2H Weapons will now have 48 PvE Power from 45, this allows players who use a single two-hander to gain maximum PvE power.
Fixed an issue where the Tier-5 Mage Set proc bonuses could fail to proc even though proc conditions were met. This condition should smooth out the application & uptime of the set bonus!
[Area 52] Resilient Constitution now reduces damage in PvP by 55%, changed from 53%.
Pets now gain 85% of the effect of Resilient Constitution, changed from 75% (which means that their damage reduction is improved in PvP).

[Area 52] [Pending restart] Fixed an issue where Blazing Speed would not trigger.
Feral Swiftness now increases movement speed while in Cat Form by 10/20%, changed from 15/30%.

Mystic Enchants
[New Epic Enchant] Titanic Finale - While Titan's Grip is active your finishing moves have a 20% chance per combo point to trigger Bloodrage (if known). This effect cannot occur more than once every 20 seconds. Also, the Enrage talent effect now increases your physical damage by an additional 5%.
Mana Fiend's Recovery effect will no longer cause threat as you gain mana.
Perforation now increases the duration of Garrote by 3 sec, changed from 2
Titanic Fury damage buff now increases damage vs players by 10%, changed from 5%.
Primordial Fury now increases your spell damage by 40% Agility, changed from 30%.
Tweaks to Champion of Justice. Serving Justice now triggers even if your ability doesn't hit. The Adorned buff will now trigger even on full overhealing. (These changes should make Champion of Justice feel a bit more consistent to play.)
Fixed an issue where Frost Nova's with Ice Age would ignore Deterrence.
Dragon Charge no longer makes you immune to movement impairing effects. Its cooldown is now 40 seconds, changed from 35. (It will now work with the Warbringer talent.)
Increased damage of Astral Storm by 10%. When you bring an enemy player into another phase it will now also reduce their healing and damage by 20%.
Temporal Shield now has a global cooldown and its cooldown has been increased to 60 sec, changed from 45.
Focused Burst now deals 40% reduced damage versus players, changed from 50%.
[Area 52] Demolishing Strike now deals 20% reduced damage versus players, changed from 30%.
[Alar] Demolishing Strike now deals 30% reduced damage versus players, changed from 40%.

Fixed an issue where Tier Gear from TK (head and shoulders) couldn't drop.
[Itemization] As a preface to this changelog, vanilla dungeon gearing is very arbitrary: Caster gear items sometimes have no spellpower, many melee pieces have no strength or agility but high amounts of stamina accompanied with high defensive or mixed stats between tank and melee that doesn't really make sense. For the actual change - Items found in normal dungeons from level 50 - 60 have greatly improved itemization that focus on increasing stats for your hero. Smoothing this gap out will greatly reduce the insurmountable gap in power gained from upgrading your Normal Dungeon Pieces from Heroic Dungeon Pieces.
[Pending restart] The buff from the weapon enchant Spellbinder's Rage now lasts for 10 sec, changed from 15 sec.

[The Eye] [Alar] Pending Restart - Reduced the maximum stacks of Radiating Heat to 3 down from 4 for all difficulties.
[The Eye] Corrected an issue where trash creatures could not drop any epic item other then Bottled Nethergron Extract.
[The Eye] [Prince Kaelthas Sunstrider] Kaelthas will now also destroy his legendary weapons from players inventory when he dies.
[The Eye] [Prince Kaelthas Sunstrider] Corrected an issue where Kaelthas would fail to resurrect his advisors when they were not in line of sight of him, causing the encounter to become stuck.
[The Eye] [Prince Kaelthas Sunstrider] Corrected an issue where a single Phoenix Egg could spawn an unlimited number of Phoenixes.
[The Eye] [High Astromancer Solarian] Corrected a rare case where High Astromancer Solarian could crash the server if all player died during here transformation into her Void Walker Form, leaving here without a target to attack when the transform was completed.
Mystic Enchants
[Pending restart] The mana drain from Mana Fiend's Delirium buff is no longer reduced by certain talents and Mystic Enchantments that reduce mana cost. (This allowed for an exploit for players to gain far more power than intended from this Mystic Enchantment.)

Fixed the Nordrassil 4 Set Bonus for healing only modifying the base spirit you had from the proc instead of your total spirit.

Fixed the proc behavior of Crystalforge 4 Set Bonus.
Slightly reduced the spellpower on some overperforming M+ items from the spirit & intellect category and increased the stat values on many underperforming pieces of gear. Within the next few weeks we will see updates to Tank, Strength & Agility gear as well!
[Mythic+] Introducing Mythical Boon Affixes, with the release of Mythic 21-30. Boon Affixes are obtained from the Mythical Boons found within all Mythic + Levels. These Boon Crystals give you a super powerful but consumable item that grants you a temporary buff that empowers your entire party. Mythical Boons are not located within normally treaded paths in the Mythic+ instances. With these locations that shuffle it will indeed shuffle your normal everyday mythic+ route. Some Mythical Boon Affixes: > This Mythical Boon empowers your party. Increasing all damage and healing done by 20% for 30 seconds. > This Mythical Boon empowers your party. Granting you a mythical shield that repels against any enemy that dares come close. This shield lasts for 5 seconds and deals astronomical damage. > This Mythical Boon empowers your party. Increasing your movement speed by 20% and increases all haste by 20% for 30 seconds. All Boon Affixes are stackable up to 5 times and everyone in the party will receive one when you activate a Mythical Boon.

[Alar] Added a new Temporal Contract: Adventurers Needed [Heroic Dungeon]. This will reward your current heroic dungeon daily. This item costs as much as the old Adventurers Needed contract.

Corrected some issues with Path to Ascension quests having the wrong objective text, this would sometimes tell you to KILL_HEROIC_BOSS_KILL_CREDIT instead of letting you know where to go for the quest.
Mystic Enchants
[Pending restart] Wild Felfire now has a new additional effect. Every time its Rain of Fire like effect deals damage you gain 1% spell haste for 5 sec, stacking up to 10 times.
[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where the global cooldown of Insect Swarm (Plague) was not reduced by spell haste.

[Pending Restart] Upon being killed in the Blood Bowl or gaining a kill in the Blood Bowl your spell cooldowns will be reset.
For the next 72 hours. Ameer Greatluck's price to restore items from the mystic enchantment recovery has been drastically reduced because of an issue that caused the wrong items to get extracted when using an altar. Please visit Ameer ingame to restore these items if you have lost them.

[High Risk] These changes are designed to reward players that are actively participating in High-Risk content. A significantly faster spawn time and variable spawn locations will ensure more players can hunt Greedy Demons during all server hours. Let the hunt begin! (Pending Restart)
[High Risk] Greedy Demon spawn time has been significantly reduced, but they are now pooled to zones. Killing a Greedy Demon in Winterspring will trigger the respawn timer for a new Demon to spawn in Winterspring.
