Talents & Abilities
Intercept now has a cooldown of 40 seconds, up from 30 seconds. Improved Intercept is now a 3 point talent, up from 2. It now reduces the cooldown of Intercept by 5/10/15 seconds, up from 5/10. a!changelog add fix live Unending Fury now also increases the duration of the Intercept stun by 0.33/0.66/1 second.
Spellsteal now has a 12 second cooldown, changed from 4. Incanter's Absorption now also reduces the cooldown of Spellsteal by 2/4/6 seconds.
Purge now has a 12 second cooldown, changed from 4. The [New Elemental Talent] Improved Purge reduces the cooldown of Purge by 2/4/6 seconds.
The cooldown of Intimidation has been increased to 90 seconds, changed from 45. Invigoration is now a 3 point talent, changed from 2, and now also reduces the cooldown of Intimidation by 15/30/45 seconds.
Deterrence can now deflect projectiles even if it is cast while the projectile is already mid-air. In addition, casting Deterrence will remove existing Stun effects.
Deterrence now has a 2 min cooldown, changed from 1.5, and a 3 second duration, changed from 5. Survivalist now also reduces the cooldown of your Deterrence ability by 12/24/36/48/60 sec, and increases its duration by 0.4/0.8/1.2/1.6/2 sec.
Frost Nova now has a 4 second duration, changed from 6. Permafrost now also increases the duration of Frost Nova by 1/2/3 seconds.
Counterspell now has a 45 second cooldown, changed from 30. Improved Counterspell now decreases the cooldown of your Counterspell by 4/9/12 seconds.
Polymorph now has a 2 second cast time, changed from 1.5. Improved Polymorph now now reduces the cast time of your Polymorph ability by 0.2/0.4/0.6 seconds, changed from 0.1/0.2/0.3.
Earthen Power is now a 3 point talent, changed from 2. It now gives your Earthbind Totem a 33/66/100% chance to remove all snare effects from you and nearby allies, changed from 50/100%, and makes your Earth Shock reduce attack speed by an additional 3/6/10%, changed from 5/10.
Fleet Footed now also increases the duration of your Sprint by 2/4/6 seconds.
Sprint now has a 6 second duration, changed from 12. Improved Sprint now increases the duration of your Sprint by 2/4/6 seconds, but no longer reduces its cooldown.
Everlasting Affliction now also triggers from Howl of Terror, and reduces the cooldown of Howl of Terror by 2/4/6 seconds.

Veiled Shadows is now a 3 point talent, changed from 2. It now reduces the cooldown of Shadowfiend by 20/40/60 seconds, changed from 15/30, and gives Fade a 33/66/100% chance to remove all movement impairing effects, changed from 50/100. In addition, it now increases the duration of Silence by 0.5/1/1.5 seconds, but no longer reduces the cooldown of Fade.

Gouge now has 15 second cooldown, changed from 12, and a 3.5 second duration, changed from 4. Improved Gouge is now a 5 point talent, changed from 3. Shadowfury now deals 25% less damage.
Typhoon now has a 30% increased mana cost, and the force of its knockback effect has been reduced by 50%. A [New Capstone] on Gale Winds now increases the knockback force of your Typhoon by 100%.
Nature's Reach is now a 3 point talent, changed from 2. It now increases the range of your Balance spells by 7/14/20% (from 10/20%) and Entangling Roots by 10/20/30%. It also reduces the threat caused by your Balance spells by 10/20/30% (from 15/30).
Entangling Roots now has a 25 yard range, down from 30.
Cheap Shot now lasts for 2.5 seconds, down from 3.5 seconds. Master of Subtlety now also increases the duration of your Cheap Shot by 0.33/0.67/1 seconds.
Item Changes
Changed the wording of Voidheart Mantle to clarify that it only triggers on direct spell damage.
Fixed an issue where the heroic version of Living Root of the Wildheart would not trigger correctly.

Mystic Enchants
Fixed an issue where Sunder Soul would not trigger Improved Spirit Tap.
Fixed an issue where the healing over time from Frugal Disposition would remove stacks of Tidecaller's Boon without being affected by the healing increase.
Fixed an issue where Demolishing Strike would tell you it is ready to rank up, even while having the max rank.
Fixed an issue where Ursoc's Blessing would always use the stats of Bear Form, and not Dire Bear Form if learned.
Flame Surge now has a target cap of 10 targets.
Blaze Ward now has a 5% spell power scaling, up from 4%. In addition, fixed the tooltip of Blaze Ward to state that the damage has high threat scaling, and that it can also trigger from avoiding attacks.
Fixed an issue where Devastate could trigger Heavyweight damage without the required stacks.
Fixed an issue where Deranged druid could trigger Dash while in Bear Form.

Increased the base damage of Execute (Disembowel), and increased the attack power scaling to 1.0, up from 0.9.
Increased the spell power scaling of Locust Shot from Locust Ranger to 0.3, up from 0.2.
Wild Wrath now increases the stacking ranged attack power scaling of your next Wrath cast by 20%, up from 15%.
Fixed the tooltip of Baleful Hammer to clarity that this effect always triggers on using Hammer of the Righteous.
Direct Command now increases your Seal of Command damage against non-players by 30%, up from 20%. Its damage increase against players is still 20%.
Clear Mind now increases the haste while your Elemental Focus is active by 5%, up from 3%.
Impending Doom now lasts for 5 ticks of your Shadow damage over time hits, up from 3.
Guerilla Tactics now increases your damage of your Mongoose Bite, Raptor Strike and Counterattack by 15%, up from 12%.
Unstable Void now increases your critical strike chance by 20%, up from 15%.
On the Hunt now increases the damage done by your pet by 15%, up from 10%.
Increased the duration of Primal Frenzy to 8 seconds, up from 5 seconds. In addition, clarified the tooltip to include the numbers of the buff it grants.
The Improved Insect Swarm Mystic Enchant now increases your Nature damage done to targets afflicted by your Insect Swarm by 2%, up from 1%, and increases your Arcane damage done by 2%, up from 1%, on targets afflicted by your Moonfire spell.
Seals of the Pure now increases the damage done by your Seal of Righteousness, Seal of Vengeance, Seal of Command and Seal of Corruption and their Judgement effects by 5%, up from 3%.
The Arcane Empowerment Mystic Enchant now also increases the damage of your Starfire spells by 2%.
The Fire and Brimstone Mystic Enchant now increase the damage done by your Incinerate, Searing Pain and Chaos Bolt spells to targets afflicted by your Immolate by 2%, up from 1%. In addition, the critical strike chance of your Conflagrate spell is increased by 3%, up from 2%.
The Blood Spatter Mystic Enchant now also increases the damage caused by your Rend ability by 4%.
Fixed a bug with the talent and Mystic Enchant of T.N.T., where Explosive Trap and Black Arrow's damage were not increased by the effect. In addition, fixed a bug where T.N.T. talents only gave a 2% damage increase per point to the damage over time effect of Immolation Trap, instead of the intended 3% per point.
Elune's Blessing now increases the critical strike chance of your Nature spells by 2%, up from 1%. In addition, this effect now only triggers from healing with a Druid Nature periodic effect.

The critical chance gained from Improved Overpower has been increased to 5%, up from 3%.
Reduced the additional mana cost from Endless Lightning to 12%, down from 15%.
Increased the damage effect of Serpent Sting from Improved Stings to 10%, up from 8%.
The damage increase of Arcane Shot from Ferocious Inspiration has been increased to 5%, up from 3%.
Increased the effect of Trap Mastery's damage over time increase to Immolation Trap, Explosive Trap, and Black Arrow to 6%, up from 4%.
Increased the spell power scaling that Secret of the Farstriders gives to Arcane shot to 12%, up from 8%.
Assuaging Shadows now applies 1 stack of Shadow Mark on players and 5 stacks to creatures. In addition, Shadow's Embrace now stacks to 5.
Rush of Blood now increases the critical strike chance of your Hemorrhage by 20% when wielding Daggers.
Sacred Duty no longer reduces the duration of Forbearance.
Embracing Shadows has been slightly reworked, it now reads - Using Shadow Dance resets the cooldown of your Shadowstep. Taking spell damage while Shadow Dance is active will heal you for a small amount and extend the duration of your Shadow Dance by 0.3 seconds.
Improved Ghost Wolf now increases your movement speed while in Ghost Wolf by 3%. It no longer reduces the cast time of Ghost Wolf.
Improved Psychic Scream Mystic Enchant now reduces the cooldown of Psychic Scream by 2 seconds, up from 1 second.
Undaunted now also triggers Victory, allowing for the use of Victory Rush, when using Last Stand.
Cataclysm Mystic Enchant now increases the damage of your Rain of Fire, Hellfire, Inferno, and Shadowfury by 3%, down from 4%.
Aggression Mystic Enchant now increases the critical strike chance of your Sinister Strike and Eviscerate abilities by 2%, down from 3%.
Reduced the bonus damage done by Twilight Treason per stack of Paragon of Light to 35%, down from 50%.
Fixed an issue where Consecrated Strike's Consecrated Ground would cause allies to drop out of Stealth.
