[Elune] [Vampiric Embrace] - The Party Heal from Vampiric Embrace can now heal up to 3% of the caster’s maximum health from 5%. The self heal remains unchanged.
[Elune] [Area-52] - Fixed the tooltip issue of Chain Heal spells to reflect that they reduce the healing on each jump by 25% not 40%.
This change happened some time ago. Tooltips were just not reflecting correctly how much Chain Heal, Living Lighting, and Blessed Waves are reducing healing on each jump. Living Lightning was the only Chain Heal classed heal left with a 30% healing reduction. We are buffing it to have the same healing reduction as other spells for consistency.
[Elune] [Vessel of Destruction] - now increases the Fire and Shadow damage taken from the caster by 4% against monsters, down from 5%.
[Elune] [Felblade] - now deals 330% weapon damage, down from 350%.
[Elune] [Annihilan Decimation] - Annihilan Combo now increases the damage of Annihilan Decimation by 150%, down from 175%.

[Elune] [Necromancer's Touch] - Necromancer's Touch now increases the damage the target takes from your Drain Life by 32% per stack. Up from 30%.
[Elune] [Molten Ammo] - Fixed a bug causing Molten Ammo triggered through Aimed Shots to double dip on modifiers. The inherited damage of Molten Ammo triggered through Aimed Shot has been increased from 25% to 40%.
[Elune] [Shadow Arrow] - Shadow Arrow damage over time now lasts 18 seconds(Same as Corruption). It now has the same scaling as Corruption.
[Elune] [Dark Intent] - Increased the base damage and scaling of Dark Intent by 10%.
[Elune] [Greater Judgement of Righteousness] - Fixed a bug causing some priest spells to not properly consume charges of Greater Judgement of Righteousness.
[Elune] [Rupturing Void] - Rupturing Void now makes your Rupture tick 35% more often, Up from 25%.
[Elune] [Rising Chaos] - Rising Chaos now increases the damage of Pure Chaos Bolt by 30% per stack, down from 45%.
[Elune] [Chaos Burn] - Decreased the base damage and scaling of Chaos Burn damage over time by 20%.
[Elune] [Heavyweight] - Heavyweight now increases the physical damage done by 1% per stack. Down from 2%.
[Elune] [Fire Watch] - Increased the base damage and scaling of Fire Watch proc by 50%.
[Elune] [Spell Shredder] - Increased the base damage of Elemental Shredder by 500% and its scaling by 30%. Elemental Rends have been reduced by 30% in PvP combat.
[Elune] [Exploding Storm] - Exploding Storm now increases the damage of your Immolation Trap by 70% and Explosive Trap by 40% per stack. Up from 50/18% respectively.
[Elune] [Druidic Overload] - Druidic Overload now increases the damage of affected spells by 32%. Up from 25%.
[Elune] [Knight of the Eclipse] - Knight of the Eclipse now has a new mechanic: Using Sinister Strike reduces the cooldown of Chosen of Elune by 2 seconds.
[Elune] [Counterattack] - Fixed a bug where Counterattack did not have any spell damage scaling.
