantment has been reworked, its effect has been moved to Sweeping Strikes. It now reads Your Sweeping strikes can now hit your primary target. In addition when you successfully hit an enemy with a melee ability the cooldown of Sweeping Strikes is reduced by 1 second. This effect can only occur once every second.
It now reads While active, casting a melee ability that deals damage will cause a Sweeping Strike, dealing 40% weapon damage to 5 nearby enemies, further increased by attack power. This effect no longer causes a 20% damage penalty.
[Pending Restart] Sweeping Strikes has been reworked, it used to read : Your next 10 melee attacks and Warrior abilities strike an additional nearby opponent. While active, your attacks can not be blocked. 15 second duration.
[Pending Restart] Mark of the Beast now has 5 charges, this change reduces the time players with the Lucifur Mystic Enchantment can spend casting Scorch before going back into Cat Form to complete their rotation.
[Pending Restart] The stacking Lightning Shield damage buff gained from Mechanical Arm now increases damage dealt by Lightning Shield by 10% per stack down from 15% per stack.

[Pending Restart] - Bloodforged and Pristine Raid Items no longer have a split set bonus. This means they count towards the same set bonus. This also fixes issues and confusions where you would expect to be able to use 3 of the pristine version of a set and 3 of the bloodforged versions of the set. Example: +20 resillience. This set bonus would only apply once and not twice even though you are wearing two different three sets.
Fixed an issue where the Judgement Armor (5-Set) would no longer proc from spells and attacks.

The launcher will now generate the WTF folder for you if it is not present upon starting the game without the need of starting file verification.
Fixed an issue that prevented files inside the WTF folder from being generated when you applied settings in the launcher after manually deleting the directory.
Updated the media files present in the installation setup process (logos and banners).
The CAPTCHA system used for both the website and launcher have been changed from hCaptcha to Cloudflare Turnstile to improve security and user accessibility. You should no longer experience CAPTCHA prompts asking you to match images with text for example.
Improved website and launcher authentication to mitigate web-based spam bots.

[Pending Restart] Force Reactive Disk now has 3 second Internal Cooldown. It previously did not have one.
Fixed an issue where Merciless Gladiator's Slicer had less weapon damage than other prestigious weapons of the same speed (2.60).

Fixed an issue with the Perforation Epic Enchant where Rend damage was not increasing the duration of your Garrote. When you Rend deals damage it will now properly increase the duration of your Garrote on the target.
Fixed an issue where The Shattering Epic Mystic Enchant would sometimes fail to trigger your Earthquake. This was especially noticable in PvP. It will now always proc 100% of the time as intended. (Pending Restart)

[Crimson Champion] Fixed an issue with the recent visual update that caused the passive block chance buff to be consumed sometimes. This change is live.
[Pending Restart] - Reduced the health of the Banshees Summoned by Baroness Anastari by 33%. (Since they are now interruptible you can choose to pump DPS into these adds instead so they won't recast their possess spell, they used to die immediately after possessing).
[Pending Restart] - Improved the reliability of Baroness' Banshee summons that possess others. Additionally, they are now interruptable.
[Pending Restart] - Curse of the Baroness from Baroness Anastari now also increases your damage done by 3% per stack of stack Baroness' Will (debuff that increases your damage taken by Baroness & her curses, left over by the curse).
[Pending Restart] - Emperor Dagran Thaurissan's Molten Armor effect (that reduces his armor) now increases his physical damage taken instead by 25% (approximately equal to the damage percent you would gain from the armor lost) instead of losing 50% of his armor and allows armor pen to remain a relevant stat on this fight. Additionally, Molten Armor no longer reduces magical damage by 50% (it used to make him immune to magic damage abilities). It now reduces his magic damage taken by 25%. Last but not least, his chilled armor effect after losing Avatar of Flame increases his magic damage taken by 25% (this value was intended to be 25% but was 20%).

Stoneclaw Totem is now more threatening than your autoattacks! It will now generate enough threat to actually pull aggro from enemies while dealing normal dps, but should not pull threat from a tank or someone using cooldowns for big damage. (pending restart)
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where some crowd control abilities would ignore Deterrence and Cloak of Shadows.
Updated the tooltip of the Chilled to the Bone talent to properly indicate that it only works with manually casted Ice Lances and Frostbolts.

[Ascension DB] Fixed an issue where not all vendors/npcs would be shown when looking at the 'Sold by' tab on an item page.

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Wraith was not properly working with Wrath of the Plague. Using Wrath will now properly apply the Wrath of the Plague dot on targets affected by Wraith.

[Crimson Champion] Separated the Crimson Champion stacks gained from blocking attacks into a new buff. Before, abilities would be empowered at 4 charges, even though the tooltip stated 3, because you started at 1 charge and could not lose it(confusing just typing that). The new buff will be true to the tooltip and empower and consume stacks at exactly 3. This will make the enchant much more clear and easier to track visually. No mechanics have been changed.
