[Setis] - [Pending Restart] - Due to the unprecedented and huge amount of participation on release for Setis, Setis will now reward Treasures of Azeroth to all players who deal damage or to those who heal in the encounter. Quests for Setis will now also be completed for anyone who participates in dealing damage or healing those in the encounter.
[Setis] - Setis is now released and has between a 7 and 24+ hour respawn time! This spawn timer is random and he will always materialize for 5 to 15 minutes before becoming attackable!
Added Hints to the Undiscovered descriptions of many Worldforged Enchants on hover over.
Fixed an issue where 70 Skillcards could appear on Silas during Vanilla

Fixed an issue where the tooltips of several Vanilla High-Risk food buffs, flasks, and item enchantments were showing the wrong values.

Blood Mage Beast Shot can now properly be cast while moving.
[Pending restart] Fixed some issues with Burning Darkness. It has been slightly reworked, and now reads: Increases the duration of your Shadowflame ability by 2 seconds and doubles the Shadow damage bonus from Pyroclasm. Shadow Bolt damage done to targets affected by your Shadowflame is increased by 10%. In addition, you have a chance on periodic critical hits of Corruption and Unstable Affliction to increase the damage of your next Shadowburn by 10% (5% vs players) per stack, and increase the critical strike chance by 25% and damage by 5% (2% vs players) of your next Conflagrate per stack. These effects last for 8 seconds and stack up to 4 times.

Spells applied during the Ring of Law in BRD (cast speed slow, magic damage taken, physical damage taken and attack speed slow) now have a duration of 15 seconds down from 300 seconds (5 minutes).

[Pending Patch Update] - Silas now offers Golden Darkmoon Ticket Pouches (which can be sent to alternate characters). These pouches come in 25, 50, 100 or 250 Golden Darkmoon Ticket costs.

[Pending Restart] Arcane Orb now deals 50% less damage on the same target for each hit after the first one. (This was done to reduce its power when hitting the same target multiple times without reducing its power when its just hitting once.)

Fixed an issue that caused launcher to disappear when clicking install/update/repair.
Implemented H-DPI scaling for the website. Will result in better rendering with less overlap/oversized elements on laptops and users running Windows above 100% DPI scaling.
Fixed minor discrepancies between mobile and desktop landing pages.

[Pending Restarat] - [Thrall] - Fixed an isssue where Mind Blast and Incinerate would not explode the Wild Imps.
[Pending Restart] - Mana Burns cast in LBRS and Scholomance will no longer drain 1,000 mana. They will now drain up to 500 mana with it being capped on a % of the mana that it drains. (higher difficulties have higher percentages, the percentage will never exceed 8%).
You can now switch between stormwind and orgrimmar instance IDs on the Callboard

[Pending Restart] - [Dragon Warrior] - Dragon Roar now reduces the damage when hitting 5 or more targets. It now functions similarly to Stormborn and Pure Shadow, hitting 5 targets will result in 5 hits, each hit being equal to the damage it would deal to a single target. The total damage past 5 targets will be increased by half a target for every target added. This means that when hitting 10 targets, your Dragon Roar will deal 7.5 targets worth of damage, each hit of the 10 targets being hit equal to 75% of what it would have done to a singular target. Hitting more than 10 targets does not increase the overall damage done from Dragon Roar, this is unchanged.
Fixed a tooltip issue on Serpent Form where an incorrect tooltip from an earlier iteration was pushed. This fix is purely visual and clarifies how the mechanics are currently working right now and will not affect your Serpent form gameplay. Clarified that Serpent Form causes your auto attacks to deal bonus nature damage and removed incorrect information about Serpent Form granting stat conversions. Clarified that Venomous Fury also deals damage in a cone in front of you. (Pending Spell Patch Update)
All ranks of Second Wind now properly requires you to be at 35% health or below to trigger.
[Area 52] Fixed an issue where you could not learn rank 3 Second Wind.

Charge and Stealth, both level 1 epics, will now be less likely to appear as your unlearn ability in Card Swaps. They will still appear at the same rate in Hand of Fate unlearns. This change will increase the chance you are upgrading Epic spells during Card Swaps as melee or a stealth build, especially while leveling.
