Keeping Evil at Bay: Purgation Isle - The mobs on Purgation Isle will now drop the Ghostly Essence as intended

Moonkin Form no longer increases the crit damage of Moonfire. The tooltip is also incorrectly states that critical damage is increased by 10%, but it is increased by 20%. The tooltip will be updated with a future patch.

Added loot to "A Crazy Grab Bag"

Elune's Fury no longer stacks. Tooltip will be updated with a future patch.

Fixed an issue where some mobs were instantly respawning due to Dynamic Respawn

Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj is now available on Bloodscalp.

Qiraji Invasions are now active on Bloodscalp. (Fight through the waves of mobs and slay the final boss to get a reward).

BWL tier drop chance from world mobs have been increased.

Eclipse now triggers on Wrath and Starfire hits instead of crits.

The Earthfury 8 set bonus will no longer consume both stacks of Tidal Waves upon Healing Wave bouncing to another player.

Deadly Bite should now stack on the same target for multiple casters.

Dousing the Flames of Protection - The Braziers will now reset properly.

Feather of the Ancients no longer drastically increases taxi flying mount speed.

Improved Moonfire now increases the damage and critical strike chance of Moonfire by 2/3%, from 4/5%. Tooltips will be updated in next patch.

Elune's Fury now increases the mana cost of Moonfire by 39/36/33%, up from 26/23/21% and its ranks have been adjusted. Tooltips and ranks will be updated in next patch.

Added drops for item 20400 (Pumpkin Bag) that should only drop for Hallow's End.

Correcting Improved Tree of Life armor values, it now increases armor contribution from cloth and leather items by 5/10/15%.

Mithril Spurs now increase your mounted movement speed by 4% for player below level 71.

Add textemote for Fish Feast if player prepares it.

Presence of Mind now triggers a global cooldown and has a 10 second duration. Cooldown changed to 90 sec, down from 120. (Bloodscalp only).

Combustion now has a 30 second duration that gets renewed every time you gain a new stack. (Bloodscalp only).

The item level of Zandalar items (ZG set pieces) with the previous item level of 61, has been increased to 64 (Bloodscalp only and active after next server restart).

Remove one creature from dropping below the texture in Arathi Highlands.

Pyroblast used with Presence of Mind now deals 15% less damage. (Bloodscalp only).

Remove unneeded factionchange for Young Wolfs in Human Startzone. (fixes random aggressive mode).

You can now learn to craft Onyxia Scale Cloak by talking to Baron Revilgaz (if you've completed his Onyxia quest turn-in quest and have 300 Leatherworking.)

Searching for REs on AH has been temporarily disabled due to a bug (Bloodscalp only).

Reworked the Head of Onyxia quest. It's now possible to turn it in to Baron Revilgaz in Booty Bay who will give out the Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer as well. (Due to these changes the old Onyxia Heads have been replaced. Check your mail for the new one). (Bloodscalp only).

Shadow And Flame has an additional rank and now increases the spell power bonus of your Shadow Bolt, Incinerate, Chaos Bolt, and Shadowburn spells by 4/5/6%, from 4/5%. (Bloodscalp only).

Rapid Killing now reduces the cooldown of your Rapid Fire by 18/20 sec, from 15/18. (Bloodscalp only).

Survival of the Fittest now only has 2 ranks that increase your total stats by 1/2%, from 1/2/3%. (Bloodscalp only).

Deadly Brew now increases the chance to trigger your Deadly Brew talent by 50% and its rank has been reduced to Rare. (Bloodscalp only).
