Mind Mastery now provides 2/4/6/8/10% spell damage from intellect, down from 3/6/9/12/15%
Improved Tree of Life now provides 4/8/12% healing power from spirit, down from 5/10/15%
Omen of Clarity now costs 2 Ability Essence and 1 Talent Essence.
Lunar Guidance now provides 2/4/6% spell power from intellect, down from 4/8/12%
Improved Moonkin Form now provides 2/4/6% spell damage from spirit, down from 10/20/30%

Rogue
-Slice and Dice now only provides a 20% attack speed increase, down from 40%
Hunter
-Aspect of the Monkey now only provides 2% dodge, down from 18%
-Aspect of the Beast now only provides 5% attack power, down from 10%
Shaman
-Windfury Totem now only provides 6% melee haste, down from 16%
Talent Changes
Paladin
-Judgements of the Pure now only provides a maximum of 5% melee/spell haste, down from 15%
-One-handed Weapon Specialization now only provides a maximum of 3% bonus damage, down from 10%
-Combat Expertise now only provides a maximum of 3% Stamina, 3% Strength and 3 Expertise, down from 6% Stamina, 6% Strength and 6 Expertise.
-Two-handed Weapon Specialization now only provides a maximum of 3% bonus damage, down from 6%
-Vengeance no longer provides a physical damage bonus.
-Sanctified Retribution now only provides a 1% damage bonus, down from 3%
Shaman
-Flurry now only provides a maximum of 10% attack speed, down from 30%
-Unleashed Rage now only provides 5% attack power and 3 expertise, down from 10% attack power and 9 expertise
-Weapon Mastery now only provides a maximum of 3% damage bonus, down from 10%
-Dual Wield Specialization now only provides a maximum of 3% hit chance while dual wielding, down from 6%
-Toughness now only provides a maximum of 5% stamina, down from 10%
-Shamanistic Rage now only provides 15% damage reduction, down from 30%
-Elemental Warding now only provides a maximum of 3% damage reduction, down from 6%
Warrior
-Flurry now only provides a maximum of 10% attack speed, down from 25%
-One-handed Weapon Specialization now only provides a maximum 5% bonus damage, down from 10%
-Strength of Arms now only provides a maximum of 2% Stamina, 2% Strength and 2 Expertise, down from 4% Stamina, 4% Strength and 4 Expertise.
