[Pending Restart] [Global] Corrected a global issue where dual-wielding creatures had no damage penalty on their off-hand attacks, causing them to deal full damage with it, eventually resulting in a 100% damage increase for a dual wielding creature over a creature using only one weapon. Dual-wielding creatures will now inflict 50% less damage with their off-hand attacks.
[Pending Restart] [Global] Corrected a global issue where dual-wielding creatures would not attack delayed with their off-hand attack, eventually causing them to do an attack with each hand at the same time. Dual Wielding creatures will now properly attack with one weapon after another.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] [Illidan Stormrage] Increased the hitbox radius of the Flames of Azzinoth by 50%.

[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] [The Illidari Council] Corrected an issue where Lady Malandes regular Sadism - Not the Empowered version - Would ignore all forms of percentage damage modifications on her targets, resulting in the spell immediately killing anyone inside the raid if the targets did not had enough resistance or did not had their health below 90% when it hit on Mythic and Ascended difficulty.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] [Mother Shahraz] Corrected an issue where the Harsh Winds visual had been flipped by 180 degrees.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] [Gurtogg Bloodboil] Corrected an issue where Living Blood would unintentionally scale with the regular flex mode scaling. Living Blood will no longer scale its health up with the number of player inside the raid duo to the nature of the mechanic causing more Living Blood to appear throughout the fight with an higher amount of player participating.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] [Gurtogg Bloodboil] Reduced the health and melee damage inflicted by Living Blood by 80%. Note: This change is made because the current state of the fight requires certain crowd control abilities in large quantities to control the blood and will cause issues in future draft and wildcard seasons and if those abilities may undergo revision in availability and should incentify killing the Living Blood in order to control it.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] [Gurtogg Bloodboil] Reduced the radius of Living Bloods Living Blood aura to 5 yards down from 10.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] [Gurtogg Bloodboil] Corrected an issue where Boiling Blood had different properties throughout all 4 difficulties. Boiling Blood will now correctly be removed from a player upon being dispelled regardless of the number of accumulated stacks and will leave behind a Pool of Boiling Blood.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] [Teron Gorefiend] The first target afflicted by Shadow of Death will now always die after 15 seconds regardless of raid size. This change is meant to allow player to turn their damage dealt into effectively gathering Soul Fragments on Mythic and Ascended difficulty in smaller raid sizes. The second target on ward will die on the previous schedule. Meaning on a 10 player raid the second target dies after 2 minutes on 25 player it would be 48 seconds.

[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] [The Shade of Akama] Corrected an issue where Shared Pain would ignore resistances and percentage damage modifications applied to Akama. Resistance effects and damage reduction effects applied by player to Akama will now properly reduce his damage taken from Shared Pain on Mythic and Ascended difficulty.

[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] [Supremus] Increased the Weapon damage inflicted by Supreme Strike to 300% up from 200%. Supreme Strike no longer has a cast time, this prevents Supremus from locking his Supreme Strike to his current target, making him ignore a initial taunt when he has already started to cast at his target. Supremus now has a 3 second swing time between his Supreme Strikes instead of a 2 second cast time.

[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] [High Warlord Naj'entus] Corrected an issue where His Filthy Majesty, Lord of the Sewers and Bringer of Stench, The Great Mighty Ooze took more damage then intended. The Great Mighty Ooze is now almost immune to any player attack.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] [High Warlord Naj'entus] Corrected an issue where High Warlord Naj'enus could be trapped in his Trident Phase if his Tidal Shield did not get removed by throwing a spine at him. The Tidal Shield will now always trigger a Tidal Burst upon being removed and properly end the Trident Phase.

[Area 52][Pending Restart] The visual indicator for the location to use The Echo Speaker in the quest "Nebula-Weaver" has been made more visible.
[Area 52][Pending Restart] During the quest "Call of the Echo", Nebula-Weaver will no longer repeat his spawn dialogue after being defeated, and will no longer fail to cast Nexus Warp.

[Area-52] Assuaging Shadow's now applies 3 Shadow marks to players. (up from 2).

Talents & Abilities
These changes will ensure these items remain powerful while removing the exploitable hidden interaction with Wild Imps. These changes will go out on Monday.
- The Flame Buffet debuff from Arcanite Dragonling now instead increases the fire damage of the Dragonling itself by 50% per stack. Stacks up to 5 times.
- The Arcanite Dragonling trinket now also passively grants 10 critical strike rating and 8 haste rating while now being able to roll a bigger and stronger range of random stats.
- Searing Needle proc now instead increases your critical strike chance against the target by 1%
Fixed an issue where the procs from Searing Needle and Arcanite Dragonling granted an absurd amount of power in certain scenarios. These procs used to be exploitable, contributing to a handful of players getting insane outlier performance from their Wild Imps when used with these effects. That problematic behavior has been replaced and the items have been buffed:
