Frozen Core has been reworked: It now reduces spell damage taken by 1/2/3% down from 2/4/6%. Frozen Core now also grants 1/2/3% spell haste & the capstone effect has been changed to proc a frost-nova when you are hit with an interrupt effect while not casting.
