Corrected some issues with Path to Ascension quests having the wrong objective text, this would sometimes tell you to KILL_HEROIC_BOSS_KILL_CREDIT instead of letting you know where to go for the quest.

[Pending Restart] Upon being killed in the Blood Bowl or gaining a kill in the Blood Bowl your spell cooldowns will be reset.
For the next 72 hours. Ameer Greatluck's price to restore items from the mystic enchantment recovery has been drastically reduced because of an issue that caused the wrong items to get extracted when using an altar. Please visit Ameer ingame to restore these items if you have lost them.

[Requires Launcher Update] Fixed an issue preventing WeakAuras from being shared in game. If using the bunny67 backport version, you should now be able to share them by linking them in chat.
Mystic Enchants
Fixed an issue where the Corruption and Corrupted Paw proc effects from Corrupted Bear Form had their proc conditions swapped. This resulted in Corrupted Paw not triggering from Swipe and Lacerate.
General
[High Risk] These changes are designed to reward players that are actively participating in High-Risk content. A significantly faster spawn time and variable spawn locations will ensure more players can hunt Greedy Demons during all server hours. Let the hunt begin! (Pending Restart)
[High Risk] Greedy Demon spawn time has been significantly reduced, but they are now pooled to zones. Killing a Greedy Demon in Winterspring will trigger the respawn timer for a new Demon to spawn in Winterspring.
[High Risk] Added approximately 650 new Greedy Demon Spawn Locations throughout Outlands and Azeroth.

Fixed an issue where you could not solo queue 2v2.
Fixed an issue where non-human races could not learn riding training from Randal Hunter on Alar.
Added Personal Loot boxes like Mythic+ Lootcaches to Vanilla Normal, Heroic, and Mythic dungeons on the last boss.
Added gold reward for all Path to Ascension quests.
You will now learn Resurrect in Capital City and Resurrect in Closest Town after your first death rather than at level 1.
Mystic Presets 1 and 2 now are learned when you reach level 60 for the first time rather than on character creation to remove bloat and help early-game focus on usable features. These persist through prestige!
Languages are now hidden client-side to remove bloat from general tab of spellbook.

[Pending restart] Improved Leader of the Pack now grants 8/16% base mana, changed from 4/8%.
Dungeons & Raids
In preparation for upcoming tank changes the following bosses - High Priest Thekal, Razorgore the Untamed, Vaelastrasz the Corrupt, Broodlord Lashlayer, Nefarian, Lord Kri, Sapphiron, Attumen the Huntsmen, Lord Crispin Ference, Romulo, Tinhead, Nightbane, Prince Malchezaar, High King Maulgar, Magtheridon - wish previously had a on-next swing cleave or cleave like ability will now use a cone shaped cleave that is not bound to the next swing. This Cleaves will obey area damage reduction.
Quests
Fixed an issue where Path to Ascension: Epic Riding could sometimes fail to give quest credit when using the prestige riding tome.
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where the Path to Ascension Collection & Capitals quest was given at level 20 and the scroll for the quest was delivered at level 30. The scroll will now be delivered into collection at level 20.
Pending restart, Path to Ascension quests that required a Dungeon or Raid completion can now be completed on difficulties higher than the ones specified in the quest.
Path to Ascension: Hidden Cache and Beast Nest Quests. Added additional quest obj text reiterating that Rare and Epic Locking Mechanisms and Predator Claws require Rare and Epic Keys/Bait.
General
[Pending Restart] Battleground brackets from 10-59 will now also balance teams around "power score". Score is calculated from average item level, player level, mystic enchantments and other factors.
Corrected an issue where Mystic Enchantment Gear Memory would occasionally fail to save and load propely (separate occurrences). This would cause switching to Mystic Enchantment Presets to charge you Mystic Orbs when it should not have.
Quests
Pending restart, corrected an issue where Path to Ascension: Take Down a Faction Leader could not be completed in a raid.

[Game Mode] Resolute can now participate in battlegrounds.
Fixed a bug where Criminal Intent would run out of duration while fighting.

[Pending restart] Titanic Mutilate now deals 90% weapon damage, changed from 80%.
Heart of the Crusader now deals 70% less damage to players, changed from 65%.
[Area52] Dragon Fury (Slam bonus damage from Dragon Warrior) now deals 50% less damage to players in 2v2 and 3v3 arena, changed from 25%.
[Area52] Dragon Roar now deals 50% less damage to players in 2v2 and 3v3 arena, changed from 30%.
Fixed Call of the Ancestors / Spirit summoning no totems at all.

Coldridge Valley graveyard will no longer be selected when you are outside of the area.

Mythic+ Green Items from Dungeons are now requiring level 60 to wear. This means that players who were able to previously use these hard-to-obtain items in a prestige run will no longer be at a distinct advantage.
"Shadowforge Torch" Required to open the last door in BRD Upper City will now be a party-loot item in all modes, normal, heroic and mythic.
[Pending Restart] The "Gauntlet" inside of Blackrock Depths Upper City will no longer respawn. This means if you wipe close to the last boss of Blackrock Depths Upper City, you will now no longer need to clear the gauntlet every time. Champions who would also respawn in this Gauntlet are affected by this change as well.
Fixed an issue where the Zandalarian Hero Charm could be active with other trinket on use effects at the same time.
Fixed an error in some text descrepancies in the new Path to Ascension quests.
Talents & Abilities
[Pending restart] Increased the damage done by Retribution Aura by 10%.

[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where the +15% damage buffs from Metamorphosis and The Beast Within could be active simultaneously. All of these temporary +15% damage buffs, also including Death Wish, Avenging Wrath and Arcane Power, are exclusive and do not stack with each other.
[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where Filthy Tricks could trigger from using Meditate.
[Pending restart] Frostbolt now reduces movement speed by 30%, changed from 40%.
[Pending restart] Furious Attacks is now a 2 point talent changed from 3. Now gives your melee attacks a chance to reduce healing by 5/10%, stacking to 3. (The new rank 2 gives the same value as the previous rank 3).
[Pending restart] [Area 52] Judgement of Righteousness now deals 40% less damage versus players, changed from 35%.
[Pending restart] [Area 52] Judgement of Command now deals 35% less damage versus players, changed from 30%.

Item Changes
[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where the Warrior set bonus from AQR had no effect now that Berserker Rage no longer has a duration. This set bonus will now give you a separate buff when you use Berserker Rage, lasting for 10 seconds.
[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where some PvP bloodforged sets would not have the same set bonuses as the pristine versions.

Mystic Enchants
[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where Insect Swarm (Plague) dealt more damage than intended at low-level. Overall damage at max-level should remain mostly unchanged.
[Pending restart] Blazing Barrier absorb amount increased by 10%.
[Pending restart] While Dragon Warrior is active, your Slam now does 30% less damage vs players, changed from 20%.
[Pending restart] Dominant Word: Shield is now 25% less effective while the Crow's Rage debuff is active.
[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where the damage from Shield Block - Bulwark could trigger certain procs from your weapon.
[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where Massacre could trigger from Killing Spree without having the mystic enchant active.
[Pending restart] Blazing Barrier is now learned if you have Combustion, rather than transformed from Combustion. (Meaning you can use both Combustion and Blazing Barrier at the same time.)

Applied an overhaul to AQR items because these items are found later within the release schedule, most items have received a huge facelift in terms of stats, new item identity & usability.

Doubled the Mystic Orbs gained from helping newer players in dungeons.
